In yet another possible case, in a case that the conference control device is a server, the conference data transmission channel between the at least two electronic devices may be connected based on the conference connection between the at least two electronic devices and the server, so that the conference state of the target conference is switched to the connected state.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, after the conference control device determines that the preset connection condition of the target conference is met, the authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference may be obtained, and the obtained authentication information is compared with the identification information of at least some participants included in the conference information of the target conference, if it is determined that the conference connection condition is met according to the comparison result, the conference control device may control the target conference to be switched from the waiting state to the connection state, so that the conference data transmission channels between at least two electronic devices accessing the target conference are connected, and thus the target conference accessed by each electronic device may be started without manual input and complex configuration of the user, and the network conference may be started flexibly and conveniently.
It is understood that, considering some special reasons, a few users who may participate in the target conference may not be on time, the present application may also set other conditions for starting the target conference. For example, referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a conference state switching method according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, and this embodiment is applied to a conference control device. The method of the embodiment may include:
s301, when the preset communication detection condition of the target conference is met, the conference information of the target conference is obtained.
Wherein, the conference information may include: at least a portion of the participant's identification information.
In this embodiment, the conference information may further include: the starting moment of the target conference. The starting time of the target conference is the preset time for starting the target conference, so that users of different electronic devices can realize data sharing based on the target conference.
S302, obtaining the identity authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference.
This step S302 can refer to the related description of the previous embodiment, and is not described herein again.
S303, detecting whether the conference connection condition of the target conference is met at present according to the identity information of at least part of the participants.
Wherein the conference connectivity condition at least comprises: the authentication information of the at least one user characterizes the at least one user as including the at least some of the participants in the conference information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the conference connectivity condition may further include: the current time reaches the starting time of the target conference. In this case, it is only confirmed that the conference connection condition is satisfied when it is confirmed that the authentication of at least some of the participants included in the conference information of the target conference passes and the start time of the target conference is reached.
It can be understood that the conference communication condition includes a situation that the starting time of the target conference is reached, and on the premise of reducing the complexity of starting the target conference by the user, the target conference can be started on time, so that the situation that the conference is started in advance, and some conference contents are wrong due to the fact that some conference participants do not arrive at the scene is avoided. For example, if it is verified that at least one user includes a participant with a set right in the target conference, only the current participant with the set right can be guaranteed to normally participate in the conference, and the participants other than the set right may not be completely prepared for starting the conference.
And S304, when the meeting connection condition is met, switching the meeting state of the control target meeting from the waiting connection state to the connection state.
When the conference state of the target conference is in a connected state, the conference data transmission channels existing between at least two electronic devices connected to the target conference are connected.
For this step, reference may be made to the related description of the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described herein.
S305, when the meeting connection condition is not met, detecting whether the starting time of the target meeting is reached or not, if so, executing the step S306; if not, the step S302 is executed in a returning way.
If it is detected that the conference connection condition is not met currently according to the acquired authentication information, the process may continue to return to step S302 to continue to acquire or receive the authentication information, and verify whether the participants with the set permission (or all the participants of the target conference) are detected based on all the acquired authentication information until the conference connection condition is met.
And S306, when the starting time of the target conference is reached, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched from the standby connection state to the connection state.
As an optional manner, in a case that meeting the conference connection condition cannot be determined based on the acquired authentication information, in order to avoid that the user manually starts the target conference and ensure normal start of the target conference, the conference state of the target conference may be controlled to be switched to the connection state when the start time is reached.
The specific manner of switching the conference state of the control target conference to the connected state in step S306 is similar to the aforementioned manner, and is not described herein again.
In order to facilitate understanding of the solution of the embodiment of the present application, the following description is made for two cases where the conference control device is an electronic device and a server, respectively.
First, a case where the conference control apparatus is an electronic apparatus in the conference state switching system is described.
For example, referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a conference state switching method according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, where the present embodiment is applied to the electronic device that establishes a conference connection with a server and accesses a target conference through the conference connection. The method of the embodiment may include:
s401, when the fact that the time length of the current time from the set starting time of the target conference is smaller than the preset time length is detected, conference information of the target conference is obtained.
Wherein, the conference information may include: at least a portion of the participant's identification information.
The meeting information may also include a start time of the target meeting.
For example, the electronic device may store meeting information of the target meeting configured by a user or issued by a server in advance, so that the electronic device may obtain the stored meeting information of the target meeting.
For another example, the electronic device may request meeting information of the target meeting from the server and obtain meeting information of the target meeting returned by the server.
It is understood that there may be one or more electronic devices as the conference control devices in the conference state switching system.
In the case where there is only one electronic device as the conference control device, at least part of the participants of the conference information may be any of the above-mentioned cases in the foregoing embodiments. For example, the identification information of at least one participant on the conference control device side may be included, and the identification information of one or more participants on other electronic device sides that are not belonging to the conference control device and are in the access target conference may also be included.
Optionally, when there are multiple electronic devices serving as the conference control device, one electronic device of the at least one electronic device in the same geographic location area may be used as the conference control device according to the geographic location area where the electronic device accessing the target conference is located.
As described with reference to fig. 1, in fig. 1, for example, when a plurality of electronic devices in two geographical location areas access a target conference through a server, one electronic device may be a conference control device in each geographical location area. For example, for a geographical location area, the electronic device in which the conference participant with the highest permission level is located may be a conference control device; or, a specific network conference terminal in the geographic position area is used as the conference control device.
In the case that one conference control device is provided in the same geographic location area, the conference information acquired by the conference control device may include identification information of all participants, or may only include identification information of participants who need to participate in the target conference in the geographic location area.
It should be noted that, for clear and complete understanding of the scheme of the present application, the present embodiment takes the case that the duration of the electronic device detecting the current time from the start time of the target conference is less than the preset duration as the communication detection condition. However, it is understood that the other aforementioned connectivity detection conditions are also applicable to the present embodiment, for example, the electronic device may receive a detection instruction of the server, where the detection instruction may be sent by the server to the electronic device when it is determined that the connectivity detection condition is satisfied, and correspondingly, the electronic device determines that the connectivity detection condition is currently satisfied when receiving the detection instruction.
S402, collecting the environment information of the conference control device side.
S403, extracting authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference from the environment information.
According to the difference of the acquisition devices adopted by the conference control equipment for acquiring the environmental information, the specific content contained in the environmental information acquired by the conference control equipment also has difference.
For example, the environmental information may be acquired by one or more of the cameras, voice collectors, infrared sensors, and other acquisition devices on the conference control device side. Therefore, the environment information may include one or more of image information acquired by the conference control device through the camera, voice data around the conference control device acquired by the voice acquirer, and infrared data around the conference control device sensed by the infrared sensor.
Correspondingly, the identity verification information of at least one user contained in the image can be extracted through the modes of face recognition, iris acquisition, fingerprint detection and the like for the image information; for the voice data, the voice feature of at least one user included in the voice data, such as a voiceprint feature, can be extracted; the number of detected users and the infrared intensity characteristics of the users, etc. can be analyzed for the infrared data.
S404, obtaining, from at least one electronic device other than the conference control device, authentication information of at least one user of the at least one electronic device currently waiting to participate in the target conference.
For example, because the conference control device and the electronic devices are connected to the server, any two electronic devices can transmit data between the two electronic devices through the server, and in this case, at least one electronic device can send the authentication information acquired by itself to the conference control device.
For another example, if an electronic device other than the conference control device is located in the same geographical location area as the conference control device, the conference control device may establish a short-range communication connection with the electronic device, and acquire, from the electronic device, the authentication information of the at least one user acquired by the electronic device through the short-range communication connection. If the conference control equipment detects the electronic equipment through Bluetooth and WiFi, the equipment identification of the detected electronic equipment is determined, and the equipment identification is used as the authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference; or, the identity wild goose formation used for representing the identity of the user is obtained through bluetooth or WiFi, wherein the identity wild goose formation is transmitted by the electronic device and is used for obtaining the biometric information of the user or the unique device identifier and the like.
For other electronic devices besides the conference control device, the authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference on the electronic device side can be obtained through the aforementioned various ways of collecting the environment information on the electronic device side.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, an example is given in which the conference control device acquires the authentication information of at least one user through steps S402 to S404 at the same time, and it is understood that, in practical applications, the conference control device may acquire the authentication information only through steps S402 and S403 separately, or through step S404.
The following description will be made in conjunction with several cases in which the conference state switching system sets the conference control apparatus.
For example, assuming that the conference state switching system is provided with only one conference control device, in this case, the conference control device may acquire the authentication information of at least one user transmitted by the other electronic device only in the manner of step S404. In this case, the conference control device may be considered as a specific network conference terminal that needs to control the output of the conference data through other electronic devices after the target conference is started, and therefore, the conference control device itself does not need to collect the authentication information of the users participating in the conference; or the conference control device may acquire the environment information in the geographical location area where the conference control device is located through other electronic devices local to the conference control device, so as to obtain the authentication information of all the users waiting to participate in the target conference in the geographical location area where the conference control device is located.
For another example, in the case that there are multiple conference control devices and each geographic location area has one conference control device, the conference control devices may only acquire the environment information, or only obtain the authentication information of at least one user locally waiting to participate in the target conference through the authentication information of the users transmitted by the local other electronic devices through the server or the short-distance communication connection, so as to subsequently verify whether part or all of the users locally needing to participate in the target conference are detected.
Of course, in both cases, the conference control device may obtain the authentication information in two ways, namely, collecting the environment information and receiving the authentication information of at least one user transmitted by the other electronic device.
It is understood that the order of step S402 and step S404 is not limited to that shown in fig. 4, and in practical applications, the two steps may be interchanged, or step S404 may be executed first, and then steps S402 and S403 may be executed.
S405, detecting whether meeting the conference communication condition of the target conference at present according to the identity information of at least part of the participants.
Wherein the conference connectivity condition at least comprises: the authentication information of the at least one user characterizes the at least one user as including the at least some of the participants in the conference information.
The process of verifying whether the current meeting the conference connectivity condition is met according to the identity verification information and the identity identification information of at least part of the participants in the conference information is similar to that of the previous embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Similar to the previous embodiment, in this embodiment, the conference connectivity condition may further include: the current time reaches the starting time of the target conference.
S406, when the meeting connection condition is satisfied, sending a meeting state switching instruction to the server.
The conference state switching instruction is used for requesting to switch the conference state of the target conference to a connected state.
When the conference state of the target conference is in a connected state, the conference data transmission channels existing between at least two electronic devices connected to the target conference are connected.
Correspondingly, the server responds to the conference state switching indication to control the conference state of the target conference to be in a connected state. Optionally, the server may configure the data sharing right for each electronic device accessing the target conference, so that after receiving the conference data carrying the identifier of the target conference and sent by the electronic device, the server transmits the conference data of the target conference to other electronic devices having the data sharing right.
It can be understood that, in the case that the conference state switching system is provided with one conference control device, when the server receives the conference state switching instruction sent by the conference control device, the server can control to switch the conference state, and connect the conference data transmission channels between all the electronic devices accessing the target conference.
And under the condition that the conference state switching system is provided with a plurality of conference control devices, if the server can wait for all the conference control devices to send the conference state switching instructions, all the conference data transmission channels between the electronic devices accessed to the target conference are communicated. For convenience of understanding, the application effect of multiple conference control devices is set, and an application scenario is taken as an example as follows:
assuming that multiple users in the geographic location area a and the geographic location area B need to share conference data through a teleconference, one or more electronic devices in both the geographic location area a and the geographic location area B can access a target conference through a conference connection with a server. Meanwhile, electronic devices in the geographic position area a and the geographic position area B are respectively a conference control device.
Assuming that the conference control devices in the geographic location area a and the geographic location area B both assume the function of projecting the conference image, in this case, in order to ensure that all users in the geographic location area a and the geographic location area B can view the conference content of the target conference, the main participants or all participants who participate in the target conference need to be present at the geographic location area a side, that is, the target conference can be started only around the conference control device in the geographic location area a, and correspondingly, similarly for the geographic location area B.
In this case, when the meeting control device in the geographic location area a is less than the preset time length from the start time of the target meeting, the meeting control device may obtain the identification information at least including the main participants or all the participants that need to participate in the target meeting in the geographic location area a, and acquire the image information (using the environment information as the image information description) around the meeting control device, where the acquired image information may last for a certain time length. If the acquired images of the main participants or all the participants needing to participate in the target conference in the geographic position area A are determined by analyzing the acquired image information according to the acquired identification information of the local main participants or all the participants, the situation that the main participants or all the participants are present is indicated, the conference communication condition is met, and the conference state switching information is sent to the server.
The operation of the conference control device in the geographic location area B is similar, and the description is not repeated.
And the server determines that main participants or all participants needing to participate in the target conference in each geographical location area are present according to the conference control equipment in the geographical location area A and the geographical location area B, and then the state of the target conference can be switched into a connected state so as to start the target conference.
It will be appreciated that the conference control device sending the conference state switch indication to the server is only one implementation possibility to implement the conference state switch. In practical application, when meeting the meeting connection condition is determined, the conference control device may also switch the conference data channel of the electronic device to a connected state by issuing or configuring a state switching identifier or data sharing right for each electronic device accessing the target conference. And if the server detects that the electronic equipment has the state switching identifier, transmitting the conference data of the target conference to the electronic equipment.
The following describes a scheme of an embodiment of the present application, taking a conference control device as an example. For example, referring to fig. 5, which shows a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of the conference state switching method according to the present application, the present embodiment is introduced by taking a conference control device as a server, and the present embodiment may include the following steps:
s501, when the fact that the time length of the current time from the set starting time of the target conference is smaller than the preset time length is detected, conference information of the target conference is obtained.
Wherein, the conference information may include: at least a portion of the participant's identification information.
The meeting information may also include a start time of the target meeting.
In this embodiment, the time length of the starting time of the target conference set by taking the conference connection condition as the current time distance is smaller than the preset time length, and the method is also applicable to the embodiment when the conference connection condition is other conditions.
The server may store the conference information of the target conference in advance, and when the server confirms the conference connection condition, the server may acquire the stored conference information of the target conference.
The possible situation of the identity information of at least part of the participants acquired by the server is the same as the situation mentioned in the foregoing embodiments of fig. 2 and fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
S502, acquiring the identity authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference from the electronic equipment establishing the conference connection with the server.
The difference is that, in this embodiment, no matter which way the electronic device acquires the authentication information of the at least one user, the electronic device is required to send the acquired authentication information to the server.
For example, each electronic device accessing the target conference sends the identity authentication information of at least one user acquired by the electronic device to the server. Or, collecting the authentication information of at least one user collected by at least two pieces of electronic equipment through one piece of electronic equipment in the at least two pieces of electronic equipment accessed to the target conference, and sending the collected authentication information to the server by the electronic equipment collecting the authentication information.
S503, detecting whether the conference connection condition of the target conference is met at present according to the identity information of at least part of the participants.
Wherein the conference connectivity condition at least comprises: the authentication information of the at least one user characterizes the at least one user as including the at least some of the participants in the conference information.
Optionally, the conference connectivity condition may further include: the current time reaches the starting time of the target conference.
The step S503 can refer to the related descriptions of the embodiments in fig. 2 and fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
And S504, when meeting the conference communication condition, switching the conference state of the target conference into a communication state.
When the conference state of the target conference is in a connected state, the conference data transmission channels existing between at least two electronic devices connected to the target conference are connected.
For example, the server configures data sharing permissions to each electronic device accessing the target conference, so that each electronic device can accept conference data of the target conference.
It can be understood that, in the embodiments of fig. 4 and fig. 5, if it is detected that the conference connectivity condition is not satisfied and the starting time of the target conference is reached, the target conference may be switched from the waiting state to the connectivity state, which is not described herein again.
On the other hand, the present application further provides a conference control device, as shown in fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a composition of the conference control device, in this embodiment, the conference control device includes:
a processor 601 and a data interface 602;
the processor 601 is configured to obtain conference information of a target conference when it is determined that a preset connectivity detection condition of the target conference is met, where the conference information includes identification information of at least some participants;
the data interface 602 is configured to obtain authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference;
the processor 601 is further configured to detect whether a conference connectivity condition of the target conference is currently met according to the identification information of at least some of the participants, where the conference connectivity condition at least includes: the identity verification information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants; and when meeting the conference communication condition, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched to a communication state from a waiting communication state, wherein when the conference state of the target conference is in the communication state, a conference data transmission channel existing between at least two electronic devices accessed to the target conference is communicated.
The data interface can be one or more of a communication interface and a data acquisition interface in different application scenarios.
It is understood that, in practical applications, the conference control apparatus may further include: a memory 603 for storing programs required for the processor to perform the above operations.
Wherein, the memory, the processor and the data interface can be connected through a communication bus.
Optionally, the conference information of the target conference obtained by the processor further includes: the starting time of the target conference;
correspondingly, the conference connectivity condition further includes: and the current time reaches the starting time of the target conference.
Optionally, the identification information of at least some of the participants in the conference information includes: identity identification information of at least one participant with set authority in the target conference;
the identity verification information of the at least one user in the conference connectivity condition characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants, including:

Optionally, the processor 601 is further configured to, when the meeting connectivity condition is not satisfied, detect whether the starting time of the target meeting is reached currently; and when the starting time of the target conference is reached, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched from the waiting connection state to the connection state.
Optionally, the conference control device further comprises a communication module,
when the processor controls the conference state of the target conference to be switched from a waiting connection state to a connection state, the processor is specifically configured to send a conference state switching instruction to a server through the communication module, where the conference state switching instruction is used to request that the conference state of the target conference is switched to the connection state; or, based on the conference connection between the at least two electronic devices and the server, the conference data transmission channel between the at least two electronic devices is communicated, so that the conference state of the target conference is switched to the communication state.
Optionally, when the processor is connected to the data transmission channel between the at least two electronic devices, the processor is specifically configured to configure data acquisition permissions for the at least two electronic devices, where the data acquisition permissions are used to enable the electronic devices to have permissions to acquire data sent by other electronic devices in the target conference.
Optionally, the data interface includes: the collector is used for collecting environmental information of current equipment and extracting the identity verification information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference from the environmental information;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

In another aspect, the present application further provides a conference state switching apparatus, as shown in fig. 7, which shows a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a conference switching apparatus of the present application, and the apparatus may include:
a conference information obtaining unit 701, configured to obtain conference information of a target conference when it is determined that a preset connection detection condition of the target conference is met, where the conference information includes identification information of at least some participants;
an identity information obtaining unit 702, configured to obtain identity authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to join the target conference;
a connection condition detecting unit 703, configured to detect whether a conference connection condition of the target conference is currently met according to the identity information of at least some of the participants, where the conference connection condition at least includes: the identity verification information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants;
a conference state control unit 704, configured to control, when the conference connectivity condition is satisfied, a conference state of the target conference to be switched from a standby connectivity state to a connectivity state, where when the conference state of the target conference is in the connectivity state, a conference data transmission channel existing between at least two electronic devices accessing the target conference is connected.
In a possible case, the conference information of the target conference acquired by the conference information acquiring unit further includes: the starting time of the target conference;

Optionally, the identity information obtaining unit includes:
the information acquisition and extraction unit is used for acquiring the environmental information of the current equipment and extracting the identity authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference from the environmental information;

1. A conference state switching method comprises the following steps:
when the preset communication detection condition of a target conference is met, acquiring conference information of the target conference, wherein the conference information comprises identity identification information of at least part of participants;
obtaining authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference;
detecting whether meeting the conference communication condition of the target conference at present according to the identity information of at least part of the participants, wherein the conference communication condition at least comprises: the identity verification information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants;
and when meeting the conference communication condition, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched to a communication state from a waiting communication state, wherein when the conference state of the target conference is in the communication state, a conference data transmission channel existing between at least two electronic devices accessed to the target conference is communicated.
2. The conference state switching method according to claim 1, wherein the conference information of the target conference further comprises: the starting time of the target conference;
the conference connectivity condition further comprises: and the current time reaches the starting time of the target conference.
3. The conference state switching method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the identification information of the at least some of the participants in the conference information comprises: identity identification information of at least one participant with set authority in the target conference;
the identity verification information of the at least one user in the conference connectivity condition characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants, including:
the identity authentication information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user comprises the at least one participant with the set authority.
4. The conference state switching method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
when the meeting communication condition is not met, detecting whether the starting time of the target meeting is reached or not;
and when the starting time of the target conference is reached, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched from the waiting connection state to the connection state.
5. The conference state switching method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the conference state of the target conference to be switched from the waiting connected state to the connected state comprises:
sending a conference state switching instruction to a server, wherein the conference state switching instruction is used for requesting to switch the conference state of the target conference to the connected state;
or, based on the conference connection between the at least two electronic devices and the server, the conference data transmission channel between the at least two electronic devices is communicated, so that the conference state of the target conference is switched to the communication state.
6. The conference state switching method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein communicating the data transmission channel between the at least two electronic devices comprises:
and configuring data acquisition permission for the at least two pieces of electronic equipment, wherein the data acquisition permission is used for enabling the electronic equipment to have the permission of acquiring data sent by other electronic equipment in the target conference.
7. The conference state switching method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference comprises:
acquiring environmental information of current equipment, and extracting authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference from the environmental information;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and obtaining the identity authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference from at least one piece of electronic equipment.
8. A conference control device comprising:
a processor and a data interface;
the processor is configured to obtain conference information of a target conference when it is determined that a preset connectivity detection condition of the target conference is met, where the conference information includes identification information of at least some participants;
the data interface is used for obtaining the identity authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference;
the processor is further configured to detect whether a conference connectivity condition of the target conference is currently met according to the identification information of at least some of the participants, where the conference connectivity condition at least includes: the identity verification information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants; and when meeting the conference communication condition, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched to a communication state from a waiting communication state, wherein when the conference state of the target conference is in the communication state, a conference data transmission channel existing between at least two electronic devices accessed to the target conference is communicated.
9. A conference state switching apparatus comprising:
the conference information acquisition unit is used for acquiring conference information of a target conference when the preset communication detection condition of the target conference is met, wherein the conference information comprises identification information of at least part of participants;
the identity information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the identity authentication information of at least one user waiting to participate in the target conference;
a communication condition detection unit, configured to detect whether a conference communication condition of the target conference is currently met according to the identity information of at least some of the participants, where the conference communication condition at least includes: the identity verification information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants;
and the conference state control unit is used for controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched to a connected state from a waiting connected state when meeting the conference connection condition, wherein when the conference state of the target conference is in the connected state, a conference data transmission channel existing between at least two pieces of electronic equipment accessed to the target conference is connected.
10. A conference state switching system comprising:
the system comprises a server and at least two electronic devices which establish conference connection with the server, wherein the electronic devices are accessed to a target conference through the conference connection;
wherein, the server or one of the at least two electronic devices is a conference control device in the target conference;
the conference control equipment is used for acquiring conference information of a target conference when the preset communication detection condition of the target conference is met, wherein the conference information comprises identification information of at least part of participants; obtaining authentication information of at least one user currently waiting to participate in the target conference; detecting whether meeting the conference communication condition of the target conference at present according to the identity information of at least part of the participants, wherein the conference communication condition at least comprises: the identity verification information of the at least one user characterizes that the at least one user includes the at least part of the participants; and when meeting the conference communication condition, controlling the conference state of the target conference to be switched to a communication state from a waiting communication state, wherein when the conference state of the target conference is in the communication state, a conference data transmission channel existing between at least two electronic devices accessed to the target conference is communicated.
