Abstract
一种超强光催化降解抗菌环保涂料制备方法,将0.8g纳米二氧化钛、2g纳米二氧化硅、0.1g纳米银分别在水中分散均匀后,再将其混合均匀,制成含纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、纳米银混合液,将该种混合液加入到普通乳液中,再加入表面活性剂、增粘剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、润湿剂、稳定剂,以300转/分钟的转速机械搅拌半小时,再用超声波分散30分钟后,使之分散均匀。本发明的优点:充分吸附氧和水,纳米二氧化钛催化性能不受紫外线限制,在可见光区域下发挥催化能力,加快二氧化钛催化降污抗菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超强光催化降解抗菌环保涂料制备方法。
背景技术
由于二氧化钛的光催化活性要在水和氧及紫外线的氛围下才能体现出来,在水和氧及紫外线很少的情况下,二氧化钛的活性受到很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的缺陷,提供一种超强光催化降解抗菌环保涂料制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种超强光催化降解抗菌环保涂料制备方法,其特征在于:将0.8g纳米二氧化钛、2g纳米二氧化硅、0.1g纳米银分别在水中分散均匀后,再将其混合均匀,制成含纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、纳米银混合液,将该种混合液加入到普通乳液中,再加入表面活性剂、增粘剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、润湿剂、稳定剂,以300转/分钟的转速机械搅拌半小时,再用超声波分散30分钟后,使之分散均匀。
本发明具有以下优点:充分吸附氧和水,纳米二氧化钛催化性能不受紫外线限制,在可见光区域下发挥催化能力,加快二氧化钛催化降污抗菌效果。

1.一种超强光催化降解抗菌环保涂料制备方法,其特征在于:将0.8g纳米二氧化钛、2g纳米二氧化硅、0.1g纳米银分别在水中分散均匀后,再将其混合均匀,制成含纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅、纳米银混合液,将该种混合液加入到普通乳液中,再加入表面活性剂、增粘剂、分散剂、流平剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、润湿剂、稳定剂,以300转/分钟的转速机械搅拌半小时,再用超声波分散30分钟后,使之分散均匀。
