技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种悬浮剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现代农业生产中,利用种子处理剂对种子进行药剂处理是防治地下害虫及农作物土传、种传病害的经济简便的方法之一。种子处理悬浮剂是一种用于作物或其他植物种子处理的、具有成膜特性的农药制剂。种子处理悬浮剂能够在种子表面固化形成称为种衣的膜,在土壤中吸水膨胀而不被溶解,允许种子正常发芽所需的水分和空气通过,所含的农药和种肥等物质缓慢释放,能够杀灭地下害虫、苗期害虫,具有防治苗期病害和系统性病害、提高种子发芽率、促进种苗健康生长发育、改进作物品质、提高种子发芽率、减少农药使用量、提高产量等功效。
粒径是种子处理制剂最为关键的性能之一,粒径决定包衣的均匀性,粒度越小,产品分布越均匀,田间播种后,其防治效果越均衡。如果粒径分布不均或太大就不可能均衡地发挥药效,包药过多的种子有可能产生药害,而吸药量不足的种子又达不到应有的防治效果,并且粒径太大,易加速沉降,产生堆积、结块,影响使用。
甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称“甲维盐”),以发酵产品阿维菌素B1作为母体化合物通过Wilkinson反应进行结构修饰得到的一种新型高效半合成的大环内酯类杀虫抗生素。甲维盐具有超高效、低毒、无公害等特点,但在应用过程中,紫外线照射、温度、土壤环境等因素能够促进其分解,限制了甲维盐使用与药效的发挥。目前,我国登记生产的甲维盐原药含量为79.1%~95%,原药杂质含量较高,且由于生产工艺复杂造成杂质组分多,性质差异大,对制剂稳定性影响大。
纳米制剂由于有效成分粒径在纳米尺寸范围,因此对植物和害虫细胞有良好渗透性,吸收率高,且稀释稳定性好,具有优越的特性。现有甲维盐纳米制剂为可溶液剂和微乳剂,主要通过筛选合适溶剂将甲维盐和杂质溶解,或其他有效成分溶解,再筛选合适乳化剂乳化分散制成,但其难以制备甲维盐与溶解度差有效成分复配的纳米制剂,且溶剂对环境安全性低,增加了生产成本。纳米悬浮剂优势在于其有效成分更易于穿透细胞膜且还在水中具有更快的溶解速率,同时不含溶剂或仅含少量溶剂。因此能提高有效成分的生物活性,降低防治成本,减少用药量,对环境友好,同时纳米状态的甲维盐对植物种子和害虫细胞有良好渗透性,可迅速穿过质较为坚硬的种皮而被种子吸收和进入害虫体内,减少受外界环境的影响而分解。目前公开制备纳米悬浮剂的方法主要有两种:如方法(1)专利CN1486606B,其原理涉及相转移、重结晶和利用纳米材料的特异理化性质,先将有效成分杀虫剂用少量溶剂溶解、与表面活性剂、纳米无机材料混合,搅拌得到均匀油相;也可将有效成分与表面活性剂熔融、并与纳米无机材料混合,搅拌得到油相,也可将有效成分、表面活性剂、纳米无机材料混合,然后将水、抗冻剂等混合在一起,形成均一水相,在常温和高速剪切搅拌下将油相加入到水相或水相加入到油相,形成分散良好的水悬浮液;如方法(2)专利CN104869820B,其原理与制备常规悬浮剂的类似,利用亚微粒子在聚醚烷醇胺梳形聚合物溶液中的特性,先将一种或多种具有小于100ppm的水溶解度的活性剂与聚醚烷醇胺梳形聚合物和足量的水混合以产生包含至少25wt%的活性剂的水性分散液;通过机械方式使所述水性分散液中的粒子的平均直径减少至小于300nm。
但在实际应用中为了兼治多种病虫、提升防效或延缓抗性,一般采用桶混或者将多种有效成分加工成复配制剂使用。在研发复配制剂时,由于不同的有效成分的理化性质不同,应用上述方法制备复配纳米悬浮剂存在如下缺陷:第一种方法不适合制备含有高熔点或溶解度差的有效成分,其无法获得均一油相或获得均一油相的成本太高;第二种方法不适合制备含有大于100ppm的水溶解度的有效成分,类似于甲维盐(20℃时水溶解度为240ppm(pH=7)或300ppm(pH=5))等微溶于水的化合物不适宜与使用该方法。
增溶作用,也叫加溶作用、可溶化作用,其定义是指某些物质,在表面活性剂作用下,在溶剂中的溶解度显著增加的现象。具有增溶作用的表面活性剂称为增溶剂,可溶化的液体或固体的某些物质称为增溶物。当增溶剂的浓度高于临界胶束浓度(CMC)可形成胶束,胶束能把还没溶完的溶质或其他不易溶解的助剂再溶进胶束中,得到透明的胶束溶液,粒径在10nm~100nm。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,提供一种悬浮剂及其制备方法,旨在解决现有种子处理剂的药效和稳定性不理想、且制剂成本高的技术问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明一方面提供一种悬浮剂,以所述悬浮剂的总质量为100%计,所述悬浮剂包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
甲维盐0.5%~10%;
增溶剂2%~15%;
润湿剂1%~3%;
分散剂2%~4%;
抗氧化剂0.5%~2%;
防冻剂2%~5%;
成膜剂1%-5%;
着色剂1%-10%;
增稠剂0.1%~3%;
消泡剂0.2%~0.4%;

本发明提供一种含有甲维盐的悬浮剂,该悬浮剂用于处理种子时,成膜剂可使悬浮剂在种子表面成膜,而悬浮剂中的甲维盐与增溶剂会形成胶束,该纳米级的胶束具有很好的生物相容性,易于穿透表皮进入害虫体内,同时增溶剂又增加了悬浮剂的润湿和渗透能力,因此纳米状态的甲维盐可迅速穿过质较为坚硬的种皮而被种子吸收和进入害虫体内,减少受外界环境的影响而分解,从而有利于发挥其甲维盐的药效作用,而含有该胶束的悬浮剂是一种更加稳定的纳米分散系统,这样可提高悬浮剂的存储稳定性;同时,该悬浮剂中的润湿剂和分散剂的作用更加促进甲维盐的溶解,抗氧化剂、防冻剂和防腐剂使悬浮剂适应于不同的环境中性能稳定。总之,该悬浮剂通过各成分和含量的协同作用,使甲维盐稳定地发挥药效作用,降低使用成本,而且因不含有机溶剂,生产和使用时安全,对环境友好。
本发明另一方面提供一种悬浮剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按照本发明的上述悬浮剂所含的成分及其含量分别称取各成分原料;
将所述甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中,进行研磨处理,得到混合液;
将所述增溶剂、成膜剂和着色剂溶于所述混合液中,得到所述悬浮剂。
本发明提供的悬浮剂的制备方法生产工艺和设备简单,成本低,该制备方法先将甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中研磨,得到微米级粒子的混合液,然后将增溶剂、成膜剂和着色剂溶于所述混合液后,成膜剂可使悬浮剂在种子表面成膜,甲维盐与增溶剂会形成胶束,该纳米级的胶束具有很好的生物相容性,易于穿透表皮进入害虫体内,同时增溶剂又增加了悬浮剂的润湿和渗透能力,因此纳米状态的甲维盐可迅速穿过质较为坚硬的种皮而被种子吸收和进入害虫体内,减少受外界环境的影响而分解,从而有利于发挥其甲维盐的药效作用,因此,最终制得的悬浮剂使甲维盐稳定地发挥药效作用,而且因不含有机溶剂,生产和使用时安全,对环境友好。

一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种悬浮剂,以所述悬浮剂的总质量为100%计,所述悬浮剂包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
甲维盐0.5%~10%;

防冻剂2%~5%;
成膜剂1%-5%;
着色剂1%-10%;

本发明实施例提供一种含有甲维盐的悬浮剂,该悬浮剂用于处理种子时,成膜剂可使悬浮剂在种子表面成膜,而悬浮剂中的甲维盐与增溶剂会形成胶束,该纳米级的胶束具有很好的生物相容性,易于穿透表皮进入害虫体内,同时增溶剂又增加了悬浮剂的润湿和渗透能力,因此纳米状态的甲维盐可迅速穿过质较为坚硬的种皮而被种子吸收和进入害虫体内,减少受外界环境的影响而分解,从而有利于发挥其甲维盐的药效作用,而含有该胶束的悬浮剂是一种更加稳定的纳米分散系统,这样可提高悬浮剂的存储稳定性;同时,该悬浮剂中的润湿剂和分散剂的作用更加促进甲维盐的溶解,抗氧化剂、防冻剂和防腐剂使悬浮剂适应于不同的环境中性能稳定;因该悬浮剂可用于种子处理,又称种子处理悬浮剂。总之,该悬浮剂通过各成分和含量的协同作用,使甲维盐稳定地发挥药效作用,降低使用成本,而且因不含有机溶剂,生产和使用时安全,对环境友好。
进一步地,在本发明实施例的悬浮剂中,所述甲维盐的粒径为10nm~100nm。本发明实施例中的甲维盐与增溶剂会形成纳米级的胶束,而纳米级的制剂会对植物和害虫细胞具有更好的渗透性,且吸收率高、稀释稳定性好,因此,当甲维盐的粒径在10nm~100nm的条件下,更易形成胶束发挥其药效作用。具体地,甲维盐的含量为0.5%~10%,可优选2%~10%,具体为2%、3%、5%、6%、8%、10%等值。因甲维盐原药杂质含量较高,且由于生产工艺复杂造成杂质组分多,因此,在制备本发明实施例的悬浮剂时,上述含量是指甲维盐活性成分含量,如用甲维盐原药制备,需要适当增加原药的投入量,最终悬浮剂中甲维盐难溶杂质含量一般在0.01%~4%。
进一步地,在本发明实施例的悬浮剂中,增溶剂选自一种或两种以上的表面活性剂,且其HLB值(即亲水亲油平衡值)为12~18,该范围内的HLB值,可使增溶剂的增溶效果最佳,从而与甲维盐更有效地形成纳米级的胶束。优选地,所述增溶剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,这些优选的增溶剂的HLB值可达到上述范围。具体地,增溶剂的含量为2%~15%,可优选3%~12%,具体为3%、6%、8%、10%、12%等值。
进一步地,在本发明实施例的悬浮剂中,所述润湿剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(即润湿剂也可以选自表面活性剂)、EO/PO嵌段共聚物(即环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的至少一种;上述润湿剂可使固体甲维盐更容易被水润湿,从而更好地溶解在水中。所述分散剂选自烷基萘磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐和聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的至少一种;上述分散剂可均一分散甲维盐,使其更好地溶解在水中。所述抗氧化剂选自二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基茴香醚和特丁基对苯二酚中的至少一种;上述抗氧剂可防止悬浮剂老化,以延长其使用寿命。所述防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇和尿素中的至少一种;上述防冻剂可防止悬浮剂在低温下结冰,从而使悬浮剂在寒冷条件下也能使用。所述增稠剂选自硅酸镁铝、黄原胶和凹凸棒土中的至少一种;上述增稠剂作为一种流变助剂,能调节悬浮剂的流变性,增加存储的稳定性。所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂和聚醚消泡剂中的至少一种,上述消泡剂可进一步抑制悬浮剂产生气泡。所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠和异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种,上述防腐剂可进一步延长悬浮剂的保质期。所述成膜剂选自聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯丙乳液和丙烯酸树脂聚合物中的至少一种;上述成膜剂可使悬浮液在种子表面成膜,从而更有效对种子进行杀虫处理。所述着色剂选自碱性玫瑰精、水性玫瑰红、酸性大红、Dycofast、ARCY、Fluorescein red5B、Red-8110、Red-131和FGR-131中的至少一种,上述着色剂可对种子进行着色,以区分不同的种子,便于分类储存,可以提高悬浮剂的使用安全。
在本发明实施例的悬浮剂中,润湿剂的含量为1%~3%;分散剂的含量为2%~4%;抗氧化剂的含量为0.5%~2%;防冻剂的含量为2%~5%;增稠剂的含量为0.1%~3%;消泡剂的含量为0.2%~0.4%;防腐剂的含量为0.1%~0.5%。成膜剂的含量为1%-5%;着色剂的含量为1%-10%。
进一步地,在本发明实施例的悬浮剂中,可将不同的有效成分混配制成农药,有效扩大防治对象范围,提高实际防治效果,减少用药量,降低成本,延缓病虫抗药性的产生。优选地,所述悬浮剂还包括第二活性成分,所述第二活性成分的质量百分含量为1%~30%,且所述第二活性成分选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、氟虫腈、高效氯氟氰菊酯、精甲霜灵、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、氟唑环菌胺、咯菌腈、噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯中的至少一种。本发明实施例中,将甲维盐与上述第二活性成分组成复配制剂,从而更能兼治多种病虫、提升防效或延缓抗性的作用。优选地,所述第二活性成分的粒径为1μm~5μm。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种悬浮剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S01:按照本发明实施例的上述悬浮剂所含的成分及其含量分别称取各成分原料;
S02:将所述甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中,进行研磨处理,得到混合液;
S03:将所述增溶剂、成膜剂和着色剂溶于所述混合液中,得到所述悬浮剂。
本发明实施例提供的悬浮剂的制备方法生产工艺和设备简单,成本低,该制备方法先将甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中研磨,得到微米级粒子的混合液,然后将增溶剂、成膜剂和着色剂溶于所述混合液后,成膜剂可使悬浮剂在种子表面成膜,甲维盐与增溶剂会形成胶束,该纳米级的胶束具有很好的生物相容性,易于穿透表皮进入害虫体内,同时增溶剂又增加了悬浮剂的润湿和渗透能力,因此纳米状态的甲维盐可迅速穿过质较为坚硬的种皮而被种子吸收和进入害虫体内,减少受外界环境的影响而分解,从而有利于发挥其甲维盐的药效作用,因此,最终制得的悬浮剂使甲维盐稳定地发挥药效作用,而且因不含有机溶剂,生产和使用时安全,对环境友好。
进一步地,在上述步骤S02中,所述研磨处理在砂磨机中进行,通过砂磨效果更加,得到微米级的粒径;更进一步地,所述研磨处理之后,还包括过滤处理,过滤后可得到含有粒径为1μm~5μm甲维盐颗粒的混合液。最后该粒径范围内的甲维盐溶于增溶剂中,形成纳米级的胶束。
更进一步地,为了得到复配活性成分的制剂,将第二活性成分与所述甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中,进行研磨处理;其中,所述第二活性成分选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、氟虫腈、高效氯氟氰菊酯、精甲霜灵、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、氟唑环菌胺、咯菌腈、噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯中的至少一种。然后加入增溶剂后,表面由润湿剂和分散剂吸附的第二活性成分粒子和甲维盐难溶杂质粒子稳定分散在水中,而甲维盐粒子溶于增溶剂形成的胶束中,得到甲维盐胶束溶液。
总之,采用发明实施例的制备方法制备的含有纳米甲维盐的悬浮剂具有较好的贮存稳定性,持效期长,可以有效减少施药次数,降低用药量,对环境友好。

S172、在以上所得悬浮剂中加入增溶剂、成膜剂、着色剂、增稠剂(2%黄原胶母液),充分搅拌即得含有纳米甲维盐的16%甲维盐·噻呋酰胺·嘧菌酯种子处理悬浮剂。
实施例18
一种纳米甲维盐种子处理悬浮剂,组成成分如表18所示:

S181、按照上述表格中组分分别称取甲维盐原药、噻虫嗪原药、氟唑环菌胺原药、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂(硅酸镁铝)、消泡剂、防腐剂、水,混合、砂磨、过滤得粒径为1μm~5μm悬浮剂;
S182、在以上所得悬浮剂中加入增溶剂、成膜剂、着色剂、增稠剂(2%黄原胶母液),充分搅拌即得含有纳米甲维盐的36%甲维盐·噻虫嗪·氟唑环菌胺种子处理悬浮剂。
综上,采用本发明实施例1-18所提供的制备方法制得含有纳米甲维盐的种子处理悬浮剂外观均一;流动性好;冷热贮稳定性合格;分别在54℃条件下贮存14天、-5℃条件下贮存7天,热贮后分解率、悬浮率、分散性、粒径合格;;包衣成功率、种衣脱落率、发芽率合格;具体数据如表19所示。

上述表19中,因实施例1~6仅有一种活性成分:即甲维盐,所以分解率为该活性成分的具体数值,而实施例7~18有两种或三种活性成分,所以分解率用≤表示,意思是该分解率的上限值为两种或三种活性成分中的最大分解率,即一种活性成分的分解率为该上限值,而剩下的其他活性成分的分解率更小。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种悬浮剂,其特征在于,以所述悬浮剂的总质量为100%计,所述悬浮剂包括如下质量百分含量的成分:
甲维盐0.5%~10%;
增溶剂2%~15%;
润湿剂1%~3%;
分散剂2%~4%;
抗氧化剂0.5%~2%;
防冻剂2%~5%;
成膜剂1%-5%;
着色剂1%-10%;
增稠剂0.1%~3%;
消泡剂0.2%~0.4%;
防腐剂0.1%~0.5%;
余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述甲维盐的粒径为10nm~100nm。
3.如权利要求1所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述增溶剂的HLB值为12~18;和/或
所述增溶剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、EO/PO嵌段共聚物和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的至少一种;和/或
所述分散剂选自烷基萘磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐和聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的至少一种;和/或
所述抗氧化剂选自二丁基羟基甲苯、丁基羟基茴香醚和特丁基对苯二酚中的至少一种;和/或
所述防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇和尿素中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自硅酸镁铝、黄原胶和凹凸棒土中的至少一种;和/或
所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂和聚醚消泡剂中的至少一种;和/或
所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠和异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种;和/或
所述成膜剂选自聚乙二醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯丙乳液和丙烯酸树脂聚合物中的至少一种;和/或
所述着色剂选自碱性玫瑰精、水性玫瑰红、酸性大红、Dycofast、ARCY、Fluoresceinred5B、Red-8110、Red-131和FGR-131中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述悬浮剂还包括第二活性成分,所述第二活性成的质量百分含量为1%~30%,且所述第二活性成分选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、氟虫腈、高效氯氟氰菊酯、精甲霜灵、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、氟唑环菌胺、咯菌腈、噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述第二活性成分的粒径为1μm~5μm。
8.一种悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按照权利要求1-5任一项所述的悬浮剂所含的成分及其含量分别称取各成分原料;
将所述甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中,进行研磨处理,得到混合液;
将所述增溶剂、成膜剂和着色剂溶于所述混合液中,得到所述悬浮剂。
9.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述研磨处理在砂磨机中进行;和/或
所述研磨处理的步骤之后,还包括过滤处理。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,将第二活性成分与所述甲维盐、润湿剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和防腐剂溶于水中,进行研磨处理;其中,
所述第二活性成分选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫胺、氯虫苯甲酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、氟虫腈、高效氯氟氰菊酯、精甲霜灵、咪鲜胺、吡唑醚菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、戊唑醇、氟唑环菌胺、咯菌腈、噻呋酰胺和嘧菌酯中的至少一种。
