技术领域
本发明涉及耦合剂研发技术领域,具体涉及一种超声科新型耦合剂。
背景技术
在超声检查过程中,由于皮肤和探头间的阻抗相差较大,致使反射系数较大,再加上皮肤和探头之间的空气的存在,使得从探头发出的透射声波穿过空气界面进入皮肤内的声能大幅度减少,为此,常使用耦合剂填充于探头表面和皮肤之间既驱除空气,又能使探头易于在皮肤表面滑动,而且填充的耦合剂还能够形成超声波不失真的传播通道,减缓声能的降低,使图像更加清晰。因此在医学领域的应用较广泛,比如二维彩超、三维彩超、心脏彩超等检查时常需要使用耦合剂。耦合剂在使用时需要与人体接触,在接触不同的人时会携带一些病菌,造成检查者之间的交叉感染,而且操作者和使用者在使用耦合剂时易污染衣物,给衣物的清洗带来困难。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种超声科新型耦合剂,消毒效果好,温和不刺激,稳定性好,对环境污染程度低。
金银花:抗病原微生物作用。对多种致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、霍乱弧菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌等均有一定抑制作用。抗炎解毒作用,对痈肿疔疮、肠痈肺痈有较强的散痈消肿,清热解毒、消炎作用。疏热散邪作用,对外感风热或温病初起,身热头痛、心烦少寐、神昏舌绛、咽干口燥等有一定作用。凉血止痢作用,对热毒痢疾、下痢脓血、湿温阻喉、咽喉肿痛等有解毒止痢凉血利咽之效。金银花茶味甘,性寒,具有清热解毒、疏散风热的作用。金银花有清热解毒、疏利咽喉、消暑除烦的作用。可治疗暑热症、泻痢、流感、疮疖肿毒、急慢性扁桃体炎、牙周炎等病。
芦荟汁:芦荟营养价值很高。芦荟含有大量的氨基酸、维生素、多糖类化合物,各种酶和矿物质,具有杀菌消炎、增强免疫功能、清除内毒素和自由基的作用,能解除便秘、预防结肠炎,改善血液循环,祛痘养颜,增进全身健康。健康人的体液是碱性的,常服芦荟制品能使体液维持碱性,保持健康体质。每天摄入足够的芦荟制品还有助身体减少对食物中油脂的吸收,达到更好的减重和排毒目的。
苦参:为豆科苦参属的植物。分布于俄罗斯、日本、印度、朝鲜以及中国大陆的南北各省区等地,生长于海拔1,500米的地区,多生在山坡、沙地、草坡、灌木林中及田野附近,目前尚未由人工引种栽培。功能主治:清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿。用于热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤白带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风;外治滴虫性阴道炎。脾胃虚寒者忌服。胃弱者慎用。久服能损肾气,肝、肾虚而无大热者勿服。
棘豆:棘豆为多年生草本,植株有粘性。茎极短。羽状复叶,棘豆的功效包括:清热解毒,生肌愈疮,涩脉止血、通便。用于治疗疫疠,中毒病,黄水病,便秘,炭疽;外敷治疮疖肿痛。
大黄:是多种蓼科大黄属的多年生植物的合称,生于山地林缘或草坡,喜欢阴湿的环境,野生或栽培。分布于陕西、甘肃东南部、青海、四川西部、云南西北部及西藏东部。分布于甘肃、青海、四川及西藏东北部。分布于陕西南部、河南西部、湖北西部、四川、贵州、云南等地,功效包括:泻热毒,破积滞,行瘀血。治实热便秘,谵语发托,食积痞满,痢疾初起,里急后重,瘀停经闭,症瘕积聚,时行热疫,暴眼赤痛,吐血,衄血,阳黄,水肿,淋浊,溲亦,痈疡肿毒,疔疮,汤火伤。泻热通肠,凉血解毒,逐瘀通经。用于实热便秘、积滞腹痛、泻痢不爽、湿热黄疸。
安息香:为波斯语和阿拉伯语的汉译,原产于中亚古安息国、龟兹国、漕国、阿拉伯半岛及伊朗高原。安息香的功效包括:开窍醒神;豁痰辟秽;行气活血;止痛。主中风痰劂;惊痫昏迷,产后血晕;心腹疼痛;风痹肢节痛。用于中风痰厥,气郁暴厥,中恶昏迷,心腹疼痛,产后血晕,小儿惊风。
宽筋藤:为防己科青牛胆属植物,分布广东、广西和云南。中南半岛、印度和斯里兰卡也有,宽筋藤用于治疗风湿痹痛,坐骨神经痛,腰肌劳损,跌打损伤。
黄芩:为是唇形科黄芩属多年生草本植物,产于黑龙江,辽宁,内蒙古,河北,河南,甘肃,陕西,山西,山东,四川等地,中国北方多数省区都可种植。俄罗斯东西伯利亚,蒙古,朝鲜,日本均有分布。黄芩的功效包括清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。
甘草:甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药,在亚洲、欧洲、澳洲、美洲等地都有分布。甘草的功效包括:用于心气虚,心悸怔忡,脉结代,以及脾胃气虚,倦怠乏力;用于痈疽疮疡、咽喉肿痛等。可单用,内服或外敷;甘草有类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用;甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用;祛痰作用也较显著;甘草还有抗炎,抗过敏作用,能保护发炎的咽喉和气管粘膜;甘草所含的次酸能阻断致癌物诱发肿瘤生长的作用。
冰片:又名片脑、桔片、艾片、龙脑香、梅花冰片、羯布罗香、梅花脑、冰片脑、梅冰等,是由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得,冰片的功效包括:抗菌消炎,有着强大的抑菌作用。可以排除液体水肿,起到消炎的作用;冰片味辛性寒,归心脾肝肺。可开窍醒神,退翳明目。
薄荷脑:由薄菏油中得到的一种饱和的环状醇组成。具有疏风,清热,解毒的功效。主要用于治疗头痛目赤、外感风热、咽齿肿痛、皮肤风痒等症,常用于制做清凉油、止痛药、牙膏。
月见草油:是由月见草的种子经低温榨压而来,颜色呈淡黄色。月见草油的成分是亚麻油酸,镁,锌,维生素C、E、B6等,缓解经期各种不适,个别是针对痛经有很好的缓解作用;见草油能增进血液循环,调节血液中的类脂物质,减少脂肪在血管内壁的滞留,能排除已储蓄在细胞内的胆固醇,减少甘油三脂,血液胆固醇,B-脂蛋白的含量,因此能有效治疗因高胆固醇、高血脂引起的冠状动脉梗塞、粥样硬化及脑血栓等症;月见草油能促进脂肪代谢,滋润皮肤,因此可以改善皮肤失调现象,治疗调节内分泌引起的青春豆和黑斑。对于治疗湿疹和皮炎这类皮肤病也是有很好的作用;月见草油能够强健筋骨,因此月见草油有改善体质的作用;据科学家研究表明月见草油可以提供免疫系统所需的营养,以使免疫系统可以正常操作,因此月见草油有很好的预防癌症的作用。
野菊花:菊花为菊科多年生草本植物,是中国传统的常用中药材之一,主要以头状花序供药用。据古籍记载,菊花味甘苦,性微寒;有散风清热、清肝明目和解毒消炎等作用。对口干、火旺、目涩,或由风、寒、湿引起的肢体疼痛、麻木的疾病均有一定的疗效。主治感冒风热,头痛病等。对眩晕、头痛、耳鸣有防治作用。
当归:养血和血:本品既能养血,又能和血,补中有动,行中有补,诚血中之气药,亦血中之圣药也,适用于血虚引起的各利。证候。①补益心血,用于各种原因引起的心血虚,症见心悸怔忡,失眠多梦,眩晕健忘,面白无华,舌唇色淡等,用当归专补心血,心得血养,诸症自除,一般多用当归补血汤,可与熟地、白芍、阿胶、鸡血藤等药配用。②补肝血,用于肝血虚证,多因失血过多,或久病损耗,或脾胃虚弱、化元不足,或肾经亏损,精不化血,症见面白无华,爪甲干枯脆薄,唇甲色淡,眩晕耳吗,夜寐多梦,目昏眼花,妇人月经量少或闭经等,可与白芍、熟地、枸杞子、桑椹子等药同用。补血调经。活血止痛。润肠通便。
羊毛脂:羊毛脂是附着在羊毛上的一种分泌油脂,为淡黄色或棕黄色的软膏状物;有黏性而滑腻;臭微弱而特异,羊毛脂能使主药迅速被粘膜及皮肤吸收,有附着力,性质稳定,且能吸水,不易酸败。
本发明在大量的实践基础上,通过不断改进配方,研制出新型耦合剂,尤其是棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油以及羊毛脂的加入具有预料不到的效果。

步骤一:准备中药材:金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、黄芩、甘草、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油、野菊花、当归;
步骤二:清洗:将金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、黄芩、甘草、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油、野菊花、当归用清水洗涤干净,并晾干;
步骤三:称量:将金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、黄芩、甘草、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油、野菊花、当归,按照重量将上述原料称量出来;
步骤四:磨粉:将所述步骤三中的原料放入研磨机内研磨,过230目筛,得到混合粉末备用;
步骤五:芦荟汁制作:将新鲜芦荟清洗干净、紫外消毒杀菌、再去皮,然后置于粉碎机中粉碎,再使用100目筛网进行过滤,直至芦荟全部通过筛网,再进行高速离心,收集并合并上清液即为芦荟汁;

制备方法如下:

制备方法如下:
步骤一:准备中药材:金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、黄芩、甘草、月见草油、野菊花、当归;
步骤二:清洗:将金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、黄芩、甘草、月见草油、野菊花、当归用清水洗涤干净,并晾干;
步骤三:称量:将金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、黄芩、甘草、月见草油、野菊花、当归,按照重量将上述原料称量出来;

步骤九:调节:在步骤九所获得的混合液C中利用pH调节剂调节混合物C的pH值至6.5~7.5,然后再转移至均质机中进行均质,即得超声科新型耦合剂。
临床资料:病例选择:选择超声科患者100例临床观察,病人随机分为两组,实验组5人,年龄20-40,平均年龄35岁,对照组50人,年龄20-40,平均年龄35岁。
进行超声科治疗时,实验组50人使用本发明实施例1的超声科新型耦合剂;对照组50人使用对比例2和3的新型耦合剂,对比例1:25人;对比例2:25人。
对以上实施例和对比例按照本领域的常规测试方法进行相关测试,其测试结果如下表所示;
通过上表可知,本发明提供的超声科新型耦合剂的使用效果明显高于对照组,且本发明的消毒液无刺激且无毒,使用安全,符合医疗卫生行业的应用要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声科新型耦合剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份组成:甲壳素1%,卡波姆4%,海藻酸盐1.5%,聚乙二醇1%,烷基葡萄糖苷1.5%,乙醇3%,金银花2.5%,芦荟汁2%,苦参0.5%,棘豆2%,大黄1%,安息香0.5%,宽筋藤1.5%,黄芩2%,甘草1%,冰片1%,薄荷脑0.5%,月见草油1%,羊毛脂2%,野菊花0.5%,当归0.5%,去离子水69.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声科新型耦合剂,其特征在于,所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠、海藻酸钠中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声科新型耦合剂,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
步骤一:准备中药材:金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、黄芩、甘草、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油、野菊花、当归;
步骤二:清洗:将金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、黄芩、甘草、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油、野菊花、当归用清水洗涤干净,并晾干;
步骤三:称量:将金银花、苦参、棘豆、大黄、安息香、宽筋藤、黄芩、甘草、冰片、薄荷脑、月见草油、野菊花、当归,按照重量将上述原料称量出来;
步骤四:磨粉:将所述步骤三中的原料放入研磨机内研磨,过230目筛,得到混合粉末备用;
步骤五:芦荟汁制作:将新鲜芦荟清洗干净、紫外消毒杀菌、再去皮,然后置于粉碎机中粉碎,再使用100目筛网进行过滤,直至芦荟全部通过筛网,再进行高速离心,收集并合并上清液即为芦荟汁;
步骤六:加热:将去离子水放入容器内加热,水温至65至70℃;
步骤七:混合:将聚乙二醇加入去所述步骤六加热的去离子水中搅拌溶解1h以上,直至全部溶解为溶液,得到混合液A;
步骤八:二次混合:在步骤七所获得的混合液A中加入甲壳素、烷基葡萄糖苷、乙醇、羊毛脂以及所述步骤四制得的混合粉末,并加热,并持续搅拌2h以上,得到混合液B,且加热最高温度不超过50℃;
步骤九:最终混合:在步骤八所获得的混合液B中加入相应重量份的所述步骤五中制得的芦荟汁、卡波姆和海藻酸盐,搅拌30~60min,得混合物C;
步骤十:调节:在步骤九所获得的混合液C中利用pH调节剂调节混合物C的pH值至6.5~7.5,然后再转移至均质机中进行均质,即得超声科新型耦合剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超声科新型耦合剂,其特征在于,所述研磨机为常规设备,所述粉碎机为常规设备。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种超声科新型耦合剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠的水溶液或,所述氢氧化钠水溶液中氢氧化钠的质量浓度为3%~5%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种超声科新型耦合剂,其特征在于,所述均质的压力为20~40MPa,均质的温度为10~30℃。
