本发明涉及一种中药组合物，具体说是一种治疗跌打损伤、骨折、骨不连及骨延迟愈合的内服中药组合物。
背景技术
骨伤科疾病按疾病类型可分为骨伤病与筋骨病两大类。骨伤病多指由外伤引起的骨、关节、经络、肌肉、肌腱、韧带、血管、神经等组织的损伤，本病在任何年龄均可发病，但以中年人较多，性别差别不明显。
1、骨伤病指骨、关节遭到外力损伤。可分为骨折，关节脱位两类：1、骨折：骨损、骨裂、骨断、骨碎。2、关节脱位：半脱位、全脱位、中心脱位、骨错缝。
2、筋骨病：指因扭、挫、刺、割以及劳损等原因而使肌肉、筋膜、肌腱、韧带等一切软组织及软骨、周围神经和较大的血管损伤。古代文献将伤筋分为筋断、筋走、筋驰、筋强、筋挛、筋翻、筋出槽等多种，临床上常归纳为筋不断和筋断两大类。中医认为病因主要是内伤和外伤两大类。目前国内治疗骨伤病与筋骨病的方法和药物很多，各有优点和缺点：①、西医治疗主要以手术为主，效果明显，但存在极大的手术风险和术后功能恢复缓慢。②、中医主要以手法复位为主，但常常借助于中药的治疗。③、中药可以在西医和中医手术和手法复位后积极运用，以获得良好的预期效果，加快了病人的康复。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能使骨伤病与筋骨病快速康复的内服中药组合物。
所采用的技术方案如下：一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：10-30 份，陆英：10-50份，当归5-25 份，土元15-50份，自然铜10-25份，虎杖10-50份，红花10-30份，鸡血藤10-30份，乳香9-15份，没药9-15份，广木香10-30份，骨碎补20-50份，石龙子5-20条。
本发明中各原料药机理：
三七：辛、甘、微涩、温，归肝、心经。《本草纲目》：“止血、散血、定痛”。化学成分及药理作用：本品含三七皂苷、五加皂苷、β-谷甾醇。能止血，缩短凝血时间；有显著的抗凝、抑制血小板凝聚、促进纤溶、降低血液粘度；消炎及镇痛。
陆英：《神农本草经》：味甘、微苦，性平。主骨间诸痹，四肢拘孪疼酸，膝寒痛，阴痿。《药性论》：能捋风毒，脚气上冲，心烦闷绝。化学成分含氯原酸、α-香树脂素棕榈酸酯（α-amyinpalmitate）、熊果酸、β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、油菜甾醇、硝酸钾、黄酮、鞣质等。功能主治活血散瘀。用于跌打损伤、风湿痛、脱臼。
当归：《神农本草经》：甘、辛、温，归肝、心、脾、大肠经。《本草纲目》“润肠胃筋骨皮肤，治痈疽，排脓止痛，和血补血”。化学成分及药理作用：本品富含挥发性成分、有机酸、糖类、维生素、氨基酸、无机元素、碱性成分及豆甾醇、谷甾醇等成分，具有促进血红蛋白及红细胞的生成，缓解外周血管平滑肌筋挛，增加血流量，改善外周循环，抗血栓，镇痛，消炎，增强免疫功能。
土元：《本草经硫》：庭虫，治跌扑损伤，续筋骨有奇效。乃足顾阴经药也。夫血看，身中之真阴也，灌溉百骸，局流经络者也。血若凝滞，则经络不通，阴阳之用互乖，而寒热洗洗生焉。咸寒能人血软坚，故主心腹血积，题瘕血闭诸证。血和而营卫通畅，寒热自除，经脉调匀，月事时至而令妇人生子也。又治疟母为必用之药。含挥发油和氨基酸。挥发油总量22.19%，主为萘，另含各种脂肪醛和芳香醛，占24.95%。还含有二氯苯和二甲基二硫醚等其它中药少见的成分。氨基酸总含量约40%，人体必需的氨基酸占氨基酸总量的30%以上。另含β-谷甾醇。又从中分得二十八烷醇、十八烷基甘油醚、尿囊素、尿嘧啶；胆甾醇、棕榈酸5，4′-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮。
自然铜：《注医典》载:“自然铜，是指自然的铜；有黄色、淡红黄色，后者为佳品；亦有显红色和深红色者；氧化了的铜药性强烈，具有收敛固涩作用，是一种防腐尸体的良好药物。”主要含有二硫化铁（FeS2)，亦含有铜、镍、砷、锑、硅、钡、铅、钙、锌、锰等杂质，自然铜药液中含有大量锌、铜、铁、锰、钙等元素。钙等无机物吸收后沉积矿化在骨痂中，使钙、磷含量增多，锌、铁、锰有利于胶原合成，铜能提高赖氨酸氧化酶的活性，使胶原纤维韧性加强，胶原不溶性增加，从而增强生物力学强度，而应力刺激又可促进新骨生成。故自然铜有促进骨折愈合的作用。此外，自然铜尚对促进骨髓自身及其周围血液中网状细胞和血色素增生。
鸡血藤：味苦、微甘、性温 ，《饮片新参》：去瘀血，生新血，流利经脉。治暑痧，风血痹症。主要成分：藤茎含表无羁萜醇，胡萝卜甙，β-谷甾醇，7-酮基-β-谷甾醇，刺芒柄花素，芒柄花甙，樱黄素，阿佛洛莫生，大豆素，3，7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮醇，表儿茶精，异甘草甙元)3，4，2’，4’-四羟基查耳酮（3，4，2’，4’，甘草查耳酮A，苜猪酚，原儿茶酸，9-甲氧基香豆雌酚，木豆异黄酮。鸡血藤甘温，长于补血，温经活络，伤家常用。现代研究鸡血藤对凝血、纤溶有很好的作用。
虎杖：虎杖苦寒，能凉血祛瘀，《医林纂要》：坚肾，强阳益精，壮筋骨，增气力。敷跌伤折损处，可续筋接骨。根和根茎含游离蒽醌及蒽配甙，主要为大黄素，大黄素甲醚，大黄酚，蒽甙A即大黄素甲醚(8－O-β-D-葡萄糖甙B即大黄素，迷人醇，6-羟基芦荟大黄素，大黄素-8-甲醚，6-羟基芦荟大黄素-8-甲醚等。还含芪类化合物：虎杖甙即白藜芦醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙，右旋儿茶精2，5－二甲基-7-羟基色酮葡萄糖甙，β-谷甾醇葡萄糖甙等，主治妇女经闭，痛经，产后恶露不下，癥瘕积聚，跌扑损伤，风湿痹痛，湿热黄疸，淋浊带下，疮疡肿毒，毒蛇咬伤，水火烫伤等。
红花：《本草纲目》：活血，润燥，止痛，散肿，通经。含红色的和黄色的色素，从中分离得到：红花甙，前红花甙，红花黄色素A及B[1-3]，红花明甙。又含多酚类成分，花蕾含木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖甙，胆甾醇，豆甾醇，β-谷甾醇，月桂酸，肉豆蔻酸，棕榈酸，亚油酸，硬脂酸，花生酸。功效：活血能经，祛瘀止痛。
乳香：味辛、苦，功效:收敛生肌，活血祛瘀。含树脂，树胶，挥发油。树脂的主要成分为游离α，β-乳香脂酸，结合乳香脂酸1.5％，乳香脂烃33％。树胶为阿糖酸的钙盐或镁盐20％，西黄芪胶黏素6％；挥发油呈淡黄色，具芳香.现代研究表明乳香具有抗炎，活血祛瘀作用。
没药：苦；平，活血止痛；消肿生肌。《药性论》：主打扑损，心腹血瘀，伤折跌损，筋骨瘀痛，金刃所损，痛不可忍，皆以酒投饮之。含树脂25％-35％，挥发油2.5％-9％，树胶约57％-65％，树脂的大部分能溶于醚，不溶性部分a及β罕没药酸，可溶性部分含a、β及γ没药酸，没药尼酸a-及β罕没药酚，尚含罕没药树脂，没药萜醇。挥发油在空气中易树脂化，含丁香油酚，间甲苯酚等。临床研究表明其对创伤有很好的治疗作用。
骨碎补：苦、性温，功效：补肾强骨，活血止痛。《本草纲目拾遗》：骨碎补，本名猴姜，以其主伤折、补骨碎，故命此名。含有蕨根茎含柚皮甙,21-何帕烯,9羊齿烯,7-羊齿烯3-雁齿烯,β-谷甾醇,豆甾醇,采油甾醇及四环三萜类化合物：环木菠萝甾醇-乙酸酯,环水龙骨甾醇乙酸酯, 环鸦片甾烯醇乙酸酯,9,10-环羊毛甾-25-烯醇-3β-乙酸酯。崖姜蕨根茎含21-何帕烯，13（18)新何帕烯,9（11)-羊齿烯，β-谷甾醇，豆甾醇，菜油甾醇及四环三萜类化合物：环木菠萝甾醇乙酸酯，环水龙骨甾醇烯醇乙酸酯，环鸦片甾烯醇乙酸酯，9，10-环羊毛甾-25-烯醇-3β-乙酸酯。现代研究表明其对创伤有很好的治疗作用。
石龙子：味咸、性寒，小毒，功效：利水通淋，破结散瘀，解毒。主要成分：全体含蛋白质、肽类、氨酸、脂肪。甘油酯中不饱和脂肪脂酸占总脂肪酸的80%，而油酸占40%B-细胞含肾上腺素，葡萄糖原，皮质醇。
广木香：木香味辛，性温。本品主要药效成分为挥发油及木香碱等。具有双向调节胃肠道、促进消化液分泌、抗溃疡、利胆、松弛气管平滑肌、抑菌抗菌、利尿、促进纤维蛋白溶解等作用。
以上原料均可自普通药店购买到，其规格符合国家医药标准。
本发明具有化瘀止痛之功效，其所含三七、陆英有明显止痛效果，其中陆英用量偏大，但陆英无毒；可有效的治愈各种创伤、骨折、骨不连及骨延迟愈合等病症，尤其对内固定术后骨不连及骨延迟愈合患者有特殊的疗效。 本发明对祖传治疗跌打损伤、骨折的秘方经过多年的反复实践，对地产中药材岷县当归及岷县野生陆英效果多次比对研究后，最终制成了本中药内服组合物。在治疗跌打损伤、骨折、骨不连及骨延迟愈合病例时效果肯定，得到了患者认可，治愈率在95%以上。
本发明有关临床治疗情况如下：
1、病人概况：选择病史、病情、年龄、性别及原始治疗方法等项。120例患者外伤或内固定术后病史最长5月，最短3天；双下肢胫腓骨粉碎性开放性骨折23例，其中胫骨下端开放骨折13例，其他开放骨折11例，普通四肢闭合骨折86例，切开复位内固定79例（骨缺损植骨术后3例），石膏或夹板外固定41例；男性78例，女性42例；年龄最大72岁，最小2岁。以上病例服用本物前均无骨痂生长。
2、用法用量：用温开水每次服用本发明物9-15g（小儿酌减），每日3次， 15～30天为一疗程。
3、疗效分析：一般病人用药2-3天疼痛即可明显缓解，三十天为一疗程。经一至两个疗程治疗后均见骨折线模糊、骨痂生长，120例患者中痊愈114例，（好转6例，其原因骨缺损超过3cm的1例，内固定物松动拔出2例，自行拆除外固定物3例。）
4、不良反应：个别患者用药后感觉胃部不适，一般不需治疗，症状可自行消失。
5、注意事项:本发明对小儿及孕产妇用药其他副作用不详。

实施例1，一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：10 份，陆英：30份，当归15 份，土元 30份，自然铜20份，虎杖 30份，红花20份，鸡血藤20份，乳香10份，没药10份，广木香20份，骨碎补30份，石龙子12条。
实施例2，一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：10 份，陆英：30份，当归15 份，土元50，自然铜20份，虎杖50份，红花20份，鸡血藤20份，乳香10份，没药10份，广木香30份，骨碎补30份，石龙子12条。
实施例3，一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：15 份，陆英：50份，当归5 份，土元30，自然铜25份，虎杖30份，红花25份，鸡血藤25份，乳香9份，没药9份，广木香20份，骨碎补25份，石龙子15条。
实施例4，一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：20 份，陆英：40份，当归10 份，土元15，自然铜25份，虎杖40份，红花20份，鸡血藤20份，乳香15份，没药15份，广木香10份，骨碎补40份，石龙子10条。
实施例5，一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：25 份，陆英：20份，当归20 份，土元40，自然铜15份，虎杖45份，红花10份，鸡血藤10份，乳香15份，没药15份，广木香15份，骨碎补20份，石龙子20条。
实施例6，一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：30 份，陆英：10份，当归25 份。土元45，自然铜15份，虎杖10份，红花30份，鸡血藤30份，乳香10份，没药10份，广木香25份，骨碎补50份，石龙子9条。
实施例7，为本发明水煎剂的各原料药及其重量配比为：三七10份，陆英10份，当归5份，土元15，虎杖10份，红花10份，鸡血藤10份，乳香9份，没药9份，广木香10份，骨碎补20份，石龙子5条。
将上述实施例1-6按比例配合后，按本技术领域的惯常作法可加工成丸剂、散剂、片剂、胶囊剂， 用温开水每次服用9-15g（小儿酌减），每日3次，15～30天为一疗程。一般病人用药2-3天疼痛即可明显缓解。或者按本发明实施例7的配比直接作为水煎剂，每日一剂。经一至两个疗程治疗后均见骨折线模糊、骨痂生长。

1.一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：10-30 份，陆英：10-50份，当归5-25 份，土元15-50份，自然铜15-25份，虎杖10-50份，红花10-30份，鸡血藤10-30份，乳香9-15份，没药9-15份，广木香10-30份，骨碎补20-50份，石龙子5-20条。
2.根据权力要求1所述的一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：10-20 份，陆英：10- 40份，当归5-15 份，土元15-30份，自然铜15-25份，虎杖10-30份，红花10-20份，鸡血藤10-20份，乳香9-15份，没药9-15份，广木香10-20份，骨碎补20-30份，石龙子9-15条。
3.根据权力要求1所述的一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物中各原料药及重量配比为：三七：10 份，陆英： 30份，当归15 份，土元30份，自然铜20份，虎杖30份，红花20份，鸡血藤20份，乳香10份，没药10份，广木香 20份，骨碎补30份，石龙子12条。
4.根据权力要求1至3中任一项所述的一种治疗骨伤疾病的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物可制成丸剂、散剂、片剂、胶囊或直接作为水煎剂。
