Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括基座和固定于基座上的灯罩和光源基板,所述光源基板上安装有发光二极管,还包括固定于基座上的配光板,所述配光板的两侧分别与灯罩、光源基板相对,配光板形成有多个凸起,该凸起用于将来自该发光二极管的以预定入射角入射到该配光板的光线进行全反射。该发光二极管灯具通过配光板改变光的发射方向,使光照更均匀,从而减少眩光。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种适用于室内照明的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
和传统光源相比,发光二极管具有体积小、寿命长、低驱动电压、启动快速、环保、抗震抗压等优点,现已被广泛地应用于日常室内照明。然而由于发光二极管较小的发光点和光束角,通常使得发光二极管的光强较为集中,容易对观测者造成眩光,造成观测者视觉疲劳和头痛等不良反应。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种出光均匀度高、可降低眩光的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括基座和固定于基座上的灯罩和光源基板,所述光源基板上安装有发光二极管,还包括固定于基座上的配光板,所述配光板的两侧分别与灯罩、光源基板相对,配光板形成有多个凸起,该凸起用于将来自该发光二极管的以预定入射角入射到该配光板的光线进行全反射。
上述发光二极管灯具通过配光板改变光的发射方向,使光照更均匀,从而减少眩光。

具体实施方式
请同时参考图1与图2,发光二极管灯具100大致为细长圆管状结构,包括基座10、灯罩20、电源连接器30、光源基板40和配光板50。灯罩20、光源基板40与配光板50均固定于基座10上。电源连接器30设置在发光二极管灯具100的两个端部,电源连接器30与电源(未示出)电连接。光源基板40与电源连接器30电连接,其上安装有可发光的发光二极管42。配光板50用于改变来自发光二极管42所发射的光的方向。
基座10采用散热性较好的铝合金基材制造,可疏散发光二极管灯具100工作时产生的热量。基座10底部设置有相互间隔一定距离的多个散热鳍片12,散热鳍片12用来增加基座10的表面积,以加快空气流通与散热效率。基座10的边缘形成有卡槽14,灯罩20的边缘相向地伸出卡扣部22,卡扣部22卡设于卡槽14内,将灯罩20固定在基座10上。基座10还形成有靠近灯罩20的第一收容腔16与远离灯罩20的第二收容腔18。
光源基板40收容于第一收容腔16内,光源基板40与基座10之间通过高导热性的导热胶带相贴合,导热胶带可以更好的将光源基板40产生的热量传导至基座10,然后通过散热鳍片12与空气进行热交换。光源基板40在发光二极管42所在的表面涂覆有反射层44。
配光板50收容于第二收容腔18内,配光板50的两侧分别与光源基板40、灯罩20正对设置。配光板50与灯罩20相对的表面形成多个凸起52,该凸起52首尾相接形成锯齿状。每一凸起52的横截面为等腰三角形,其顶部54的角度设置为可使凸起52将来自发光二极管42接近正向发射的光线进行全反射的角度。
请参阅图3,发光二极管42正向或接近正向发射的光线投射至处于中央位置的凸起52上并被该凸起52进行全反射。该光线经全反射后投射至反射层44上,反射层44将该光线再次反射至处于外围的凸起52,其入射角相对第一次时减小。在此,该“外围的凸起52”指位于该中央位置两侧的凸起52。该光线经一次或多次全反射后,其入射角将小于一临界角,可经处于外围的凸起52折射至灯罩20上后射出。如此,发光二极管42正向或接近正向发射的光线通过配光板50的反射与折射,可部分地自处于外围的凸起52射出,使中央光线减少并产生散光效果,使光照更均匀,光照效果更柔和,从而减少眩光。
请参阅图4,发光二极管42斜向发射的光经凸起52反射,光的散射角收敛,使得外围光线分布密度更接近于中央的分布密度,使照度更均匀。
请参阅图5,在另一实施方式中,灯罩20外表面形成有弧面状透镜阵列24,该透镜阵列24对发射至灯罩20的光线产生发散作用,从而增大发光二极管42的出光角度,使得光照效果更柔和。弧面状透镜阵列24也可形成于灯罩20的内表面。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括基座和固定于基座上的灯罩和光源基板,所述光源基板上安装有发光二极管,其特征在于,还包括固定于基座上的配光板,所述配光板的两侧分别与灯罩、光源基板相对,配光板形成有多个凸起,该凸起用于将来自该发光二极管的以预定入射角入射到该配光板的光线进行全反射。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩外表面形成有弧面状透镜阵列。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩内表面形成有弧面状透镜阵列。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述多个凸起收尾相接形成锯齿状。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述光源基板在发光二极管所在的表面涂覆有反射层。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基座形成有卡槽,灯罩相向形成有卡扣部,该卡扣部卡设于卡槽内,将灯罩固定在基座上。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基座还包括多个间隔设置的散热鳍片。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基座形成有靠近灯罩的第一收容腔与远离灯罩的第二收容腔,光源基板收容于第一收容腔内,配光板收容于第二收容腔内。
