Abstract
本发明提供了一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，它主要由无患子、蜂蜜、香菇和普洱茶，经浸泡、提取、混合等制作工艺制备而成。本产品采用纯天然配方，温和，无刺激，泡沫丰富，手感细腻，有良好的去污和滋润能力，还能有效防止紫外线对头发的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及到日用洗涤品技术领域，具体涉及到一种利用纯天然植物无患子为主要原料，配以香菇、蜂蜜、普洱茶专为儿童制作的洗发香波。
背景技术
目前市面上的洗发水种类繁多，功能也各有不同，为人们洗发护发提供了多方面的选择。但是儿童洗发水的种类有限，大多数还是以化学成分为主的混合制品，给孩子幼嫩的头发和头皮造成伤害。
目前市场上还没有一种纯天然植物类的洗发用品适用于儿童。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有洗发水存在的不足，提供一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波。
本发明中的无患子自古就是中华民族传统的天然洗护珍果，无患子果实蕴含天然净菌素，是世上清洁能力最好的天然洗涤原料，它的汁液PH值在5-7之间，呈自然酸性，泡沫丰富，手感细腻，去污力强。无患子具有抑菌、去屑、防脱、滋润皮肤的作用。无患子中的茶多酚是水溶性物质，能消毒、灭菌、抗皮肤老化，能减少日光中紫外线辐射对头发的损伤等。无患子中的阿魏酸可使头发富有弹性。无患子中的果酸能帮助改善头部皮肤干燥、发质粗糙等问题。
蜂蜜含有的葡萄糖、果糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质具有滋养、润燥之功效，为头发细胞提供养分，能起到滋润和营养作用，使头发光滑、富有弹性。
普洱茶中的茶多酚是茶叶类中含量最多的。茶多酚对头发具有保护作用。儿茶素类能与单细胞的细菌结合，使蛋白质凝固沉淀，藉此抑制和消灭病原菌，具有抗紫外线的作用，保护头皮健康。
香菇不仅是一种美食，它所含丰富的微量元素、维生素B2、维生素D和维生素A原，是养发护发的好材料。
本发明采取的技术方案是：
一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，它主要由无患子、蜂蜜、香菇和普洱茶，经浸泡、提取、混合等制作工艺制备而成。
所述普洱茶先用沸滚的开水冲泡，再继续加热至100-150℃，煮10-20分钟，滤出茶叶，得浓缩普洱茶汤，普洱茶与开水的配比为1∶10-30，冲泡普洱茶的容器为陶瓷制品。
将所述天然植物无患子晾晒，去籽后得纯果皮，待用。
所述香菇切碎后用10-20倍，30-40℃的温水浸泡8-10小时后，将无患子果皮浸入其中，煎煮5-10分钟后，静置浸泡2-3小时，充分挤出皂苷，滤出香菇和皂荚，得香菇皂苷液。
所述无患子果皮与香菇水的比例为1∶2-4。
按照浓缩普洱茶20-40％、香菇皂苷液45-65％和蜂蜜10-20％的比例混合均匀，灭菌灌装即可。
本产品采用纯天然植物无患子为主要原料，配以香菇、蜂蜜、普洱茶制作的洗发香波为纯天然配方，温和，无刺激，泡沫丰富，手感细腻，有良好的去污和滋润能力，还能有效防止紫外线对头发的伤害。
具体实施方式
实施例一
将普洱茶置于陶瓷容器内，先用20倍沸滚的开水冲泡，再继续加热至100-150℃，煮10-20分钟，滤出茶叶，得浓缩普洱茶汤。
将天然植物无患子晾晒，去籽后得纯果皮，待用。
将香菇切碎后用20倍，30-40℃的温水浸泡8-10小时后，将无患子果皮浸入其中，煎煮5-10分钟后，静置浸泡2-3小时，充分挤出皂苷，滤出香菇和皂荚，得香菇皂苷液。
所述无患子果皮与香菇水的比例为1∶2-3。
按照浓缩普洱茶25％、香菇皂苷液60％和蜂蜜15％的比例混合均匀，灭菌灌装即可。
实施例二
将普洱茶10克置于陶瓷容器内，先用100ml沸滚的开水冲泡，再继续加热至100-150℃，煮10-20分钟，滤出茶叶，得浓缩普洱茶汤。
将天然植物无患子晾晒，去籽后得纯果皮，待用。
将香菇5克切碎后用100ml，30-40℃的温水浸泡8-10小时后，将无患子果皮25克浸入其中，煎煮5-10分钟后，静置浸泡2-3小时，充分挤出皂苷，滤出香菇和皂荚，得香菇皂苷液。
将浓缩普洱茶25ml、香菇皂苷液60ml和蜂蜜15ml混合均匀，灭菌灌装即可。
本实施例并不代表本发明的全部，可在配比范围内，合理配方。
Claims (7)
1.一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，它主要由无患子、蜂蜜、香菇和普洱茶，经浸泡、提取、混合等制作工艺制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，其特征在于，所述普洱茶先用沸滚的开水冲泡，再继续加热至100-150℃，煮10-20分钟，滤出茶叶，得浓缩普洱茶汤，普洱茶与开水的配比为1∶10-30。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，其特征在于，冲泡普洱茶的容器为陶瓷制品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，其特征在于，将所述天然植物无患子晾晒，去籽后得纯果皮，待用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，其特征在于，所述香菇切碎后用10-20倍，30-40℃的温水浸泡8-10小时后，将无患子果皮浸入其中，煎煮5-10分钟后，静置浸泡2-3小时，充分挤出皂苷，滤出香菇和皂荚，得香菇皂苷液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，其特征在于，所述无患子果皮与香菇水的比例为1∶2-4。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯天然植物儿童洗发香波，其特征在于，按照浓缩普洱茶20-40％、香菇皂苷液45-65％和蜂蜜10-20％的比例混合均匀，灭菌灌装即可。
