Background
The tyre roller is mainly used for compacting asphalt pavement, and oil is required to be sprayed on the working surface of a tyre during construction in order to prevent asphalt from being adhered to the surface of the tyre. There are currently 3 main ways to spray oil onto the working surface of a tire. One is that manual oiling is adopted, and when the pneumatic tyre roller works, manual oiling is carried out on the tyre. However, the worker is generally in the blind area of the visual field of the driver during the process of oiling the tire, so that safety accidents are easy to happen, and the production safety is not facilitated. And the other is an air pressure oil injection device. The air pressure oil injection device mainly comprises an engine, an air pump, an air storage tank, an electromagnetic valve, an oil storage tank, a spray head and the like. When the pneumatic tire spraying device works, compressed air generated by an engine driving air pump enters the air storage tank after being filtered by the dryer, and under the control of the electromagnetic valve, the compressed air pushes oil in the oil storage tank to flow along the pipeline and be sprayed onto tires through the spraying assembly. However, the pneumatic fuel injection device has the disadvantages of being too complicated in structure; and the shower nozzle adopts the shower nozzle for the watering generally, and the different characteristics of water and oil have caused the watering shower nozzle to be used for the watering and have easily caused the shower nozzle to block up, and live time is short, the quality is unstable.
The third mode is that 3 to 4 single-point spray heads are fixedly arranged in each axial direction of the tire, and oil is sprayed directly to the working surface of the tire by pressurizing through an oil pump. The oil sprinkling mode has simple structure and the oil outlet is not easy to be blocked, so the oil sprinkling mode is widely used. However, the greatest disadvantage of this method is that it does not spray oil uniformly over the entire surface of the tire.

a first slit 11 is formed in the wall of the outer cylinder 1, and a second slit 21 is formed in the wall of the inner cylinder 2; the first slit 11 is linear, and the first slit 11 is parallel to the central axis of the inner cylinder 2; the second slit 21 is spirally arranged on the surface of the wall of the inner cylinder 2;
a rotary input shaft 4 is arranged on one circular surface of the inner cylinder 2, and the driving wheel 3 is connected with the rotary input shaft 4.
