金属氧化物脱氧技术,它涉及一种金属氧化物脱氧技术。它的制作过程为:使用的金属件——>真空容器——>注入氢气——>整个容器升温至200度——>降温并将氢气导出——>从容器中取出——>表面形成无氧化处理——>封装打线。它不需要而外附加有机膜和无机膜即可阻绝氧气;可提高导电率0.5-2%;在封装铜线制程中,不需要以高规格Class 1无尘室环境,不需要在打线过程中使用氮气推迟氧化,且由于不需要酸洗,因此环保安全。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种脱氧技术,尤其涉及一种金属氧化物脱氧技术。
背景技术:
传统处理氧化物的做法是以防堵方式或者是氧化后除锈方式处理金属表面氧化物。
防堵方式:表面处理或称表面加工主要是改变金属或非金属如塑料等材料表面之物理、机械及化学性质之加工技术。其目的是使材料更耐腐蚀、耐磨耗、耐热、延长材料寿命、改善材料表面特性(如提高制品导电性等)、增加光泽美观以提高产品附加价值等。表面处理的过程可在金属或塑料等材料表面生成一层保护膜,若依材质可分为无机膜及有机膜两类,无机膜包括金属、玻璃、陶瓷材料以及利用磷酸化或阳极处理等程序所得到之化成膜(系利用化学或电化学处理,使金属表面生成一种含有该金属成份的皮膜层),有机膜则包括油漆、树脂、石蜡、油膏、橡胶和沥青等。每一种保护膜均有其特性及使用范围,如陶瓷膜耐热耐酸但大多质脆不能受重大冲击,阳极处理则适用于能获得致密具保护性氧化膜之铝等金属材料。
除锈方式:刮除表面氧化物后,再以酸性液体进行酸洗,并将表面平整化(氧气及水气无法藏在粗糙表面)之后,再进行以防堵方式处理。
封装使用环境要求在Class 1,而且湿度必须要求在低点,在铜线制程下,必须在打线(200摄氏度)同时吹氮气,以减缓氧化。上述要求,只是减缓氧化而非杜绝氧化。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种金属氧化物脱氧技术,它不需要而外附加有机膜和无机膜即可阻绝氧气;可提高导电率0.5-2%;在封装铜线制程中,不需要以高规格Class 1无尘室环境,不需要在打线过程中使用氮气推迟氧化,且由于不需要酸洗,因此环保安全。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它的制作过程为:使用的金属件——>真空容器——>注入氢气——>整个容器升温至200度——>降温并将氢气导出——>从容器中取出——>表面形成无氧化处理——>封装打线。
本发明的工作原理是将金属氧化物放入密闭真空炉内或器皿中,灌入氢气,将整个温度提高至180-200度高温下(非燃烧),金属表层氧化物会产生脱氧状况,当金属表面无氧化时,可将氧气阻绝而不再氧化;利用金属氧化物脱氧技术将金线、铜线或铝线等先行处理,使其表面形成无氧化金属膜,阻止氧化,再封装打线。
本发明的优点是:它不需要而外附加有机膜和无机膜即可阻绝氧气;可提高导电率0.5-2%;在封装铜线制程中,不需要以高规格Class1无尘室环境,不需要在打线过程中使用氮气推迟氧化,且由于不需要酸洗,因此环保安全。
