Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有乙螨唑的增效杀螨组合物,其有效成分为乙螨唑和d‑柠檬烯,两者的质量比为50:1~1:50,组合物中有效成分的总质量百分含量为10%~85%。本组合物可配制成农业上允许的悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。本发明组分合理,对果树、蔬菜等农作物及花卉上各种螨类害虫均有较好防效,与现有单一制剂相比,具有显著的杀螨效果,且有显著的增效作用,降低了农药使用量,从而降低了使用成本和减少了对环境的污染,有利于害螨抗药性的治理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种增效杀螨组合物,尤其是一种含有乙螨唑的增效杀螨组合物及其防治农作物上螨类害虫的应用,属于复配农药技术领域。
背景技术
农作物上的害螨世代多、世代重叠,发生时间长、发生量大、危害重,需长年防治,每年都需要大量的农药来进行害螨防治。然而农药的滥用,使害虫对农药产生越来越严重的抗药性,造成防治效果逐年降低,且对环境也造成了一定的污染,因此迫切需要发明一种能对害螨持效期长且安全无公害的农药。
乙螨唑属于二苯基恶唑啉衍生物,他可以抑制螨卵的胚胎形成以及从幼螨到成螨的蜕皮过程,对卵及幼螨有效,对成螨无效,但是对雌性成螨具有很好的不育作用。因此其最佳的防治时间是害螨危害初期。乙螨唑耐雨性强,持效期可长达50天。
d-柠檬烯,化学名称1-甲基-4-(1-甲基乙烯基)环己烯,又称苎烯,是单环单萜,分子量为136.24,组分为C10H16,CAS登记号为5989-27-5。为柠檬味液体,不溶于水,有很强的渗透性。
截至目前,将乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯进行复配尚未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种适合农业上使用的增效杀螨组合物,并且有助于减少用药量、延缓害螨产生抗性和降低使用成本。
为克服现有技术的不足,发明人通过大量室内生物测定试验,意外发现乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯以一定比例复配后,对苹果全爪螨,柑橘全爪螨、朱砂叶螨和二斑叶螨具有显著的增效作用。
本发明的技术方案是:一种增效杀螨组合物,其特征在于:含有有效成分乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯,两者的质量比为50:1~1:50,优选质量比为20:1~1:20,更优选质量比为10:1~1:10。
本发明的杀螨组合物中,有效成分的累积质量百分含量为10%~85%,其余为助剂、填料和其它有益于有效成分在贮存和使用中稳定以及药效发挥的已知物质。本发明所描述的农药组合物,可以以成品制剂形式提供,即以混合物形式存在,组合物的成分也可以以单剂形式提供,使用前直接在桶或罐中按比例混合,然后稀释至所需浓度。
本发明的农药组合物可以采用已知的方法制备成适合农业上使用的任意一种剂型,比较好的剂型有悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
所述的农药组合物还含有配制农药制剂所需的常用助剂,常用助剂是分散剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、填料等中的一种或几种的混合,是农药制剂中常用的各种助剂,不做特别限定,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
悬浮剂中的其它成分包括分散剂、润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、防腐剂和水;水乳剂中的其他成分包括溶剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和水;微乳剂中的其他成分包括溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂和水;水分散粒剂中的其它成分包括分散剂、湿润剂、扩散剂、崩解剂和填料;可湿性粉剂中的其它成分包括分散剂、润湿剂、扩散剂和填料。以上都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的辅助成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。例如:

与现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果为:(1)组合物增效作用明显,防效与单剂相比显著提高;(2)药效提高后,降低了田间用药量和使用成本,减少了农药残留和环境污染;(3)组合物由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓害虫产生抗性。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。
将不同结构类型的农药有效成分进行复配,是目前解决农药单剂使用过程中成本和抗性等问题的一项有效措施。不同结构类型的农药有效成分混合后,通常表现出三种作用类型,即相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用。但具体为何种作用,无法预测,只能通过大量试验得出结论。复配增效较好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药使用剂量,有助于延缓抗性的产生,是抗性治理的重要手段之一。
本发明组合物对全爪螨等具有明显的协同增效作用,而不仅仅是两种药剂作用的简单相加,这可从以下室内毒力测定试验的结果中很清楚地看出。
生物测定实施例1:乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯复配对苹果全爪螨室内联合毒力测定试验
试验对象:试验对象:苹果全爪螨(Panonychus ulmi(Koch))螨卵,室内人工饲养9代。
试验方法:试验参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T 1154.12-2008》,将直径5cm塑料小培养皿底的底面朝下放在直径9cm培养皿底中,在小培养皿上平铺折叠好的棉花,棉花须大于小培养皿四周以便能吸到水,用水喷施棉花,大培养皿中加适量水使水面高度在皿高的1/4处。将新鲜的健康无病的苹果叶片,剪成2×3cm的长方形叶碟,叶背面朝上贴放在小培养皿的湿棉花上。用小毛笔在每片叶碟上挑接健康活泼的成螨15头,24h后挑走成螨,药剂配比设置5个梯度,每梯度重复4次,置于26±2℃,14/10小时(光照/黑暗)的温室中恢复,将接有叶碟的培养皿置于potter喷雾塔下,在50PSI压力下喷雾,喷雾量为2ml,沉降1min后取出培养皿,然后将处理过的培养皿放入26±2℃,14/10小时(光照/黑暗)的温室中培养。施药前,在显微镜下检查记录每个叶碟活卵数,待空白对照卵孵化率超过90%,检查记录每个叶碟未孵化卵数。设置清水对照处理,计算各处理卵死亡率。
用DPS9.50统计分析软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
当CTC≦80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≧120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)。毒力测定结果见表1。

从表1中试验结果可以看出,乙螨唑与d-柠檬烯的配比在50:1~1:50之间时,对苹果全爪螨卵的共毒系数在120以上,具有协同增效作用,特别是配比在20:1~1:5之间时,增效作用最明显,其共毒系数均在149以上。
生物测定实施例2:乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯复配对苹果全爪螨幼螨的室内联合毒力测定试验
试验对象::苹果全爪螨(Panonychus ulmi(Koch))幼螨,室内人工饲养8代。
试验方法:试验参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T 1154.13-2008》,将直径5cm塑料小培养皿底的底面朝下放在直径9cm培养皿底中,在小培养皿上平铺折叠好的棉花,棉花须大于小培养皿四周以便能吸到水,用水喷施棉花,大培养皿中加适量水使水面高度在皿高的1/4处。将新鲜的健康无病的苹果叶片,剪成2×3cm的长方形叶碟,叶背面朝上贴放在小培养皿的湿棉花上。
用小毛笔在每片叶碟上挑接健康活泼的雌成螨20头,置于26±2℃,14/10小时(光照/黑暗)的光照培养箱中恢复,48h后成螨产卵后挑走成螨,待卵完全孵化后,在显微镜下检查苹果叶片上的幼螨总数。每个药剂配比设置5个梯度,每梯度重复4次,将接有叶碟的培养皿置于potter喷雾塔下,在50PSI压力下喷雾,喷雾量为2ml,沉降1min后取出培养皿,空白对照喷施清水,然后将处理过的培养皿放入26±2℃,14/10小时(光照/黑暗)的光照培养箱中培养。施药前检查螨口基数,药后每隔24h检查幼螨死亡数,当幼螨死亡数稳定时,计算各处理幼螨死亡率。
幼螨死亡率(%)=幼螨死亡数/螨口基数*100
用DPS9.50统计分析软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。毒力测定结果见表2。

从表2中试验结果可以看出,乙螨唑与d-柠檬烯的配比在50:1~1:50之间时,对苹果全爪螨幼螨的共毒系数均在120以上,具有协同增效作用;特别是配比在1:1~1:10之间时,增效作用最明显,其共毒系数均在150以上。
本发明杀螨组合物可以用已知的方法制备成适合农业上使用的悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用以解释本发明,并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。
制剂实施例1:51%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯悬浮剂
乙螨唑50%、d-柠檬烯1%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯3%、烷基萘磺酸钠3%、甲基纤维素3%、丙三醇3%、硅油0.8%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得51%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2:82%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯可湿性粉剂
乙螨唑80%、d-柠檬烯2%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯3%、烷基萘磺酸钙6%,高岭土补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得82%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例3:15.5%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微乳剂
乙螨唑15%、d-柠檬烯0.5%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮10%、农乳700#4%、聚氧丙烯醚10%、亚磷酸三苯酯3%、有机硅3%、噻酮4%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得15.5%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微乳剂。
制剂实施例4:21%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水乳剂
乙螨唑20%、d-柠檬烯1%、环己酮5%、农乳600#3%、吐温-60#2%、农乳2201#4%、聚羧酸盐6%、苯甲酸3%、丙二醇3%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得21%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水乳剂。
制剂实施例5:11%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微囊悬浮剂
乙螨唑10%、d-柠檬烯1%、高分子囊壁材料聚合物MDI3%、溶剂亚麻油5%和S-200溶剂油9%,乳化剂三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物3.5%、分散剂烷基萘磺酸钠5%。将上述有效成分、高分子囊壁材料、溶剂混合,使溶解成均匀油相,乳化剂、分散剂溶于水中制备成均匀水相,在剪切条件下,将油相加入水相溶液中,制备成乳液,搅拌下加入10%乙二胺水溶液4%,升温至65℃保温反应4.0h,两种材料在油水界面发生反应,形成高分子囊壁,即可制得11%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微囊悬浮剂。
制剂实施例6:72%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水分散粒剂
乙螨唑60%、d-柠檬烯12%、木质素磺酸钠6%、十二烷基苯硫酸钙10%、烷基硫酸钙5%、聚乙二醇3%,高岭土补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得72%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例7:20%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯悬浮剂
乙螨唑10%、d-柠檬烯10%、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸钠4%、烷基磺酸钙5%、甲基纤维素4%、乙二醇5%、硅油1.5%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得20%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯悬浮剂。
制剂实施例8:12%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微乳剂
乙螨唑2%、d-柠檬烯10%、环己酮10%、农乳700#3%、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚10%、环氧氯丙烷2%、有机硅3%、噻酮5%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得12%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微乳剂。
制剂实施例9:22%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水乳剂
乙螨唑2%、d-柠檬烯20%、溶剂油15%、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4%、吐温-60#3%、农乳600#4%、黄原胶5%、苯甲酸3%、丙三醇2%,去离子水补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得22%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水乳剂。
制剂实施例10:10.5%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微囊悬浮剂
乙螨唑0.5%、d-柠檬烯10%、高分子囊壁材料聚合物MDI 2%、溶剂亚麻油5%和S-200溶剂油7%,乳化剂农乳600#4%、分散剂烷基萘磺酸钙3%。将上述有效成分、高分子囊壁材料、溶剂混合,使溶解成均匀油相,乳化剂、分散剂溶于水中制备成均匀水相,在剪切条件下,将油相加入水相溶液中,制备成乳液,搅拌下加入10%乙二胺水溶液4%,升温至65℃保温反应4.0h,两种材料在油水界面发生反应,形成高分子囊壁,即可制得10.5%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯微囊悬浮剂。
制剂实施例11:31%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯可分散油悬浮剂
称取乙螨唑1%、d-柠檬烯30%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯3%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚3%、农乳600#3%、烷基萘磺酸盐钠5%、膨润土3%、羧甲基纤维素钠2%、二丁基羟基甲苯3%,大豆油补足100%。上述原料经混合,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径小于5μm即制得31%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例12:20.5%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯悬乳剂
称取乙螨唑0.5%,d-柠檬烯20%,乙氧基化蓖麻油5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钙12%,改性木质素磺酸钙5%,羧甲基纤维素5%,膨润土3%,丙二醇5%,去离子水补足100%。先将d-柠檬烯溶解在Solvesso200中,加入乙氧基化蓖麻油得到d-柠檬烯乳油,再将上述各组分按比例混合均匀,经砂磨,制备成悬浮剂。将d-柠檬烯的油相加入到含乙螨唑的悬浮剂中,得到20.5%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯悬浮乳剂。
制剂实施例13:51%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水分散粒剂
乙螨唑1%、d-柠檬烯50%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物6%、烷基硫酸钙10%,白炭黑补足100%。将上述成分按常规方法加工即可制得51%乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯水分散粒剂。
田间应用实施例1:乙螨唑与d-柠檬烯复配剂对柑橘全爪螨(Panonychus citriMcGregor)的田间药效试验
试验选择在广东省云浮市云城区石城镇雷公冲村,每处理4棵树,每棵树为一个重复,每棵树按东西南北4个方位分别查6-10片叶,施药前调查虫口基数,药后7d、15d和30d分别调查残留活螨数,计算防治效果。防治效果计算方法如下:
虫口减退率%=(药前虫口基数-药后活虫数)/药前虫口基数*100
防治效果(%)=(处理区虫口减退率-空白区虫口减退率)/(100-空白区虫口减退率)*100
表3、乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯复配剂防治柑橘全爪螨田间药效试验结果
从表3中试验结果可以看出,乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯复配剂在防治柑橘全爪螨田间药效试验时,药后7d、15d和30d的防效均高于对照单剂20%乙螨唑SC和20%d-柠檬烯EC的防效,说明乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯复配药剂对柑橘全爪螨的速效性和持效性优于两种单剂,对柑橘全爪螨的防治效果良好。同时试验过程中,各药剂对柑橘树均安全,对天敌也无影响。
田间应用实施例2:乙螨唑与d-柠檬烯复配对苹果二斑叶螨(Tetranychusurticae Koch)的田间药效试验
试验选择在陕西省延安市洛川县土基镇进行,方法是每处理4棵树,每棵树为一个重复,每棵树按东西南北4个方位分别查6-10片叶,施药前调查虫口基数,药后7d、14d和21d分别调查残留活螨数,计算防治效果。
计算方法同田间应用实施例1。

从表4中试验结果可以看出,乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯复配剂防治苹果二斑叶螨田间药效试验时,药后7d、14d和21d的防效高于对照药剂20%乙螨唑SC和20%d-柠檬烯EC,因此乙螨唑·d-柠檬烯复配后对二斑叶螨的速效和持效性均优于两种单剂,对二斑叶螨的防治效果明显提高。
Claims (6)
1.一种含有乙螨唑的增效杀螨组合物,其特征在于:所述杀螨组合物的有效成分为乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯,两者的质量比为50:1~1:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增效杀螨组合物,其特征在于:有效成分乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯的质量比为20:1~1:20。
3.根据权利要求2所述的增效杀螨组合物,其特征在于:有效成分乙螨唑和d-柠檬烯的质量比为10:1~1:10。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的增效杀螨组合物,其特征在于:所述杀螨组合物中有效成分的总质量百分含量为10%~85%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的增效杀螨组合物,其特征在于:实际应用时制成适合农业上使用的任意一种剂型,其剂型是悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂、微囊悬浮剂或可分散油悬浮剂。
6.权利要求1至5所述增效杀螨组合物用于防治农业上各种害螨的用途。
