本发明涉及到一种防火面料和制备方法,特别涉及一种防火的化纤面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
衣食住行是每个人日常生活中必须经历的东西,随着社会的发展和科技的进步,衣服除了传统的用来穿着外,还具有其他一定重要的作用,往往需要一种能够具有阻燃功能的面料制成的特殊的衣服,使火或者高温不会烧着由该种面料材料制成的特殊的衣服,以提高作业时的安全性,同时穿着不舒适,而传统的面料往往达不到要求对于一些从事特殊工种的人员,比如消防员、冶金操作工、高温电焊工等,他们的工作存在一定危险性,环境温度都非常高,普通的耐热工作服虽然能起到耐火防火功能,但耐高温的时效和对于人体的保护远远不够,由于质量问题还经常会出现防护服的破损和表面材料的脱落,对人身安全造成很大的安全隐患,往往需要一种能够具有阻燃功能的面料制成的特殊的衣服,使火或者高温不会烧着由该种面料材料制成的特殊的衣服,以提高作业时的安全性,但是会导致穿着不舒适,而传统的面料往往达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火的化纤面料及其制备方法,具有抗燃的同时提高穿着的感官度的优点,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防火的化纤面料,包括基层、阻燃层、防静电层和耐磨层,所述基层的外部包覆有防静电层,防静电层的外部均包覆有阻燃层,阻燃层与身体贴合的一面上覆盖有柔性层,阻燃层与身体不贴合的一面上覆盖有耐磨层,阻燃层由第一经纱、第一纬纱、第二经纱和第二纬纱相互交错编织组成,所述防静电层与耐磨层连接处的缝隙内构成多个相通的导电孔,所述导电孔的内壁上依附有与防静电层与耐磨层表面相勾的导线,导线的两端上分别连接有第一导电片和第二导电片,所述柔性层由竹炭纤维层、网孔布层和抗菌层组成,网孔布层的上表面与抗菌层相接,网孔布层的下表面与竹炭纤维层的上表面相接。
进一步地,基层由棉布、麻布、丝绸、呢绒、皮革和化纤等一种或多种材料制成。
进一步地,第一经纱、第一纬纱、第二经纱和第二纬纱均是由羊毛、聚芳噁二唑纤维和导电纤维按质量百分比7∶2∶1混纺,并且由阻燃剂浸染后交错纺织而成的构件。

S1:选择基层的纱线后,编织成一层平摊的面料后,防静电层缝制在基层的两面上;
S2:第一导电片和第二导电片都是缝制在腰部的两边,导线将第一导电片和第二导电片串联起来;
S3:将高聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺按配方比在搅拌桶类混合,搅拌均匀,得到阻燃防火剂,阻燃层浸泡进行热风粘合后缝制在防静电层的两面上;
S4:将开松后的耐磨层和柔性层在经过铺网机铺网和梳理机梳理后,缝制在防静电层的正面和背面上,清洗烘干。
进一步地,针对S2中第一导电片和第二导电片的长度和宽度不超过1cm,并与防静电层中的抗电纤维相连接,进行静电排放。

步骤一:选择基层1的纱线后,编织成一层平摊的面料后,防静电层3缝制在基层1的两面上;
步骤二:第一导电片611和第二导电片612都是缝制在腰部的两边,导线61将第一导电片611和第二导电片612串联起来,第一导电片611和第二导电片612的长度和宽度不超过1cm,并与防静电层3中的抗电纤维相连接,进行静电排放;
步骤三:将高聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺按配方比在搅拌桶类混合,搅拌均匀,得到阻燃防火剂,阻燃层2浸泡进行热风粘合后缝制在防静电层3的两面上;
步骤四:将开松后的耐磨层4和柔性层5在经过铺网机铺网和梳理机梳理后,缝制在防静电层3的正面和背面上,清洗烘干。

Claims (9)
1.一种防火的化纤面料,包括基层(1)、阻燃层(2)、防静电层(3)和耐磨层(4),其特征在于:所述基层(1)的外部包覆有防静电层(3),防静电层(3)的外部均包覆有阻燃层(2),阻燃层(2)与身体贴合的一面上覆盖有柔性层(5),阻燃层(2)与身体不贴合的一面上覆盖有耐磨层(4),阻燃层(2)由第一经纱(21)、第一纬纱(22)、第二经纱(23)和第二纬纱(24)相互交错编织组成,所述防静电层(3)与耐磨层(4)连接处的缝隙内构成多个相通的导电孔(6),所述导电孔(6)的内壁上依附有与防静电层(3)与耐磨层(4)表面相勾的导线(61),导线(61)的两端上分别连接有第一导电片(611)和第二导电片(612),所述柔性层(5)由竹炭纤维层(51)、网孔布层(52)和抗菌层(53)组成,网孔布层(52)的上表面与抗菌层(53)相接,网孔布层(52)的下表面与竹炭纤维层(51)的上表面相接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防火的化纤面料,其特征在于:所述基层(1)由棉布、麻布、丝绸、呢绒、皮革和化纤等一种或多种材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防火的化纤面料,其特征在于:所述第一经纱(21)、第一纬纱(22)、第二经纱(23)和第二纬纱(24)均是由羊毛、聚芳噁二唑纤维和导电纤维按质量百分比7∶2∶1混纺,并且由阻燃剂浸染后交错纺织而成的构件。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防火的化纤面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(4)中的弹性涤纶、羊毛和棉织物混纺后加入碳素制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防火的化纤面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(53)由抗菌助剂通过高温迁移到网孔布层(52)和竹炭纤维层(51)连接处的小孔间隙内。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防火的化纤面料,其特征在于:所述防静电层(3)中混纺的纱线分别由高强度的抗电纤维和涤纶纤维制成,并且纱线贯穿导线(61)上勾孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防火的化纤面料,其特征在于:所述第一导电片(611)和第二导电片(612)均由表面镀铜的金属片制成,第一导电片(611)和第二导电片(612)的表面平滑。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的防火的化纤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
SI:选择基层(1)的纱线后,编织成一层平摊的面料后,防静电层(3)缝制在基层(1)的两面上;
S2:第一导电片(611)和第二导电片(612)都是缝制在腰部的两边,导线(61)将第一导电片(611)和第二导电片(612)串联起来;
S3:将高聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺按配方比在搅拌桶类混合,搅拌均匀,得到阻燃防火剂,阻燃层(2)浸泡进行热风粘合后缝制在防静电层(3)的两面上;
S4:将开松后的耐磨层(4)和柔性层(5)在经过铺网机铺网和梳理机梳理后,缝制在防静电层(3)的正面和背面上,清洗烘干。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种防火的化纤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,针对S2中第一导电片(611)和第二导电片(612)的长度和宽度不超过1cm,并与防静电层(3)中的抗电纤维相连接,进行静电排放。
