Abstract

本发明涉及一种电控喷油器的喷射阀,其主要采用阀座安装在节流孔板上,所述壳体内设有控制活塞,控制活塞上装有调压弹簧,控制活塞的一端上连接顶杆,且通过顶杆与油嘴偶件连接,由紧帽将油嘴偶件固定在壳体上,特征是:压紧螺母通过定位板将节流孔板压紧在壳体上,壳体与节流孔板贴合连接,衔铁安装在导向座内,所述衔铁在导向座内往复运动,电磁铁紧帽将电磁铁、衬环和导向座压紧并固定在壳体上;钢球一部分压入衔铁的孔内,电磁铁弹簧设置在衔铁上,阀座的凹球面与钢球突出衔铁的部分向接触。本发明结构简单、紧凑,合理;能保证阀座与节流孔板贴合后的密封性,降低了对阀座加工要求,可提高喷射阀的密封性。

电控喷油器的喷射阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电控喷油器的喷射阀,尤其是一种柴油机用的电控喷油器的喷射阀。
背景技术
电控喷油器是此系统的关键部件,它能实现对喷油规律的理想化控制,为了实现电控喷油器的快速开启和关闭,利用控制活塞两端的压力差来控制开启和关闭,根据液体的特性,利用这一原理完全满足对电控喷油器的快速反映要求,为了保证控制活塞两端的控制室的密封性,对相关的加工件要求很高,由于有很多零件组装在一起,相对位置度很难保证,为了达到要求,加工成本很高,切废品率很高
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种电控喷油器的喷射阀,能保证阀座与节流孔板贴合后的密封性,降低了对阀座加工要求,可提高喷射阀的密封性。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,电控喷油器的喷射阀包括壳体、节流孔板、阀座、控制活塞,所述阀座安装在节流孔板上,所述壳体内设有控制活塞,控制活塞与壳体配合,控制活塞上装有调压弹簧,控制活塞的一端上连接顶杆,且通过顶杆与油嘴偶件连接,由紧帽将油嘴偶件固定在壳体上,特征是:压紧螺母通过定位板将节流孔板压紧在壳体上,壳体与节流孔板贴合连接,衔铁安装在导向座内,所述衔铁在导向座内往复运动,电磁铁紧帽将电磁铁、衬环和导向座压紧并固定在壳体上;钢球一部分压入衔铁的孔内,电磁铁弹簧设置在衔铁上,阀座的凹球面与钢球突出衔铁的部分向接触。
所述控制活塞的另一端与节流孔板间设有很小的间隙。
所述壳体内设有进流通道、回流通道、回流节流孔、进流节流孔,进流通道与进流节流孔连通,回流节流孔与回流通道连通,回流孔与回流节流孔连通,高压液体通过进流通道和进流节流孔进入由控制活塞、回流通道,壳体和节流孔板共同形成的控制室内。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑,合理;能保证阀座与节流孔板贴合后的密封性,降低了对阀座加工要求,可提高喷射阀的密封性。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~图2所示:包括电磁铁1、电磁铁紧帽2、电磁铁弹簧3、衔铁4、衬环5、导向座6、压紧螺母7、定位板8、阀座9、节流孔板10、调压弹簧11、顶杆12、油嘴偶件13、紧帽14、壳体15、钢球16、回流节流孔17、回流孔18、进流节流孔19、控制室20、进流通道21、控制活塞22、回流通道23。
本发明采用阀座9安装在节流孔板10上,所述壳体15内设有控制活塞22,控制活塞22与壳体15配合,在不漏油的前提下保持运动的灵活性,控制活塞22上装有调压弹簧11,控制活塞22的一端上连接顶杆12,且通过顶杆12与油嘴偶件13连接,由紧帽14将油嘴偶件13固定在壳体15上,控制活塞22的另一端与节流孔板10间设有很小的间隙,压紧螺母7通过定位板8将节流孔板10压紧在壳体15上,使壳体15与节流孔板10贴合连接,定位板8将导向座6定位在壳体15上合适位置;衔铁4安装在导向座6内,衔铁4可以在导向座6内往复运动,衔铁4往复运动的距离由衔铁4与电磁铁1之间的衬环5的厚度来调节,电磁铁紧帽2将电磁铁1、衬环5和导向座6压紧并固定在壳体15上;在壳体15内设有进流通道21、回流通道23,进流通道21与进流节流孔19连通,高压液体通过进流通道21和进流节流孔19进入由控制活塞22、回流通道23,壳体15和节流孔板10共同形成的控制室20内,钢球16的一部分压入衔铁4的预留孔内,钢球16与衔铁4过盈配合,电磁铁弹簧3设置在衔铁4上,阀座9的凹球面与钢球16突出衔铁4的部分向接触,使电磁铁弹簧3上的预紧力始终垂直作用在阀座9与节流孔板10贴合面上,阀座9的密封面大于回流节流孔周围的密封面,保证了阀座9与节流孔板10贴合后的密封性,降低了对阀座9加工要求。
当电磁铁1没有通电时,电磁铁弹簧3上的预紧力作用在衔铁4上,并通过钢球16使阀座9与节流孔板10贴合,切断了控制室20内液体通过设置在节流孔板10的回流节流孔17回到回流通道23中;控制室20内的高压液体压力作用在控制活塞22的端面上,高压液体压力通过进流通道21作用在油嘴偶件13上,作用在油嘴偶件13上的力小于作用在控制活塞22的力,油嘴偶件13保持关闭。
当电磁铁1通电时,电磁力克服电磁铁弹簧3预紧力,将衔铁4吸合,作用在阀座9上的预紧力消失,在液体压力作用下阀座9开启,回流节流孔17与回流通道23连通,回流孔18与回流节流孔17连通,控制室20内的液体通过回流孔18到回流节流孔17进入回流通道23,流入控制室20的液体小于流出的液体,控制室20内液体压力减小,此时作用在油嘴偶件13的力大于控制室20内液体作用控制活塞22上的力,油嘴偶件13在液体压力作用下开启,这样根据设定可以重复的开启和关闭。

Claims (2)

1.一种电控喷油器的喷射阀,其主要包括壳体(15)、节流孔板(10)、阀座(9)、控制活塞(22),所述阀座(9)安装在节流孔板(10)上,所述壳体(15)内设有控制活塞(22),控制活塞(22)与壳体(15)配合,控制活塞(22)上装有调压弹簧(11),控制活塞(22)的一端上连接顶杆(12),且通过顶杆(12)与油嘴偶件(13)连接,由紧帽(14)将油嘴偶件(13)固定在壳体(15)上,其特征是:压紧螺母(7)通过定位板(8)将节流孔板(10)压紧在壳体(15)上,壳体(15)与节流孔板(10)贴合连接,衔铁(4)安装在导向座(6)内,所述衔铁(4)在导向座(6)内往复运动,电磁铁紧帽(2)将电磁铁(1)、衬环(5)和导向座(6)压紧并固定在壳体(15)上;电磁铁弹簧(3)设置在衔铁(4)上,钢球(16)一部分压入衔铁(4)的孔内,阀座(9)的凹球面与钢球(16)突出衔铁(4)的部分相接触;所述的壳体(15)内设有进流通道(21)、回流通道(23)、回流节流孔(17)、进流节流孔(19),进流通道(21)与进流节流孔(19)连通,回流节流孔(17)与回流通道(23)连通,回流孔(18)与回流节流孔(17)连通,高压液体通过进流通道(21)和进流节流孔(19)进入由控制活塞(22)、回流通道(23)、壳体(15)和节流孔板(10)共同形成的控制室(20)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电控喷油器的喷射阀,其特征在于所述的控制活塞(22)的另一端与节流孔板(10)间设有间隙。
