Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于输送水中的疏水硅酸的分散物(dispersion)的方法。
背景技术
形成申请文件参考PCT/EP 2005/004069(040133 FH)的2004年5月3日的在前申请公开了一种具有杀虫活性的分散物。
除了水之外,这种分散物包含重量比为0.5至20%的疏水硅酸、重量比为0.01至10%的凝胶剂或增粘剂、重量比为0.1至1%的防腐剂和重量比为0至1%的表面活性物质。
已知的分散物具有杀虫活性并且因此可以用来防御螨类、甲虫、蛀虫、虱子等等。
分散物作为杀虫剂的应用需要这种分散物以适当的方式来分布。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的是发现一种用于散布和输送分散物的方法,通过该方法具有杀虫活性的分散物可以通过能实现最大活性的方式来散布。
用于散布和输送分散物的技术系统还应该在能量供给(例如电、压缩空气等等)方面是独立的,即是自给自足的。
上述技术系统的最大几何尺寸受到操作环境的限制。
独立于所用的喷嘴的数目(例如1,2,…10个喷嘴),要保证均匀的喷雾状态(spray pattern),同时所用的每个喷嘴的容积流量是恒定的。
本发明涉及一种用于输送和散布疏水硅酸的含水分散物的方法,其特征在于,分散物在管道内通过并且在管道内利用挤压运动向前输送。
依照本发明,挤压运动可以利用从包括软管泵、软管式螺旋泵、蠕动泵和旋转容积式泵的组中选取的设备来执行。
蠕动泵或旋转容积式泵在DE 197 13 689和DE 197 17 452中就是已知的。
依照本发明的方法允许满足如下的预定要求:
在将分散物施加到区域和杆上时,可以通过使用的喷嘴生成均匀的喷雾状态。
散布的分散物能够保持它的杀虫活性并且对施加的区域具有足够的粘附力。
施加了上述要求的本发明通过本发明进行描述。
具体实施方式
实例
为了散布分散物,依照蠕动原理或容积式原理操作的各种泵都是可利用的。
主要的选择标准在于能够防止分散物损失它的杀虫活性的特别平稳的输送技术。
软管泵,公开于:
Vauck,W.,Müller,H.,Grundoperationen chemischerVerfahrenstechnik [Chemical process engineering unitoperations],Deutscher Verlag für Grundstoffindustrie,2000。
软管泵在歧管壳体内具有在内部开启的弹性软管。旋转辊子压缩软管并且由此将它分成吸入室和排出室。软管泵的最大操作压力为10巴。
由于流动介质仅仅与输送软管接触,所以不存在腐蚀的风险。此外,软管泵只需要非常少的维修。
该文献还公开了
软管式螺旋泵。
与传统的软管泵相反,软管式螺旋泵具有多个软管。它们沿轴向定位成平行于中央偏心螺旋转子并且同时被压缩。最大操作压力为6巴。
由于流动介质仅仅与输送软管接触,所以这些泵同样不存在腐蚀的风险。另外,软管泵只需要非常少的维修。与简单的软管泵相比,软管式螺旋泵中的脉动显著被衰减。

与软管泵的原理相似,Inotec的蠕动泵利用挤压运动输送流动介质。然而,流动介质不包含在软管内而是包含在柔性板和固定板之间。柔性板经由各个活动压力传输元件进行偏转,传输元件又会在转子的作用下进行移动,该转子绕着轴同心地运转。因此,泵通道被分成吸入室和排出室。最大操作压力为15巴。
泵内部的脉动较低。杀虫活性符合要求。由于泵的设计比较简单,所以它可以非常容易和迅速地被维护和清洁。流动介质仅仅与两个塑料板接触,所述板对分散物具有抵抗性。
其它已知的输送原理不能满足在开始处所阐明的要求。下文中通过实例提到了几种形式的泵。
活塞泵(公开于Vauck,W.,Müller,H.,Grundoperationenchemischer Verfahrenstechnik[Chemical process engineering unitoperations],Deut scher Verlag für Grundstoffindustrie,2000)
在活塞泵中,流动介质利用活塞输送。在具有特定设计时,作为缸中往复式置换器的活塞的行程运动首先以较低脉动的方式将介质吸入缸中然后由此排出。在该过程中,排出阀和进入阀交替封闭泵室。容积流量经由使用的喷嘴的尺寸和设置的操作压力来调节。用于雾化的最大操作压力为230巴。
不利的是,螨类的死亡率等级并不满足要求,因为机械应力破坏了分散物。在产品使用时,同分散物接触的部件例如活塞、缸尤其是排出阀和进入阀产生的所不希望的磨损导致正被讨论的泵发生故障。
电动双隔膜柱塞泵(公开于Vauck,W.,Müller,H.,Grundoperationen chemischer Verfahrenstechnik[Chemical processengineering unit operations],Deutscher Verlag fürGrundstoffindustrie,2000)
同活塞泵相反的是,隔膜形成隔膜泵中的置换器。隔膜通过直接连接至驱动杆组件而进行运动。这样,隔膜就将工作室完全与驱动分开。
在通过隔膜分开的泵室中,不存在腐蚀/磨耗。
不利的是,在螨类上实现的杀虫活性并不符合要求。和分散物接触的部件例如排出阀和进入阀存在不希望的磨损。由于泵内连续的支路流动,分散物受到了相当大的应力,而导致它的杀虫活性的降低。泵的复杂设计使泵的维护/清洁更困难。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于输送和散布疏水硅酸的含水分散物的方法,其特征在于,分散物在管道内通过并且利用挤压运动在管道中向前输送。
2.方法和权利要求,其特征在于,挤压运动利用从包括软管泵、软管式螺旋泵、蠕动泵和旋转容积式泵的组中选取的设备来执行。
