Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于视觉系统振动移位的自校正方法及视觉系统,包括标定物和被检测物件,其方法包括:获取包括被检测物件和标定物的第一图像和第二图像,依据该第一、二图像,分别获得该标定物所定义的第一、二坐标系以及该被检测物件与该第一、二坐标系的第一、二相对关系,对比该第一、二图像以获得该标定物的位移,并利用该位移获得该第一、二坐标系的转换关系,以该第一相对关系及转换关系计算该被检测物件与该第二坐标系的第三相对关系,判断出该第二、三相对关系是一致或差异在阈值内时,则利用该转换关系校正该被检测物件与所述第二坐标系的第二相对关系,从而达到实现在视觉系统振动移位时,自动校正。
