本发明涉及一种高弹性EVA材料的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的鞋底材料存在弹性不佳的缺陷,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹性好的高弹性EVA材料的生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高弹性EVA材料,其特征是:由下列重量份的原料组成:
EVA8003         30份
EVA7350         50份
CaCO3           20份
发泡剂ACH         2~4份
架桥剂DCP         0.2~0.4份
氧化锌             1~2.5份。
一种高弹性EVA材料的生产方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)利拿:将EVA8003、EVA7350、CaCO3、氧化锌混炼360″,然后加入发泡剂ACH、架桥剂DCP混炼60″后出料,冷却至120℃;
(2)薄通:将经步骤(1)处理的材料翻厚二次至7~8mm厚,然后打薄2~3次至0.7~1.0mm厚,再翻厚二次至7~8mm厚;
(3)出片:出片厚度1.3~1.5mm,出片温度为40℃;
(4)发泡架桥:在165±3℃、压力为150kg/cm2下处理1-2min;
(5)剖片:将经步骤(4)处理的材料剖切呈规定厚度的片材;
(6)裁断:分尺码进行裁断。
本发明工艺简单、易操作,产品弹性优异,反弹性55%↑。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种高弹性EVA材料,由下列重量份的原料组成:
EVA8003         30份
EVA7350         50份
CaCO3           20份
发泡剂ACH         2~4份(例2份、3份、4份)
架桥剂DCP         0.2~0.4份(例0.2份、0.3份、0.4份)
氧化锌             1~2.5份(例1份、2份、2.5份)。
生产时:包括下列步骤:
(1)利拿:将EVA8003、EVA7350、CaCO3、氧化锌混炼360″,然后加入发泡剂ACH、架桥剂DCP混炼60″后出料,冷却至120℃;
(2)薄通:将经步骤(1)处理的材料翻厚二次至7~8mm厚,然后打薄2~3次至0.7~1.0mm厚,再翻厚二次至7~8mm厚;
(3)出片:出片厚度1.3~1.5mm,出片温度为40℃;
(4)发泡架桥:在165±3℃、压力为150kg/cm2下处理1-2min;
(5)剖片:将经步骤(4)处理的材料剖切呈规定厚度的片材;
(6)裁断:分尺码进行裁断。
性能:反弹性55%↑。

1.一种高弹性EVA材料的生产方法,其特征是:所述高弹性EVA材料由下列重量份的原料组成:

生产方法包括下列步骤:
(1)利拿:将EVA8003、EVA7350、CaCO3、氧化锌混炼360秒,然后加入发泡剂ACH、架桥剂DCP混炼60秒后出料,冷却至120℃;
