Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种资源请求的发送方法、用户设备和基站,涉及通信领域,能够解决short PUCCH如何承载SR的问题。其方法为:用户设备UE在用于传输物理上行控制信令的资源传输第一序列承载物理上行控制信令并指示资源请求SR;或,用户设备UE在用于传输物理上行控制信令的资源使用第一子载波组传输物理上行控制信令并指示资源请求SR。本申请实施例用于物理上行控制信令承载SR。
