Technical Field
The invention relates to a specific gravity sorting machine.
Background
The specific gravity separator is mainly a fine separation device for separating according to the suspension speed of materials, and is mainly used for fine separation of various granular materials with the same external dimension and different specific gravities. The working principle is as shown in figure 1 and figure 2; the raw materials are continuously conveyed to the rear raw material falling position on the inclined working face of the specific gravity sorting machine, and under the combined action of the airflow of the air net of the inclined working face and the vibration of the inclined working face, the raw materials are uniformly distributed on the whole inclined working face and are in a suspended or semi-suspended state. In this state, the heavy material and the light material automatically form layers. The heavy materials in the lower layer can move to the high-side discharge port along the inclined working surface; the light material on the upper layer can move to the low-side discharge port along the inclined working surface; the mixed material containing the heavy material and the light material moves to the mixed material outlet. When the three materials pass through the discharge port, the three materials are connected into a whole and flow out of the discharge port, and the state is similar to a waterfall; therefore, a material baffle plate is arranged at the discharge port to divide the discharge port into a high-side discharge port, a mixed discharge port and a low-side discharge port; and finally, the three materials flow out from respective discharge ports. The sorting flow is shown in figure 3; firstly, conveying raw materials to an inclined working surface of a specific gravity separator by conveying equipment; sorting to form a heavy stream, a mixture stream and a light stream; the heavy stream and the light stream are collected for further processing. The mixed materials generally can not meet the sorting requirement; so that the collected materials and the raw materials enter the conveying equipment together; and (5) carrying out reclassification. The mixed material subjected to recleaning is called recycled material. The heavy material obtained contains a small amount of light material; the content of the sodium chloride determines the sorting quality. Likewise, the resulting light materials will also contain small amounts of heavy materials.
In many cases, the sorting process has different requirements with respect to sorting quality. Some heavy materials only need to have sorting quality requirements; some light materials only need to have sorting quality requirements; and the sorting quality requirements on heavy materials and light materials are met. However, in practical situations, different materials can get different qualities of heavy materials and light materials when being sorted by specific gravity. When the sorting quality requirement is not met during sorting, parameters such as the inclination angle, the vibration frequency, the vibration amplitude and the like of the inclined working face are adjusted. The control range of the gravity sorting quality is generated by the combined action of the parameters; a single parameter does not correspond to sorting quality one to one. The specific gravity sorting quality is regulated and controlled by the existing quality regulation and control means, and the regulation and control range is limited; not all quality requirements are met. Moreover, the existing quality control means are complex and unintuitive in operation.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a specific gravity sorting machine which comprises an inclined working surface, a high-side discharge port, a low-side discharge port, a mixed discharge port and conveying equipment, wherein a shunting mechanism is arranged between the mixed discharge port and the conveying equipment, each discharge port shunted by the shunting mechanism is respectively communicated with a feed port of the conveying equipment, and a discharge port of the conveying equipment is communicated with a set position of the inclined working surface.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention can regulate and control the sorting quality of specific gravity sorting.
2. Compared with the existing specific gravity sorting quality control means, the method has the advantages of simple and visual operation.
3. The invention can be matched with the existing specific gravity separation quality regulation and control means to regulate and control the specific gravity separation quality; thereby enlarging the regulation range of the specific gravity sorting quality.

Detailed Description
A specific gravity sorting machine as shown in fig. 4, which comprises an inclined working surface 1, a high-side discharge port 2, a low-side discharge port 3, a mixed discharge port 4 and a conveying device 5, wherein a shunting mechanism 6 is arranged between the mixed discharge port 4 and the conveying device 5, each discharge port shunted by the shunting mechanism 6 is respectively led to a feed port of the conveying device 5, and a discharge port of the conveying device 5 is led to a set position of the inclined working surface 1.
When the specific gravity separation is carried out, the returned material flow passing through the mixing discharge port 4 of the specific gravity separator is divided into a plurality of returned material flows by a flow dividing mechanism 6 in the directions of a high-side outlet 2 and a low-side discharge port 3; each return material flow is then conveyed by the conveyor device 5 to a set position on the inclined working surface 1.
When the material flow passing through the middle part of the discharge port of the specific gravity separator is divided into a plurality of material flows by the diversion mechanism, the material flowing out of each material flow is different from the others in specific gravity; the ratio of the light material content to the heavy material content in the material flowing out of each returning material flow is different from that of the other returning material flows; among a plurality of returned material flows, the more the returned material flow close to the lower-edge discharge port flows out, the more the light material content is; the more the material flows out of the material flow of the machine returning material close to the high-side discharge hole, the more the heavy material content is.
During specific gravity separation, the material which lands on the ground flows at any time in each unit area on the inclined working surface of the specific gravity separator is different from the material which lands on the ground and flows at any time in most other unit areas in specific gravity; moreover, the specific gravity of each mass of the material flowing on the ground at any time per unit area changes under the influence of other factors.
The more the material is close in specific gravity, and the farther the set position is away from all the discharge ports, the more positive effect is on the improvement of the separation quality; and vice versa. The determination of each set position has an effect on the sorting quality; the final impact on the sorting quality is accumulated from the impact of each set position on the sorting quality. The quality of the specific gravity sorting is adjusted by adjusting the position of the set position on the inclined working surface.
