Abstract
本发明涉及一种香菇木条原种的培养法,本方法方便,原料易取,发菌快,菌丝粗壮,出菇产量高杂菌污染率低,是一种值得推广的好方法。
Description
本发明涉及一种原种培养法,特别是一种香菇木条原种的培养法。
在常规制作的香菇木屑原种菌种期长、发菌慢、瓶袋的上、下菌龄不一致,明显影响了香菇的生产的产量。
本发明的目的是研制一种即方便、原料易取、发菌快而又菌丝粗壮、出菇产量高的香菇原种的培养方法。
本发明是这样实现的,其特征在于:
首先将各种细木棒锯成5-30厘米的长的段,再劈成0.3-1厘米见方的小木条,用1%的糖和2%的磷酸二氢钾加入100斤水中溶化后将以上木条放入糖水中浸泡8-20小时,捞起后拌少量米糠或麸皮即可装瓶或袋中,经高压、或常压灭菌后即可接种培养。
实施例:
将杨木细棒锯成12厘米的长的段后,再劈成0.3-1厘米见方的木条,用1%的白糖和2%的磷酸二氢钾加入100斤水中溶化后,将以上木条放入溶化的糖水中浸泡12小时,捞起后,拌少量麸皮即可装瓶中常压灭菌后即可接种培养。
使用本方法培养的香菇原种发菌快、菌丝粗壮、杂菌污染率低,是一种值得推广的好方法。
Claims (3)
- 本发明涉及一种香菇木条原种的培养法,其特征在于:1、首先将各种木棒锯成5-30厘米的段,再劈成0.3-1厘米见方的木条
- 2、根据权利要求1所述用1%的糖和2%的磷酸钾加入100斤水中溶化
- 3、根据权利要求1所述,将木条放入糖水中浸泡8-20小时,捞起后拌少量米糠或夫皮,装入瓶或袋中灭菌。
