通过动物实验进一步证实葡萄籽原花青素提取物(GSPE)的防龋作用。选择21d鼠龄断乳Sprague-Dawby(SD)大鼠16只,随机分成2组,每组8只,雌雄各半,分别为葡萄籽原花青素提取物(GSPE)溶液、蒸馏水(H2O)组。21~23d鼠龄期间给予古有广谱抗生素(2kg饲料加氨苄青霉素、氯霉素各1g)的致龋饲料2000#,其它时间的饲料中不加抗生素。在鼠龄24~28d期间,连续5d于口腔内接种变形链球菌S.Sobrinus 6715(105~6CFU/ml),每次接种100ul。自29d起两组分别用MIC浓度的GSPE溶液4mg/ml、蒸馏水处理。大鼠取仰卧位,将0.3ml药物用钝针头注射器注于大鼠牙面及口腔,维持15s,每天处理1次,处理后30min内禁饮食。连续处理60d后处死大鼠,采用Keyes龋齿评分法观察、评估大鼠磨牙牙合面窝沟患龋情况,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析和均数比较,总结GSPE对Sprague-Dawley大鼠磨牙牙合面窝沟龋的预防效果。动物实验发现GSPE能抑制大鼠龋病的发生发展(P<0.05);Dx级龋损仅见于蒸馏水组,葡萄籽原花青素提取物(GSPE)组未发生Dx级龋损。The anti-caries effect of grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) was further confirmed by animal experiments. SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for one-way analysis of variance and mean comparison, and the effect of GSPE on the Sprague-Dawley scale was summarized. Preventive effect of pit and fissure caries on the occlusal surface of molars in rats. Animal experiments found that GSPE can inhibit the occurrence and development of caries in rats (P<0.05); Dx grade caries was only found in the distilled water group, and no Dx grade caries occurred in the grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) group.
