Abstract
一种手术用导件(10),包括:一长柱状本体(20),呈中空状,长柱状本体(20)上侧具有一半圆柱体(21),长柱状本体(20)底部具一长方体(22),长方体(22)内有一头尾相通的长槽(23),半圆柱体(21)的内部与长方体(22)的内部相通;一翼状部(30),具有翅膀状,设置于长柱状本体(20)的一端并接合于长方体(22)的一侧且自一侧的两端伸展,用以供手术握持用;一限位件(40),呈环状而套接于长柱状本体(20)的另一侧并接合于长方体(22)的另一侧,以供手术时顶住组织;以及一可置换的扩张器(50),置放于长槽(23)中,用以扩充撑开组织的手术开口。
