Abstract
本发明提供一种植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套，所述延伸导线保护套包括：护套主体；其特征在于：固定装置，所述固定装置设置在所述保护套主体的内部，其中，所述固定装置具有伸出所述保护套主体的安装部。根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套，使得其被适当地固定，不会相对于周围的身体组织移动而造成患者的不适。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植入式神经电刺激系统，特别是涉及一种植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套。
背景技术
神经电刺激在神经功能失调治疗和神经损伤康复中具有重要的作用。植入式神经电刺激系统通过在人体内诸如运动神经、感觉神经的特定神经处植入电极，来释放高频电刺激，以对于特定神经进行刺激，从而使人体机能恢复到正常运作的状态。目前，植入式神经电刺激系统主要包括植入式脑深部电刺激(DBS)，植入式脑皮层刺激(CNS)，植入式脊髓电刺激系统(SCS)，植入式骶神经电刺激系统(SNS)，植入式迷走神经电刺激系统(VNS)等等。
已知的植入式神经电刺激系统通常主要包括脉冲发生器、电极、延伸导线、以及控制装置。其中，脉冲发生器与延伸导线连接，延伸导线进而又连接至电极，从而将脉冲发生器所产生的脉冲传输到电极，以对神经进行电刺激。
通常，延伸导线与电极的连接处设置有延伸导线保护套，用于保护延伸导线与电极的连接。该延伸导线保护套由于缺乏固定装置，会随着患者身体的运动而相对于周围的身体组织移动，从而与之产生摩擦，造成患者的不适，甚至引起疼痛感或其他症状。
发明内容
为了防止植入式神经电刺激系统中延伸导线保护套相对于周围的身体组织移动，本发明提供一种植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套。
根据本发明的一种植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套，所述延伸导线保护套包括：护套主体；其特征在于：固定装置，所述固定装置设置在所述保护套主体的内部，其中，所述固定装置具有伸出所述保护套主体的安装部。
进一步，所述保护套主体设置为管状形状；所述固定装置包括弯曲部分，所述弯曲部分为U形形状，并且在上述保护套主体内、沿所述保护套主体的管状壁延伸；所述安装部设置为安装凸缘，所述安装凸缘设置在所述弯曲部分的两端并伸出所述保护套主体，所述安装凸缘中设置有用于螺钉穿过的孔。
进一步，所述孔设置为沉头孔。
根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套，使得其被适当地固定，不会相对于周围的身体组织移动而造成患者的不适。

具体实施方式
图1是现有技术的植入式神经电刺激系统的示意图。参照图1，现有技术的植入式神经电刺激系统主要包括植入体内的脉冲发生器1、延伸导线2和电极3，以及位于体外的控制装置。脉冲发生器1、延伸导线2和电极3依次连接。其中，电极3的一端连接至延伸导线2。延伸导线2与电极3的连接处设置有延伸导线保护套4，用于保护延伸导线2与电极3的连接。
目前，延伸导线保护套4由于缺乏相应的固定装置，会随着患者身体的运动而在相对于周围的身体组织移动，从而与之产生摩擦，造成患者的不适，甚至引起疼痛感或其他症状。
图2是根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套的立体图。参照图2，根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套4具有保护套主体5和固定装置6。
在图2所示的实施方式中，保护套主体5设置为管状，其一端具有较小的开口，用于接纳电极3，另一端具有较大的开口，用于接纳延伸导线2。然而，保护套主体也可设置为其他的形式。
安装时，电极3从保护套主体5的较小的开口插入，使保护套主体5套装在电极3上。然后，将电极3与延伸导线2连接。随后，将保护套主体5沿电极3移动至延伸导线2与电极3的连接处，使其较大的开口部分接纳延伸导线2，较小的开口部分接纳电极3，从而保护套主体5覆盖住延伸导线2与电极3的连接处，以对其进行保护。
保护套主体5可通过注塑工艺由硅胶材料制成。
图3A和3B分别是根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套的正视图和剖视图。参照图3A和3B，固定装置6可采用诸如钛的生物兼容性材料制成，其可通过注塑工艺设置在保护套主体5的内部。
固定装置6还具有伸出保护套主体5的安装部。在图3A和3B所示的实施方式中，该安装部设置为安装凸缘8。然而，安装部也可设置为其他形式。
图4是根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套的固定装置的正视图。图5是根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统中延伸导线保护套的固定装置的俯视图。
参照图4和5所示的实施方式，固定装置6可包括弯曲部分7、安装凸缘8和孔9。
弯曲部分7为U形形状，与保护套主体5的管状壁的弯曲形状保持大体一致，从而在保护套主体5的内部、沿保护套主体5的管状壁延伸。
在弯曲部分7的两端分别设置有安装凸缘8。安装凸缘8可呈大致平坦的形状，以与骨头贴合接触。优选地，安装凸缘8可采用具有柔韧性的材料，以在安装时根据骨头的曲度而弯曲，更好地贴合骨头。
每个安装凸缘8中设置有的孔9，孔9可设置为沉头孔。安装时，螺钉穿过孔9而旋入患者骨头，以将延伸导线保护套4固定至患者的骨头。延伸导线2在延伸导线保护套4中延伸通过。由此，延伸导线2被固定至患者的骨头。
图6是根据本发明的植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套的装配立体图，其中，示出了延伸导线保护套4安装在延伸导线2与电极3连接处，从而可靠地固定延伸导线2。

1.一种植入式神经电刺激系统的延伸导线保护套，所述延伸导线保护套包括：
保护套主体；
其特征在于：
固定装置，所述固定装置设置在所述保护套主体的内部，其中，所述固定装置具有伸出所述保护套主体的安装部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的延伸导线保护套，其中，
所述保护套主体设置为管状形状；
所述固定装置包括弯曲部分，所述弯曲部分为U形形状，并且在上述保护套主体内、沿所述保护套主体的管状壁延伸；
所述安装部设置为安装凸缘，所述安装凸缘设置在所述弯曲部分的两端并伸出所述保护套主体，所述安装凸缘中设置有用于螺钉穿过的孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的延伸导线保护套，其中，所述孔设置为沉头孔。
