Abstract
乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料,以重量份计,以83%-89%的聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂以及3%-7%的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物分别均匀搅拌保持干燥;均质后的前述原料和8%-10%的黏合剂分别加到成型机械料槽中升温,温度为170-200℃后,以乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物为中间材料两侧分别通过黏合剂复合聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂进行五层复合。采用内外五层复合结构,充分发挥乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物良好的隔绝性能,兼顾制造成本和食品保质性能,以共挤方式成型,方便,实用,制造成本低,有效确保在保质期内番茄食品品质,达到安全存储要求。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于一种包含乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物的应用于番茄食品的包装材料,尤其是乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料。
背景技术:
目前,番茄食品广泛应用合成材料包装,如番茄沙司等,使用塑料瓶、自立袋、软管等,但是这类产品在工业化生产中使用简单复合软包装导致透氧率高、保质期短、袋口易出现氧化褐变等无法对外界空气劝阻隔的问题,如,单层PE塑料层存在细小间隙空气中的氧气等气体可以渗透通过,密度0.92d的PE50μm厚,35℃时氧气透过量为3900,二氧化碳透过量为45000;PP50μm厚,25℃时氧气透过量为29900,35℃时二氧化碳透过量为17900;而单层的EVOH塑料层虽然结构致密,阻隔性能优异,15μm厚,35℃时氧气透过量仅为0.2,25℃时二氧化碳透过量仅为1.1,但是EVOH单独应用或复合应用于该领域的技术方案却没有见公开。乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物简写名称为EVOH。聚乙烯树脂简写名称为PE,聚丙烯树脂简写名称为PP。
另外,中国专利申请公开的解决上述不足的相关技术方案中也未发现相关改进技术公开。
发明内容:
本发明发明目的在于提出一种以乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物为主要阻隔材料的番茄食品的包装材料,即乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料。
实现本发明发明目的的措施在于:以重量份计,以83%-89%的聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂以及3%-7%的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物分别均匀搅拌保持干燥;均质后的前述原料和8%-10%的黏合剂分别加到成型机械料槽中升温,温度为170-200℃后,以乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物为中间材料两侧分别通过黏合剂复合聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂进行五层复合。
本发明的优点在于:采用内外五层复合结构,充分发挥乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物良好的隔绝性能,兼顾制造成本和食品保质性能,以共挤方式成型,方便,实用,制造成本低,有效确保在保质期内番茄食品品质,达到安全存储要求。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:以重量份计,以83%-89%的聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂以及3%-7%的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物分别均匀搅拌保持干燥;均质后的前述原料和8%-10%的黏合剂分别加到成型机械料槽中升温,温度为170-200℃后,以乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物为中间材料两侧分别通过黏合剂复合聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂进行五层复合。
粘合剂为酸改性聚烯烃。
采用本发明实施例制包装瓶时,成型工艺为螺旋挤压形成料管后,吹塑机料管在0.7MPa压力下吹成模制瓶形吹瓶,循环水30-20℃将模具冷却到冷却到45-35℃,将吹好的塑料瓶切口去除边角料,再经常稳定性24小时后成品,边角料和次品粉碎后回收使用。
以容量530g瓶计其中用聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂38.25g-42.5g,厚0.6mm-0.7mm,乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物2.25g-2.5g,厚0.2mm-0.5mm,酸改性聚烯烃4.5g-5g,厚0.1mm-0.3mm;一年半保质期瓶的透氧率范围0-2.0g/(m2.24h),水蒸气透过率0-0.1cc/(m2.24h)0.1MPa下。
或者,采用本发明实施例制包装膜时,直接热合制袋使用。
本实施例中,采用内外五层复合结构,充分发挥乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物良好的隔绝性能,兼顾制造成本和食品保质性能,以共挤方式成型,方便,实用,制造成本低,有效确保在保质期内番茄食品品质,达到安全存储要求。
Claims (4)
1.乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料,其特征在于,以重量份计,以83%-89%的聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂以及3%-7%的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物分别均匀搅拌保持干燥;均质后的前述原料和8%-10%的黏合剂分别加到成型机械料槽中升温,温度为170-200℃后,以乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物为中间材料两侧分别通过黏合剂复合聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂进行五层复合。
2.如权利要求1所述的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料,其特征在于,粘合剂为酸改性聚烯烃。
3.如权利要求1所述的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料,其特征在于,采用本发明实施例制包装瓶时,成型工艺为螺旋挤压形成料管后,吹塑机料管在0.7MPa压力下吹成模制瓶形吹瓶,循环水30-20℃将模具冷却到冷却到45-35℃,将吹好的塑料瓶切口去除边角料,再经常稳定性24小时后成品,边角料和次品粉碎后回收使用。
4.如权利要求3所述的乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物番茄制品包装材料,其特征在于,以容量530g瓶计其中用聚乙烯树脂或聚丙烯树脂38.25g-42.5g,厚0.6mm-0.7mm,乙烯与乙烯醇共聚物2.25g-2.5g,厚0.2mm-0.5mm,酸改性聚烯烃4.5g-5g,厚0.1mm-0.3mm;一年半保质期瓶的透氧率范围0-2.0g/(m2.24h),水蒸气透过率0-0.1cc/(m2.24h)0.1MPa下。
