Pre-immersion cold ejection type cold needle for treating internal hemorrhoid
A pre-soaking cold ejection type cold needle for treating internal hemorrhoids is a freezing medical appliance.
Since 1969, Lewis reports that the hemorrhoid is treated by freezing with liquid nitrogen for the first time, liquid nitrogen is directly sprayed on the hemorrhoid or a freezing head is used for pressing the surface mucosa of the hemorrhoid at home and abroad.
The invention is a product combining the traditional 'dry hemorrhoid nail' therapy for treating internal hemorrhoid in our country with the modern freezing medical treatment technology. The 'withered hemorrhoid nail' is inserted into the internal hemorrhoid as a foreign body, causes the stimulation reaction of the foreign body, leads to the formation of thrombus, vein occlusion and the contraction of interstitial fiber tissues, thereby shrinking the hemorrhoid to achieve the aim of curing the internal hemorrhoid. The freezing is very sensitive to the vascular plexus effect in the haemorrhoids, the micro-vessels can generate edema, intimal hyperplasia and lumen narrowing after being frozen, and factors such as platelet coagulation and the like are added to cause blood flow stagnation and vascular embolism to cause ischemic necrosis of haemorrhoid tissues, and then the treatment aim is achieved through tissue repair and regeneration. However, the existing cryotherapy apparatus can freeze hemorrhoids in a large area, and has severe postoperative reaction, mainly manifested as pain, edema and excessive exudate in hemorrhoids, heavy bleeding, etc.
The freezing medical apparatus provided by the invention absorbs the advantages of the dry hemorrhoid nail therapy, avoids the defects of the existing freezing apparatus, can carry out puncture freezing on the hemorrhoid, and the freezing dose on the hemorrhoid is only one tenth of the freezing dose of the existing freezing medical apparatus.

The purpose of the invention is: a medical freezing appliance for treating internal hemorrhoid is composed of a needle able to be quickly inserted into hemorrhoid to form an iced acupoint as deep as about 1cm, and a needle able to be used to quickly penetrate into hemorrhoid. In addition, the freezing medical apparatus can be conveniently taken down after the operation is finished.
The cold energy of the presoaking cold ejection type cold needle for treating the internal hemorrhoid is provided by a cold storage element (1) presoaked in a cold storage bottle filled with liquid nitrogen, the cold supply capacity is related to the material and the quality of the cold storage element (1), and the reasonable material and the quality are selected, namely the dose of the cryotherapy is selected. The bonding performance of the freezing apparatus and the biological tissue is related to the temperature of the freezing apparatus, when the temperature of the freezing apparatus is lower than about minus 60 ℃, the freezing apparatus and the tissue are completely non-sticky, and when the temperature of the freezing apparatus is between minus 20 ℃ and minus 30 ℃, the bonding force is maximum. The material and mass of the cold-bonded ring (4) are selected so that the cold-bonded ring can be rapidly heated to more than-60 ℃ after being separated from liquid nitrogen and can be bonded for only about 1 minute. The cold needle (2) is embedded in a good heat conductor by hard alloy, so that the cold needle has enough mechanical strength and good cold transmission capacity. The cold needle (2) is maintained at a temperature below-80 ℃ during the treatment time, ice points of about 1cm are rapidly formed around the cold needle (2), and the cold needle can be conveniently taken down without being adhered to the cold needle. The cold insulation cover (3) is used for supporting the cold adhesion ring (4) and insulating cold of the cold storage unit (1), one end of the pull rod (5) is welded on the cold storage unit (1), and the other end of the pull rod is provided with a pull button (13) which can pull the cold needle head (2) back to the position in the cold adhesion ring (4) and is fixed by the elastic sheet (14) and a section of clamping groove (11) on the pull rod (5). The spring (6), the pressure adjusting bolt (8) and the lower support seat (9) enable the cold storage unit (1) to be under the action of elasticity. The cold needle head (2) can be pricked out by pressing the elastic sheet (14). The guide sleeve (7) is used for controlling the needling direction, and the pressure adjusting bolt (8) can adjust the elasticity of the spring (6). The outer diameter of the lower support seat (9) is larger than the diameter of the cold insulation cover, the cold needle and the cold insulation cover (3) can be inserted into liquid nitrogen together through a small hole of a support stored above the liquid nitrogen refrigerating bottle, and the upper part of the lower support seat (9) is not cooled by the liquid nitrogen. The handle (10) and upper support (12) are provided purely for the mechanical construction needs.
Clinical verification proves that the invention has the following advantages compared with the prior art: standardized dosage, high effective rate, small side effect, simple operation and convenient disinfection.

According to the design concept of the invention, the cold storage element (1) is selected to be a brass element with the diameter of 6mm and the length of about 60 mm. The cold insulation cover (3) is a stainless steel pipe with the wall thickness of 0.2-0.3mm, the diameter of 8mm and the length of about 130mm, the cold bonding ring (4) is a circular ring with the diameter of about 8mm made of a stainless steel wire with the diameter of about 2mm and is welded at the tail end of the cold insulation cover (3). The cold needle (2) takes silver, gold or red copper as a substrate. Stainless steel wires with the length of about 8mm and the diameter of 0.5mm are embedded inside the stainless steel wires and processed into a needle shape. The pull rod (5) is made of stainless steel, and the length and the diameter are about 150mm and 3 mm.
