Abstract
本发明涉及一种卫生用品，具体涉及一种卫生用品表面包覆层及其用途，这种卫生用品表面包覆层，包括有通过热封或胶连接复合成一体的打孔无纺布和打孔PE膜，无纺布位于最表层，无纺布上的孔与PE膜上的孔相互贯通，可用作婴儿尿裤、婴儿尿片、成人尿裤、成人护理用品、卫生巾或卫生护垫的表面包覆层，包括各种型号、形状、大小尺寸，由于采用了全新的技术方案，针对现有卫生用品表面包覆层，这种表面包覆层既柔软舒适干爽，抗拉强度好又有利于吸收芯层吸收大块粘稠污染物及块状物，有效解决闷热、不透气、过敏问题的技术问题，可广泛应用于卫生护理用品行业。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生用品，具体涉及一种卫生用品表面包覆层及其用途。
背景技术
目前，市场上销售的卫生用品表面包覆层通常为无纺布，无纺布直接接触皮肤，柔软舒适不刺激皮肤，但这种无纺布的干爽性较差，强度和耐久性也较差，没有开孔或者只能开孔径很小的孔，但不开孔或者开孔径很小的孔都不利于吸收大块粘稠污染物，不能将大块粘稠污染物渗透下去，使大块粘稠污染物滞留在表面包覆层上，给使用者造成不舒服的感觉。
打孔的PE膜一般由聚乙烯材料制成，具有良好的强度和耐久性，其缺点不透气，并且它用于卫生用品上，若直接接触皮肤，对皮肤产生一定的刺激，容易使消费者出现不适感。
所以，既要保证表面包覆层透气、柔软舒适不刺激皮肤，具有良好的强度和耐久性，又要保证表面包覆层能将大块粘稠污染物渗透下去后被吸收层吸收，避免产生尴尬之事与不便，成为卫生行业长久以来没有解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种表面柔软舒适干爽，抗拉强度好且有利于吸收芯层吸收大块粘稠污染物及块状物，又能有效解决闷热、不透气、过敏问题的一种卫生用品表面包覆层及其用途。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用了如下技术方案，一种卫生用品表面包覆层，包括有通过热封或胶连接复合成一体的打孔无纺布和打孔PE膜，无纺布位于最表层，无纺布上的孔与PE膜上的孔相互贯通。
采用上述技术方案的表面包覆层卫生用品，由于其表面包覆层采用打孔无纺布和PE膜通过热封或胶连接复合成一体，无纺布上的孔与PE膜上的孔相互贯通，大块粘稠污染物容易顺着孔流向底下的吸收芯层上而被吸收，所以这种复合表面包覆层兼具有无纺布与PE膜的优点，表面柔软舒适，又能吸收大块粘稠污染物及块状物，从而达到卫生用品表面干爽、有效解决卫生用品闷热、不透气的技术问题；再加上无纺布位于最表层又避免了PE膜与人体直接接触，有效防止了过敏现象的发生。
进一步，限定上述技术方案中复合表面包覆层的无纺布和PE膜上孔的具体形状和尺寸关系是：打孔无纺布的孔为圆柱状，打孔PE膜上的孔为圆漏斗状，圆柱孔的孔径小于圆漏斗孔进口的孔径。这样的复合表面包覆层可以采用先分别下料，使无纺布与PE膜为相同形状，先在无纺布按照点阵方式打上圆柱孔，再在PE膜上按照同样的点阵方式打上上大下小的圆漏斗状立体孔，然后通过热封或胶连对应接成一体，这样的开孔由于按照的是同样的点阵方式打孔，保证了无纺布上的孔与PE膜上的孔相互贯通；由于打孔PE膜上的孔为圆漏斗状，这样的结构有利于粘状物及块状物沿着圆漏斗向下流动，同时由于无纺布上的圆柱孔的孔径小于PE膜上圆漏斗孔进口的孔径，则使无纺布能充分盖住PE膜，能更有效的避免了PE膜与人体直接接触；另外，在无纺布没有粘状物及块状物时，PE膜上圆漏斗孔进口支撑着上面的无纺布上的圆柱孔，在无纺布有粘状物及块状物时，无纺布上的圆柱孔就会沿着PE膜上圆漏斗孔进口向下塌陷，进一步保证了使用效果。
进一步，根据常遇到的经血、婴儿排泄物等实验结果，限定卫生用品打孔无纺布上的孔半径范围为0.5mm～1.3mm，打孔PE膜上的孔进口半径范围为1.0mm～1.5mm，孔出口半径范围为0.7mm～1.3mm时，都能达到使用效果，根据不同的无纺布可以在适当范围内调整，一般来说，用在卫生巾和护垫上可以取较小的值，用在婴儿尿裤、婴儿尿片、成人尿裤可以相对取较大的值。
更进一步，根据多次反复的实验，采用不同的血型和不同年龄段的人实验，限定卫生用品表面包覆层打孔无纺布上孔半径为0.8mm，打孔PE膜上的孔进口半径为1.3mm，孔出口半径为1.0mm时，效果比对最佳。
另外，就是限定这种卫生用品表面包覆层的用途，可用作婴儿尿裤、婴儿尿片、成人尿裤、成人护理用品、卫生巾或卫生护垫的表面包覆层，包括各种型号、形状、大小尺寸。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果：由于采用了全新的技术方案，针对现有卫生用品表面包覆层，这种表面包覆层既柔软舒适干爽，抗拉强度好又有利于吸收芯层吸收大块粘稠污染物及块状物，有效解决闷热、不透气、过敏问题的技术问题，可广泛应用于卫生护理用品行业。

具体实施方式
如图1、图3、图4所示，一种纸尿裤，从里往外依次包括表面包覆层、吸收芯层4和底膜层5，表面包覆层由打孔无纺布1和PE膜2热封或胶连接复合成一体，无纺布1位于最表层，无纺布上的圆柱状孔11与PE膜上的圆漏斗状孔21相互贯通，无纺布上的孔半径为0.8mm，打孔PE膜上的孔进口半径为1.3mm，孔出口半径为1.0mm。
如图2、图3、图4所示，一种卫生巾，从里往外依次包括表面包覆层、吸收芯层4和底膜层5，表面包覆层由打孔无纺布1和PE膜2热封或胶连接复合成一体，无纺布1位于最表层，无纺布上的圆柱状孔11与PE膜上的圆漏斗状孔21相互贯通，无纺布上的孔半径为0.9mm，打孔PE膜上的孔进口半径为1.4mm，孔出口半径为1.2mm。
当然，这种卫生用品表面包覆层还可以用在婴儿尿片、成人尿裤、成人护理用品、卫生护垫等产品上。
需要说明的是，本发明还有多种实施方式，在此不一一详述。对于本领域的技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明结构的前提下，还可以作出若干变形和改进，这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围，这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。
Claims (1)
1.一种卫生用品表面包覆层，其特征在于：包括有通过热封或胶连接复合成一体的打孔无纺布和打孔PE膜，打孔无纺布位于最表层，打孔无纺布上的孔与PE膜上的孔相互贯通，所述的打孔无纺布的孔为圆柱状，打孔PE膜上的孔为圆漏斗状，圆柱孔的孔径小于圆漏斗孔进口的孔径，所述的打孔无纺布上的孔半径为0.5mm～1.3mm，打孔PE膜上的孔进口半径为1.0mm～1.5mm，孔出口半径为0.7mm～1.3mm，所述打孔无纺布和打孔PE膜是通过先打孔再复合连接的。
