Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗股骨头坏死的药剂，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：牛膝1～10份、红花1～10份、远志1～10份、桃仁1～5份、筋骨草1～10份、郁金1～5份、当归1～10份、杜仲1～10份、合欢皮1～5份、菟丝子1～10份。本发明所述的药剂的组方合理，疗效明确，可用于有效地治疗股骨头坏死。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及骨科领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗股骨头坏死的药剂。
背景技术
股骨头坏死是世界骨科公认的疑难病，它严重危害人类的健康，轻则使人致残，重则使人瘫痪，丧失劳动和生活自理能力。普遍认为股骨头坏死的病因主要有：外伤、激素、酗酒或骨质疏松等。主要临床症状是疼痛和髓关节活动功能障碍。对于此病，前期主要采取保守疗法，晚期则采用人工置换术。
目前虽有多种治疗股骨头坏死的方案面试，但是不同程度存在着成本高、疗程长、副作用大、疗效不理想等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗股骨头坏死的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供了一种治疗股骨头坏死的药剂，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：
牛膝1～10份 红花1～10份 远志1～10份 桃仁1～5份
筋骨草1～10份 郁金1～5份 当归1～10份 杜仲1～10份
合欢皮1～5份 菟丝子1～10份。
优选的是，本发明所述的治疗股骨头坏死的药剂由下列原料药按重量份计制成：
牛膝5份 红花5份 远志6份 桃仁3份
筋骨草10份 郁金2份 当归5份 杜仲10份
合欢皮5份 菟丝子5份。
本发明所述的药物组合物可与药学上可接受的载体制成各种剂型，比如片剂、胶囊剂、软胶囊、丸剂、颗粒剂、滴丸剂或汤剂等。可采用本领域熟知的制剂技术手段来完成本发明药物组合物的制备。
所述的药学上可接受的载体为本领域熟知，为用于制备上述制剂的常用赋形剂或辅料。常用的赋形剂或辅料包括(但不限于)填充剂、润滑剂、分散剂、润湿剂、粘合剂、抗氧剂等等，例如，糖浆、阿拉伯胶、山梨醇、乳糖、糊精、淀粉、碳酸钙、滑石粉、聚乙二醇、羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁等等。
本发明的药剂的组方合理，疗效明确，可有效地治疗股骨头坏死。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明汤剂的制备
取牛膝50克、红花50克、远志60克、桃仁30克、筋骨草100克、郁金20克、当归50克、杜仲100克、合欢皮50克、菟丝子50克，加入800毫升的水，在70℃下加热3小时，滤过，将滤液浓缩至300毫升，即得。
实验例
一、患者资料
治疗50例，其中男25例，女25例，年龄最大59岁，最小33岁，平均年龄42岁。诊断标准参照国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》(国家中医药管理局.中医病证诊断疗效标准[S].南京：南京大学出版社，1994：193-195)制定：①有明显的髋部外伤史；②无髋部外伤史而有长期服用激素，过量饮酒史等；③髋部疼痛，以内收肌起点处为主，疼痛可呈持续性或间歇性，可向下放射痛至膝关节；④行走困难，呈跋行，进行性加重；⑤髋关节功能障碍，以内旋外展受限为主，被动活动髋关节可有周围组织痛性痉挛；⑥X线摄片检查可见股骨头密度改变及中后期的股骨头塌陷。
二、治疗方法
使用实施例1中制备的汤剂来进行治疗。一日口服二次，一次30毫升。10天为一个疗程。
三、疗效评定标准
痊愈：行走无跋行，髋关节无疼痛，下肢无继发短缩，功能完全或基本恢复，X线片股骨头死骨区塌陷、骨坏死及骨增生硬化现象基本消失；好转：症状减轻，髋关节活动功能改善，下肢短缩在1cm左右，X线片股骨头变大或扁平，但骨坏死及骨增生硬化现象有改善；无效：症状无改善，X线片征象无改善。
四、结果
经过一个疗程的治疗，50例患者的治疗效果均为痊愈，
五、不良反应
对于50例患者在治疗过程中进行跟踪观察，未发现明显的不良反应。

1.一种治疗股骨头坏死的药剂，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：
牛膝5份 红花5份 远志6份 桃仁3份
筋骨草10份 郁金2份 当归5份 杜仲10份
合欢皮5份 菟丝子5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗股骨头坏死的药剂，其特征在于所述药剂为汤剂。
