本发明涉及一种稻谷浸种方法,将稻种加入浸种液中进行浸种得湿芽;所述浸种液和所述稻种的质量比为1:0.5~0.8,所述浸种时间为48~60h、温度为20~25℃;所述浸种液包括以下重量份数的组分:棉隆0.01‑0.05份;25%氰烯菌酯8‑10份;氯化1‑乙基‑3‑甲基咪唑盐3~5份;水5000~8000份;10%噻唑啉0.1~0.5份。这样不仅能够有效防治黑点米形成、防治前期病虫害;而且作为氮源被稻谷吸收,有利于提高秧苗的质量。

技术领域
本发明属于农业领域,涉及稻种的培育,具体涉及一种稻谷浸种方法。
背景技术
黑点米是指稻米在生长过程中由于病原微生物或蝽象的危害在米粒上产生黑斑、裂缝等严重影响米质的病症。黑点米的产生严重影响稻米的外观和质量以及品质。据初步调查,黑点米在全国各稻区均有发生,尤以南方稻区更重。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种稻谷浸种方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种稻谷浸种方法,将稻种加入浸种液中进行浸种得湿芽;所述浸种液和所述稻种的质量比为1:0.5~0.8,所述浸种时间为48~60h、温度为20~25℃;所述浸种液包括以下重量份数的组分:

具体实施方式
本发明稻谷浸种方法,将稻种加入浸种液中进行浸种得湿芽;所述浸种液和所述稻种的质量比为1:0.5~0.8,所述浸种时间为48~60h、温度为20~25℃;所述浸种液包括以下重量份数的组分:棉隆0.01~0.05份;25%氰烯菌酯8~10份;氯化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑盐3~5份;水5000~8000份;10%噻唑啉0.1~0.5份。通过采用特定组分的浸种液对稻种进行浸泡,这样不仅能够有效防治黑点米形成、防治前期病虫害;而且作为氮源被稻谷吸收,有利于提高秧苗的质量。上述浸种液优选包括以下重量份数的组分:棉隆0.01份;25%氰烯菌酯10份;氯化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑盐5份;水5000份;10%噻唑啉0.1份。

棉隆 0.01份;
25%氰烯菌酯(市售) 8份;
氯化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑盐 3份;
水 5000份;
10%噻唑啉(市售) 0.5份。

本例提供一种稻谷浸种方法,它与实施例1中的基本一致,不同的是:浸种液中未加入25%氰烯菌酯。
将实施例1-3、对比例1-2中稻谷浸种获得的稻芽进行数据统计,其结果列于表1中。

25%氰烯菌酯 8~10份;
氯化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑盐 3~5份;
水 5000~8000份;
10%噻唑啉 0.1~0.5份。
