本发明涉及一种水性丙烯酸环氧氨基烘烤黑色底漆的制备方法, 属于高分子有机化合物的合成技术领域。
技术背景
水性漆优点:第一以水作溶剂,节省大量资源;消除了施工时火灾危险性;降低了对大气污染;仅采用少量低毒性醇醚类有机溶剂,改善了作业环境条件。一般的水性涂料有机溶剂(占涂料)在15%~15%之间,第二水性涂料在湿表面和潮湿环境中可以直接涂覆施工;对材质表面适应性好,涂层附着力强。第三涂装工具可用水清洗,大大减少清洗溶剂的消耗。所以水性漆的用量越来越大,其中最为突出的是水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆,其用量越来越大,主要用于涂装卷材,铁桶,电动车,摩托车,汽车,汽车油箱,机械设备,不锈钢门,铝合金门和窗,塑料部件和钢构部件等等。
水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆的耐水性和耐盐雾性远远优于水性醇酸氨基烤漆和水性聚酯氨基烤漆,目前市场上能加入较多水的水性丙烯酸氨基烘烤底漆干燥速度慢,干燥速度快的水性丙烯酸氨基烘烤底漆能加入的水量少,达不到国家环保的要求。本发明配制的水性丙烯酸环氧氨基烘烤黑色底漆使用了自己合成的水性丙烯酸树脂,不但能加入很多水,而且干燥速度快。
本发明涉及一种水性丙烯酸环氧氨基烘烤黑色底漆的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:

优选的,所述步骤(1)中水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR的固体含量为60%至70%,粘度为8000-10000厘泊/25度(转动粘度计),羟值为30-50mgKOH/g。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的一种水性丙烯酸环氧氨基烘烤黑色底漆的制备方法做进一步的描述。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关发明,而非对该发明的限定。
实施例1
(1)先合成一种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR,步骤为:先把5克丙烯酸,2克甲基丙烯酸,30克丙烯酸羟丙酯,18克苯乙烯,15克丙烯酸丁酯,28克甲基丙烯酸丁酯,6克过氧化二苯甲酰加入滴加罐,搅拌混合均匀。加15克异丁醇和35克入乙二醇单丁醚入反应釜,开搅拌,通入氮气,加热到90-93度,滴加滴加罐的混合物,4小时滴完,在90-93度保温3小时,补加2克过氧化二苯甲酰, 在90-93度保温5小时,降温, 出料。
(2)把60克水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR投入配漆缸,开高速搅拌,加入5克二甲基乙醇胺和1克水,调整PH值为8.5-8.8,继续高速搅拌30分钟。
(3)加13克含固量为80%的氨基树脂氰特325,0.3克迪高270,0.2克迪高902W,0.2克迪高450,0.2克迪高755, 3克E-44环氧树脂和12克水性黑色浆入配漆缸,高速搅拌0.5小时,再加5克DBE和80克水入配漆缸,高速搅拌1小时.
(4)取样检测细度小于50微米,用水调节粘度为1800-2300厘泊/25度后,包装。
实施例2
(1)先合成一种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR,步骤为:先把7克丙烯酸,8克醋酸乙烯,17克甲基丙烯酸甲酯,18克丙烯酸羟丙酯,17克丙烯酸丁酯,25克甲基丙烯酸丁酯,6克过氧化苯甲酸戊丁酯加入滴加罐,搅拌混合均匀。加8克异丁醇和42克入乙二醇单丁醚入反应釜,开搅拌,通入氮气,加热到110-115度,滴加滴加罐的混合物,6小时滴完,在110-115度保温2小时,补加0.5克过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在110-115度保温6小时,降温, 出料。
(2)把65克水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR投入配漆缸,加入5克三乙胺和0.5克水,调整PH值为7.6-7.8,高速搅拌30分钟。
(3)加15克含固量为80%的氨基树脂三木5717,0.3克迪高270,0.3克迪高902W,0.2克迪高450,0.2克迪高755, 4克E-44环氧树脂和13克水性黑色浆入配漆缸,高速搅拌0.5小时,再加8克DBE和75克水入配漆缸,高速搅拌1小时.
(4)取样检测细度小于50微米,用水调节粘度为1800-2300厘泊/25度后,包装。
实施例3
(1)先合成一种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR,步骤为:先把6克丙烯酸,25克甲基丙烯酸甲酯,22克丙烯酸羟丙酯,16克丙烯酸丁酯,20克甲基丙烯酸丁酯,7克过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯加入滴加罐,搅拌混合均匀。加40克入乙二醇单丁醚入反应釜,开搅拌,通入氮气,加热到110-115度,滴加滴加罐的混合物,5小时滴完,在110-115度保温4小时,补加0.5克过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在110-115度保温6小时,降温, 出料。
(2)把62克水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR投入配漆缸,加入5克三乙胺和0.5克水,调整PH值为7.6-7.8,高速搅拌30分钟。
(3)加14克含固量为80%的氨基树脂三木5717,0.3克迪高270,0.3克迪高902W,0.2克迪高450,0.2克迪高755, 4.5克E-44环氧树脂和11克水性黑色浆入配漆缸,高速搅拌0.5小时,加8克乙二醇单甲醚和75克水入配漆缸,高速搅拌1小时.
(4)取样检测细度小于50微米,用水调节粘度为1800-2300厘泊/25度后,包装。
实施例4
(1)先合成一种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR,步骤为:先把2克丙烯酸,4克甲基丙烯酸,15克甲基丙烯酸冰片酯,5克甲基丙烯酸甲酯,18克丙烯酸羟乙酯,21克丙烯酸丁酯,30克甲基丙烯酸丁酯,8克过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯加入滴加罐,搅拌混合均匀。加45克入丙二醇单丁醚入反应釜,开搅拌,通入氮气,加热到145-150度,滴加滴加罐的混合物,4小时滴完,在145-150度保温2小时,补加0.5克过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,在130-135度保温6小时,降温, 出料。
(2)把65克水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR投入配漆缸,加入5.5克三乙胺和0.5克水,调整PH值为7.8-8.3,高速搅拌30分钟。
(3)加15克含固量为80%的氨基树脂三木5717,0.2克迪高270,0.2克迪高902W,0.2克迪高450,0.3克迪高755, 4克E-44环氧树脂和12克水性黑色浆入配漆缸,高速搅拌0.5小时,加8克乙二醇单甲醚和75克水入配漆缸,高速搅拌1小时。
(4)取样检测细度小于50微米,用水调节粘度为1800-2300厘泊/25度后,包装。

Claims (4)
1.本发明涉及一种水性丙烯酸环氧氨基烘烤黑色底漆的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
(1)先合成一种水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR, 步骤为:加参加聚合的单体和引发剂入滴加罐,搅拌混合均匀,加溶剂入反应釜,开搅拌,通入氮气,加热到反应温度,滴加滴加罐的混合物,在一定时间内滴完,保温一段时间,补加引发剂, 一定时间内滴完,保温一段时间,降温, 出料;
(2)把水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR投入配漆缸,加入中和剂和少量水,调整PH值,高速搅拌一段时间;
(3)按照一定的比例在高速搅拌下分别加氨基树脂,环氧树脂,黑色浆,消泡剂,流平剂,湿润剂,分散剂入配漆缸,高速搅拌一段时间,再加入溶剂和水,高速搅拌一段时间;
(4)取样检测细度和粘度合格后,包装。
2.根据权利1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中水性羟基丙烯酸树脂WR的固体含量为60%至70%,粘度为8000-10000厘泊/25度(转动粘度计),羟值为30-50mgKOH/g。
3.根据权利1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的环氧树脂为E-44。
4.权利要求1至3任意一项所述的制备方法制备得到的水性丙烯酸环氧氨基烘烤黑色底漆。
