Abstract
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种用于谷物、果树和蔬菜上病害防治的含有己唑醇与苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂。本发明的杀菌剂,其有效成份为己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑,己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的质量比为1∶50~50∶1。本发明的优点是:(1)两种杀菌剂的组合使用,扩大了杀菌剂防治谱;(2)降低了有机溶剂使用量,对靶标作物、人畜、环境安全;(3)降低施药量、减少施用次数、便于使用、降低使用成本,具有高效、速效、持续期长;(4)生产方法简单,贮运安全,环境影响小。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种用于谷物、果树和蔬菜上病害防治的含有己唑醇与苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂。
背景技术
己唑醇,因为名称为(hexaconazole),化学名称为(RS)-2-(2,4-二氯苯基)-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-己醇-2;(RS)-2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)hexan,分子式C14H17CI2N3O
己唑醇为三唑类杀菌剂。具有广谱、治疗、保护、铲除、内吸等作用特点。作用机理与特点甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂,破坏和阻止病菌的细胞膜重要组成成分麦角甾醇的生物合成,导致细胞膜不能形成,使病菌死亡。具有内吸、保护和治疗活性,杀菌谱广,可用于农作物、果树、蔬菜上的多种病害,如纹枯病、稻曲病、白粉病、黑星病、叶斑病等。
苯醚甲环唑,英文名称(difenoconazle),化学式为:1-(2-[4-(4-氯苯氧)-2-氯苯基]-4-甲基-1,3-二恶戊烷-2-基甲基)-H-1,2,4-三唑,分子式:C19H17C12N3O3。苯醚甲环唑是一种具有保护和治疗作用的内吸性杀菌剂,是甾醇脱甲基化抑制剂,抑制细胞壁甾醇的生物合成,阻止真菌的生长。其具有强内吸性、药效高,对作物安全,持效期长的特点。具有预防和治疗作用。杀菌谱广,叶面处理和种子处理可提高作物的产量和保证品质。对于子囊菌和半之菌引起的多种病害防效极佳。也可以与大多数杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂混用,均有较好的防治效果。对大田作物、水果、蔬菜上的多种病害具有治疗和铲除作用。
长期使用单一药剂容易使植物产生抗药性而不能达到治疗目的,目前尚未见己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑复配杀菌剂产品的相关记载。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种药效好,有效活性防治谱广,可防止使用单一药品产生抗药性、持效期长,成本低、使用方便的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂。
本发明的杀菌剂,其有效成份为己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑,己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的质量比为1∶50~50∶1。
所述己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的较佳的重量比为1∶4~3∶1。
本发明的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂可以为水分散粒剂时,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇1%~30%,苯醚甲环唑1%~40%,湿润分散剂8~20%,粘结剂4~10%,崩解剂15~25%,填料余量,以上组成比例为质量百分比。
本发明的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂可以为可湿性粉剂时,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇1%~30%,苯醚甲环唑1%~40%,湿润分散剂8~20%,粘结剂4~10%,填料余量,以上组成比例为质量百分比。
以上所述润湿分散剂可选自:烷基萘磺酸盐、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、三硅氧烷聚醚、烷基多糖苷、磺酸聚甲醛缩合物(NNO)、木质素磺酸钙、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯或硫酸酯之一。
以上所述黏结剂可选自NJ、焦磷酸钾、焦磷酸钠、丙二酸酐聚醚、明胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、糊精之一。
以上所述崩解剂可选自尿素、氯化钙、硫酸铵、无水硫酸钠、食盐、羧甲基纤 维素钠、硫酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、改性二甲基硅氧烷聚醚、碱土金属磷酸盐、可溶性淀粉、聚丙烯酸之一。
以上所述填料可选自高岭土、膨润土、硅藻土、陶土之一。
本发明的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂可以为水乳剂药剂,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇5%~10%、苯醚甲环唑5%~20%、溶剂及助溶剂2%~20%、乳化剂3%~10%、防冻剂1%~5%、增稠剂0.1%~1%、消泡剂0.1%~0.5%、水余量;以上组成比例为质量百分比。
本发明的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂可以为微乳剂药剂,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇1%~20%、苯醚甲环唑1%~30%、溶剂及助溶剂1%~20%、乳化剂15%~20%、防冻剂1%~5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.5%、水余量;以上组成比例为质量百分比。
以上所述的溶剂及助溶剂选自甲醇、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙二醇、丙二醇、甲苯、二甲苯、乙醇、环己酮、植物油、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种。
以上所述的乳化剂选自烷基苯磺酸钙、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯基酚聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵盐、烷基联苯醚二磺酸镁盐、三乙醇铵盐、苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙基醚、苯基酚聚氧乙基醚、烷基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙烯乙基醚、苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚丙烯基醚、环氧乙烯-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、肪醇醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
以上所述的抗冻剂选自乙二醇、丙三醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇或山梨醇中 的一种或几种。
以上所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
以上所述的消泡剂选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或几种。
本发明的优点是:(1)两种杀菌剂的组合使用,扩大了杀菌剂防治谱;(2)降低了有机溶剂使用量,对靶标作物、人畜、环境安全;(3)降低施药量、减少施用次数、便于使用、降低使用成本,具有高效、速效、持续期长;(4)生产方法简单,贮运安全,环境影响小。
具体实施方式
实施例1:24%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂
8g己唑醇、16g苯醚甲环唑、6g十二烷基硫酸钠、4g月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,3g木质素磺酸盐、4g磺酸聚甲醛缩合物(NNO)、4g聚乙二醇、8g硫酸铵、14g羧甲基纤维素钠、高岭土补至100g,制得24%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂。
实施例2:40%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂
10g己唑醇、30g苯醚甲环唑、8g十二烷基硫酸钠、5g芳基酚聚氧乙烯醚、2g亚甲基双萘磺酸钠,4g聚乙二醇、5g硫酸铵、高岭土补至100g,制得40%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂。
实施例3:12%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑可湿性粉剂
4g己唑醇、8g苯醚甲环唑、6g十二烷基硫酸钠、8g木质素磺酸钠、5g拉开粉(BX)、硅藻土补足100g。制得40%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:20%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑可湿性粉剂
6g己唑醇、14g苯醚甲环唑、8g月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、10g木质素磺酸钙、4g拉开粉BX、高岭土补足100g。制得20%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑可湿性粉剂。
实施例5:12%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水乳剂
4g己唑醇、8g苯醚甲环唑、5gN-甲基吡咯烷酮、2g烷基苯磺酸钙、6g苯乙基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙基醚、4g乙二醇、0.4g硅酮类化合物、0.1g黄原胶、0.8g硅酸镁铝、水补至100g,制得12%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水乳剂。
实施例6:35%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水乳剂
10g己唑醇、25g苯醚甲环唑、7gN,N二甲基甲酰胺、8gN-甲基吡咯烷酮、3g苯基酚聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、4g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3g三乙醇铵盐、4g丙三醇、0.3g硅酮类化合物、0.5g聚乙烯醇、水补至100g,制得35%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水乳剂。
将上述配方均匀混合,将有效成分、溶剂、乳化剂加在一起,溶解成均匀油相;将水、抗冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂混合在一起,成均一水相。在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相,即可制得己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑水乳剂。
实施例7:12%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑微乳剂
3g己唑醇、9g苯醚甲环唑、7g苯基酚聚氧乙基醚磷酸酯、6g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、3g植物油、3gN-甲基吡咯烷酮、5g乙二醇、0.4g硅酮类化合物、水补至100g,将乳化剂和水混合制成水相,然后将溶解在溶剂中的原药在搅拌下加入水相,制成10%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑微乳剂。
实施例8:20%己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑微乳剂
8g己唑醇、12g苯醚甲环唑、4g植物油、6gN-甲基吡咯烷酮、6g壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、5g三乙醇铵盐、、4g 乙二醇、0.2g硅酮类化合物、水补至100g,将乳化剂和水混合制成水相,然后将溶解在溶剂中的原药在搅拌下加入水相,制成20%己 唑醇·苯醚甲环唑微乳剂。

由表1可知,本发明己唑醇与苯醚甲环唑复配的杀菌组合物对草莓叶斑病具有较高的增效作用,己唑醇与苯醚甲环唑配比2∶3、2∶4、2∶6,增效作用明显,其中当己唑醇∶苯醚甲环唑=2∶4时增效作用最为突出。
实施应用例二己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑防治小麦白粉病
本发明试验于4月22日按每亩用药制剂量兑水60公斤进行均匀喷雾,共施药3次,每次施药间隔7天,第3次施药后,调查结果如表2:

从表2看出,本发明组合物对小麦白粉病的防治效果均显著,比明显高于对照药剂,对小麦生育安全,田间没有发现不良反应,对小麦赤霉病、纹枯病、锈病均有一定防效。
实施应用例三己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑防治水稻纹枯病
本发明试验按每亩用药剂量兑水60公斤进行均匀喷雾,共施药3次,每次施药间隔10天,第3次施药后,调查结果如表3:

从表3看出,本发明组合物对水稻纹枯病有很好的防治效果,防效均高于对照药剂,在试验用药量范围内对作物安全,具有速效性好、持效期长的优点,并对水稻稻曲病药后14天后防效达90%以上。
实施应用例四己唑醇·苯醚甲环唑防治梨树黑星病
本发明试验按每亩用药制剂量兑水60公斤进行均匀喷雾,共施药3次,每次施药间隔7天,第3次施药后,防治效果如表4:

由表4看出,本发明己唑醇与苯醚甲环唑复配的杀菌组合物对梨黑星病具有较好的防治效果,在试验中发现,该组合物对梨树安全,并对梨轮纹病、腐烂病和黑斑病,锈病、白粉病、褐腐病,14天后防效均达75%以上。

1.一种含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂,其特征是:其有效成份为己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑,己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的质量比为1∶50~50∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂,其特征是:所述己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的重量比为1∶4~3∶1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂,其特征是:该杀菌剂为水分散粒剂,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇1%~30%,苯醚甲环唑1%~40%,湿润分散剂8~20%,粘结剂4~10%,崩解剂15~25%,填料余量,以上组成比例为质量百分比。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂,其特征是:该杀菌剂为可湿性粉剂,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇1%~30%,苯醚甲环唑1%~40%,湿润分散剂8~20%,粘结剂4~10%,填料余量,以上组成比例为质量百分比。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有己唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的杀菌剂,其特征是:该杀菌剂为水乳剂药剂,药剂由以下组分及组成比例组成:己唑醇5%~10%、苯醚甲环唑5%~20%、溶剂及助溶剂2%~20%、乳化剂3%~10%、防冻剂1%~5%、增稠剂0.1%~1%、消泡剂0.1%~0.5%、水余量;以上组成比例为质量百分比。
