As shown in FIG1 , a packaging box is formed by folding a paperboard, such as a color box made by folding cardboard. The paperboard is provided with a first adhesive plate 15, a first side plate 1, a second side plate 2, a third side plate 3 and a fourth side plate 4 connected in sequence. When folded, the first adhesive plate 15 and the fourth side plate 4 are glued together to form a square box body.

The lower end of the first side panel 1 is connected to the first lap board 16, the lower end of the second side panel 2 is connected to the second lap board 23, the lower end of the third side panel 3 is connected to the third lap board 37, and the lower end of the fourth side panel 4 is connected to the fourth lap board 4a. The first lap board 16, the second lap board 23, the third lap board 37 and the fourth lap board 4a are overlapped to form the box bottom.

The upper end of the second side plate 2 is connected with a box cover plate 21, and the box cover plate 21 is connected with an insert plate 22. The box cover plate 21 is provided with an elongated hole 211. When folded, the box cover plate 21 covers the upper part of the box body, and the insert plate 22 is inserted into the insert hole 411.

The upper end of the fourth side plate 4 is connected to a first swing cover folded into the box body. The first swing cover includes a second anti-crack plate 41, a first positioning plate 42, a first partition plate 43, a first hook plate 44, a third anti-crack plate 45, a second hook plate 46, a second partition plate 47 and a second positioning plate 48 connected in sequence. The second anti-crack plate 41 and the first positioning plate 42 are provided with a plug hole 411. The end of the first hook plate 44 close to the first side plate 1 is connected to the third partition plate 40, and the end of the second hook plate 46 close to the first side plate 1 is connected to the fourth partition plate 49. The third partition plate 40 and the fourth partition plate 49 are respectively perpendicular to the first partition plate 43 and the second partition plate 47 , and the third partition plate 40 and the fourth partition plate 49 are respectively parallel to the first side plate 1 .

The upper end of the third side plate 3 is connected with a third swing cover folded into the box body, and the third swing cover includes a second connecting plate 31, a third connecting plate 32, a fourth connecting plate 33, a fifth connecting plate 34 and a second adhesive plate 35 connected in sequence, and the second connecting plate 31 and the third connecting plate 32 are jointly provided with a second observation hole 36. The second connecting plate 31 is connected to the upper end of the third side plate 3, and the two ends of the third connecting plate 32 are respectively provided with second positioning plug plates 321.

When the third swing cover is folded, the second adhesive plate 35 is glued to the second connecting plate 31, and the two second positioning plug plates 321 are respectively inserted into the second positioning holes 422 and the second positioning holes 482 to fix the third connecting plate 32. The second connecting plate 31, the third connecting plate 32, the fourth connecting plate 33 and the fifth connecting plate 34 together form a square third accessory placement area.

The upper end of the first side plate 1 is connected with a second swing cover, which includes a first anti-crack plate 11, a first connecting plate 12, a fifth partition plate 13 and a sixth partition plate 14 connected in sequence, and first positioning plug plates 141 are respectively provided at both ends of the sixth partition plate 14. The first anti-crack plate 11 is connected to the first side plate 1. The fifth partition plate 13 and the sixth partition plate 14 are provided with a first observation hole 17.

When the second swing cover is folded, the fifth partition 13 is parallel to the first partition 43 and the second partition 47, the sixth partition 14 is perpendicular to the first partition 43 and the second partition 47, the sixth partition 14 is supported on the first partition 43 and the second partition 47, the sixth partition 14 is fitted with the third partition 40 and the fourth partition 49, and the two first positioning plugs 141 are respectively inserted into a positioning hole 421 and a first positioning hole 481 to fix the sixth partition 14. The first side panel 1, the fifth partition 13, the sixth partition 14, the third partition 40 and the fourth partition 49 together form a first accessory placement area, and the upper part of the fifth partition 13 is a second accessory placement area.

As shown in Figures 7 and 8, the first hook plate 44 and the second hook plate 46 are located between the sixth partition 14 and the third connecting plate 32, the first hook plate 44, the fourth side plate 4, the first partition 43, the sixth partition 14 and the third connecting plate 32 together form a fourth accessory placement area, and the second hook plate 46, the second side plate 2, the second partition 47, the sixth partition 14 and the third connecting plate 32 together form a fifth accessory placement area.

The anti-crack plate is used to prevent the surface of the cardboard from bursting. For example, the second anti-crack plate 41 forms a 90° angle with the fourth side plate 4 and the first positioning plate 42. If there is no second anti-crack plate 41, the fourth side plate 4 and the first positioning plate 42 are attached together to form a 180° angle. If the bend is too large, it is easy to cause the surface of the cardboard to burst.

As shown in FIG3 , the VR product 6 is placed in a packaging box 5, which is formed by buckling an upper blister tray 51 and a lower blister tray 52. The accessories include a long headband 71, a short headband 72, a software dog (also called a dongle) 73, a battery 74, a data cable 75, an instruction manual 76, and two handles 77.

When packaging the product, as shown in FIG5 , the packaging box 5 is placed in the product cavity. As shown in FIG7 , FIG8 and FIG9 , the data cable 75 is placed in the third accessory placement area. As shown in FIG7 , the long headband 71, the short headband 72, the software dog 73 and the battery 74 are placed in the first accessory placement area. As shown in FIG9 , the instruction manual 76 is placed in the second accessory placement area, and the two handles 77 are placed in the fourth accessory placement area and the fifth accessory placement area respectively. Finally, the plug board 22 is inserted into the jack 411 and the box cover is closed.

When the user opens the box cover, he can not only see the instruction manual 76 and the two handles 77, but also see the placement of other accessories through the first observation hole 17 and the second observation hole 36, which makes it easier for the user to use the product and improves the user experience.

The packaging box of the present invention solves the problem of assembling multiple accessories by using an integrated structural design, integrating the three functions of the color box, accessory box, and hook into one, reducing production costs and reducing resource waste. In addition to VR products, this box type has strong promotional properties and a large variable space. The top space area of the color box can be changed at will according to the number and size of product accessories. This solution can be used for packaging most products on the market today.
