本申请实施例公开了一种基于授权辅助接入系统的上行数据的发送方法及设备,该方法包括:终端接收基站发送的时间窗口配置信息,所述时间窗口配置信息用于指示目标子帧组,所述目标子帧组包括至少一个目标子帧;所述终端在所述目标子帧组内,任一子帧的第一位置或第二位置发送上行数据。本申请实施例旨在解决现有技术中检测复杂度和功耗较大的问题。
