固体自由形式制造涉及许多不同的方法,包括三维打印,电子束熔化,立体光刻,选择性激光烧结,层压物体制造,熔融沉积成型等。

热塑性聚氨酯

当存在时,合适的多元醇(也可以描述为羟基封端的中间体)可以包括一种或多种羟基封端的聚酯,一种或多种羟基封端的聚醚,一种或多种羟基封端的聚碳酸酯,一种或多种羟基封端的聚硅氧烷,或其混合物。
合适的羟基封端的聚酯中间体包括数均分子量(Mn)为约500至约10,000,约700-约5,000,或约700-约4,000的线性聚酯,并且通常具有小于1.3或小于0.5的酸值。分子量通过末端官能团的测定来确定,并且与数均分子量有关。聚酯中间体可以通过(1)一种或多种二醇与一种或多种二羧酸或酸酐的酯化反应或(2)通过酯交换反应,即一种或多种二醇与二羧酸酯的反应来制备。通常超过1摩尔的二醇与酸的摩尔比是优选的,以便获得具有优势的末端羟基的直链。合适的聚酯中间体还包括各种内酯,例如通常由ε-己内酯和双官能引发剂如二乙二醇制成的聚己内酯。所需聚酯的二羧酸可以是脂族,脂环族,芳族或其组合。可以单独使用或以混合物形式使用的合适的二羧酸通常具有总共4-15个碳原子,包括:琥珀酸,戊二酸,己二酸,庚二酸,辛二酸,壬二酸,癸二酸,十二烷二酸,间苯二甲酸,对苯二甲酸,环己烷二羧酸等。也可以使用上述二羧酸的酸酐,例如邻苯二甲酸酐,四氢邻苯二甲酸酐等。己二酸是优选的酸。反应形成所需聚酯中间体的二醇可以是脂族,芳族或其组合,包括扩链剂部分中描述的任何二醇,并且总共具有2至20或2至12个碳原子。合适的实例包括乙二醇,1,2-丙二醇,1,3-丙二醇,1,3-丁二醇,1,4-丁二醇,1,5-戊二醇,1,6-己二醇,2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇,1,4-环己烷二甲醇,十亚甲基二醇,十二亚甲基二醇及其混合物。
多元醇组分还可包括一种或多种聚己内酯聚酯多元醇。可用于本文所述技术的聚己内酯聚酯多元醇包括衍生自己内酯单体的聚酯二醇。聚己内酯聚酯多元醇由伯羟基封端。合适的聚己内酯聚酯多元醇可以由ε-己内酯和双官能引发剂如二乙二醇,1,4-丁二醇或本文列出的任何其他二醇和/或二醇制成。在一些实施方案中,聚己内酯聚酯多元醇是衍生自己内酯单体的线性聚酯二醇。
有用的实例包括CAPA TM 2202A,2000数均分子量(Mn)线性聚酯二醇,和CAPA TM2302A,3000Mn线性聚酯二醇,两者均可从Perstorp Polyols Inc.商购获得。这些材料也可以被描述为2-氧杂环庚烷酮(2-oxepanone)和1,4-丁二醇的聚合物。
聚己内酯聚酯多元醇可以由2-氧杂环庚烷酮和二醇制备,其中二醇可以是1,4-丁二醇,二甘醇,单乙二醇,1,6-己二醇,2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇,或其任何组合。在一些实施方案中,用于制备聚己内酯聚酯多元醇的二醇是线性的。在一些实施方案中,聚己内酯聚酯多元醇由1,4-丁二醇制备。在一些实施方案中,聚己内酯聚酯多元醇的数均分子量为500至10,000,或500至5,000,或1,000或甚至2,000,或2,000至4,000或甚至3000。
合适的羟基封端的聚醚中间体包括衍生自具有总共2至15个碳原子的二醇或多元醇的聚醚多元醇,在一些实施方案中,烷基二醇或二醇与包含具有2至6个碳原子的环氧烷的醚反应,通常是环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷或其混合物。例如,羟基官能聚醚可以通过首先使丙二醇与环氧丙烷反应,然后与环氧乙烷反应来制备。由环氧乙烷产生的伯羟基比仲羟基更具反应性,因此是优选的。有用的商业聚醚多元醇包括包含与乙二醇反应的环氧乙烷的聚(乙二醇),包含与丙二醇反应的环氧丙烷的聚(丙二醇),包含与四氢呋喃反应的水的聚(四亚甲基醚二醇),其也可描述为聚合的四氢呋喃,通常称为PTMEG。在一些实施方案中,聚醚中间体包括PTMEG。合适的聚醚多元醇还包括环氧烷的聚酰胺加合物,并且可包括,例如,包含乙二胺和环氧丙烷的反应产物的乙二胺加合物,包含二亚乙基三胺与环氧丙烷的反应产物的二亚乙基三胺加合物,和类似的聚酰胺型聚醚多元醇。共聚醚也可用于所述组合物中。典型的共聚醚包括THF和环氧乙烷或THF和环氧丙烷的反应产物。这些可从BASF获得,作为嵌段共聚物的PolyB和无规共聚物的PolyR。各种聚醚中间体通常具有通过测定末端官能团测定的数均分子量(Mn),其平均分子量大于约1,000,例如约1,000至约10,000,约1,000至约5,000,或者约1,000至约2,500。在一些实施方案中,聚醚中间体包括两种或更多种不同分子量聚醚的共混物,例如2,000Mn和1000Mn PTMEG的共混物。
合适的羟基封端的聚碳酸酯包括通过二醇与碳酸酯反应制备的那些。美国专利No.4,131,731公开的羟基封端的聚碳酸酯及其制备方法在此引入作为参考。这种聚碳酸酯是线性的并且具有末端羟基,基本上排除了其它末端基团。必需的反应物是二醇和碳酸酯。合适的二醇选自含有4至40,和或甚至4至12个碳原子的脂环族和脂族二醇,和选自每分子含有2至20个烷氧基的聚氧亚烷基二醇,每个烷氧基含有2至4个碳原子。合适的二醇包括含有4-12个碳原子的脂族二醇,如1,4-丁二醇,1,5-戊二醇,新戊二醇,1,6-己二醇,2,2,4-三甲基-1,6-己二醇,1,10-癸二醇,氢化二亚油基乙二醇,氢化二油基乙二醇,3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇;和脂环族二醇如1,3-环己二醇,1,4-二羟甲基环己烷,1,4-环己二醇,1,3-二羟甲基环己烷,1,4-内亚甲基-2-羟基-5-羟甲基环己烷和聚亚烷基二醇。反应中使用的二醇可以是单一二醇或二醇的混合物,这取决于最终产品中所需的性质。羟基封端的聚碳酸酯中间体通常是本领域和文献中已知的那些。合适的碳酸酯选自由5至7元环组成的碳酸亚烷基酯。适用于本发明的碳酸酯包括碳酸亚乙酯,碳酸三亚甲基酯,碳酸四亚甲基酯,碳酸1,2-亚丙基酯,碳酸1,2-亚丁基酯,碳酸2,3-亚丁基酯,碳酸1,2-亚乙基酯,碳酸1,3-亚戊基酯,碳酸1,4-亚戊酯,碳酸2,3-亚戊酯和碳酸2,4-亚戊酯。此外,合适的是碳酸二烷基酯,脂环族碳酸酯和碳酸二芳基酯。碳酸二烷基酯在每个烷基中可含有2-5个碳原子,其具体实例是碳酸二乙酯和碳酸二丙酯。脂环族碳酸酯,尤其是二环脂族碳酸酯,在每个环状结构中可含有4-7个碳原子,并且可存在一种或两种这样的结构。当一个基团是脂环族时,另一个基团可以是烷基或芳基。另一方面,如果一个基团是芳基,则另一个基团可以是烷基或脂环族基团。在每个芳基中可含有6-20个碳原子的合适的碳酸二芳基酯的实例是碳酸二苯酯,碳酸二甲苯酯和碳酸二萘酯。
合适的聚硅氧烷多元醇包括α-ω-羟基或胺或羧酸或硫醇或环氧封端的聚硅氧烷。实例包括以羟基或胺或羧酸或硫醇或环氧基封端的聚(二甲基硅氧烷)。在一些实施方案中,聚硅氧烷多元醇是羟基封端的聚硅氧烷。在一些实施方案中,聚硅氧烷多元醇的数均分子量为300-5,000,或400-3,000。
聚硅氧烷多元醇可通过聚硅氧烷氢化物与脂族多元醇或聚氧化烯醇之间的脱氢反应获得,以将醇羟基引入聚硅氧烷主链上。
在一些实施方案中,聚硅氧烷可由一种或多种具有下式的化合物表示:
其中:每个R1和R2独立地为1至4个碳原子的烷基,苄基或苯基;每个E是OH或NHR3,其中R3是氢,1至6个碳原子的烷基,或5至8个碳原子的环烷基;a和b各自独立地为2至8的整数;c是3至50的整数。在含氨基的聚硅氧烷中,至少一个E基团是NHR3。在含羟基的聚硅氧烷中,至少一个E基团是OH。在一些实施方案中,R1和R2均为甲基。
合适的实例包括α-ω-羟丙基封端的聚(二甲基硅氧烷)和α-ω-氨基丙基封端的聚(二甲基硅氧烷),两者都是可商购的材料。其他实例包括聚(二甲基硅氧烷)材料与聚(氧化烯)的共聚物。
多元醇组分可包括聚(乙二醇),聚(四亚甲基醚二醇),聚(三亚甲基氧化物),环氧乙烷封端的聚(丙二醇),聚(己二酸丁二醇酯),聚(己二酸乙二醇酯),聚(六亚甲基己二酸酯),聚(四亚甲基-co-六亚甲基己二酸酯),聚(己二酸3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇酯),聚己内酯二醇,聚(六亚甲基碳酸酯)二醇,聚(五亚甲基碳酸酯)二醇,聚(三亚甲基碳酸酯)二醇,基于二聚物脂肪酸的聚酯多元醇,基于植物油的多元醇,或其任何组合。
可用于制备合适的聚酯多元醇的二聚物脂肪酸的实例包括可从Croda购得的Priplast TM聚酯二醇/多元醇和可从Oleon商购的聚酯二醇。
在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分包括聚醚多元醇,聚碳酸酯多元醇,聚己内酯多元醇或其任何组合。
在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分包括聚醚多元醇。在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分基本上不含或甚至完全不含聚醚多元醇。在一些实施方案中,用于制备TPU的多元醇组分基本上不含或甚至完全不含聚硅氧烷。
在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分包括聚己内酯,聚(四亚甲基醚二醇),或三官能醚,例如封端的聚环氧丙烷等,或其组合。在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分包括聚己内酯。在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分包括封端的聚环氧丙烷。在一些实施方案中,多元醇组分包括聚(四亚甲基醚二醇)。
在一些实施方案中,多元醇的数均分子量为至少650。在其他实施方案中,多元醇的数均分子量为至少2000、2,500、3,000,和/或数均分子量达2,500、3,000、4000或甚至6,000。
使用c)扩链剂组分制备本文所述的TPU组合物。扩链剂包括芳族二醇,二醇,二胺及其组合。
合适的扩链剂包括相对小的多羟基化合物,例如具有2至20,或2至12,或2至10个碳原子的低级脂族或短链二醇。合适的实例包括乙二醇,二甘醇,丙二醇,二丙二醇(DPG),1,4-丁二醇(BDO),1,6-己二醇(HDO),1,3-丁二醇,1,5-戊二醇,新戊二醇,1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM),2,2-双[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]丙烷(HEPP),六亚甲基二醇,庚二醇,壬二醇,十二烷二醇,3-甲基-1,5-戊二醇,乙二胺,丁二胺,六亚甲基二胺和羟乙基间苯二酚(HER)等,以及它们的混合物。在一些实施方案中,扩链剂包括HDO。在一些实施方案中,扩链剂包括HDO和CHDM。
在一些实施方案中,扩链剂与多元醇的摩尔比大于25。在其中热塑性聚氨酯不含多元醇组分的其他实施方案中,扩链剂与多元醇的摩尔比是无限的。
本文所述的热塑性聚氨酯也可以被认为是热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)组合物。在这样的实施方案中,组合物可含有一种或多种TPU。这些TPU通过以下组分的反应制备:a)上述多异氰酸酯组分;b)上述多元醇组分;c)上述扩链剂组分,其中反应可在催化剂存在下进行。组合物中的至少一种TPU必须满足上述参数,使其适用于固体自由形式制造,特别是熔融沉积成型。
进行反应的方法不受过度限制,包括分批和连续加工。在一些实施方案中,该技术涉及芳族TPU的分批加工。在一些实施方案中,该技术涉及芳族TPU的连续加工。
所述组合物包括上述TPU材料以及包含这种TPU材料和一种或多种另外组分的TPU组合物。这些另外的组分包括可与本文所述的TPU共混的其他聚合物材料。这些另外的组分包括可以添加到TPU中的一种或多种添加剂,或含有TPU的共混物,以影响组合物的性质。
本文所述的TPU还可以与一种或多种其他聚合物共混。与本文所述的TPU可以共混的聚合物不受过度限制。在一些实施方案中,所述组合物包含两种或更多种所述TPU材料。在一些实施方案中,组合物包含至少一种所述TPU材料和至少一种其他聚合物,其不是所述TPU材料之一。

适用于本文所述TPU组合物的其他任选添加剂不受过度限制。合适的添加剂包括颜料,UV稳定剂,UV吸收剂,抗氧化剂,润滑剂,热稳定剂,水解稳定剂,交联活化剂,生物相容的阻燃剂,层状硅酸盐,着色剂,增强剂,粘合介质,冲击强度改性剂,抗微生物剂,辐射遮蔽剂,填料及其任何组合。应注意,本文公开的本发明的TPU组合物不需要使用无机,有机或惰性填料,例如滑石,碳酸钙,TiO2,粉末,其虽然不希望受理论束缚,但是据信可以有助于TPU组合物的可打印性。因此,在一些实施方案中,所公开的技术可包括填料,并且在一些实施方案中,所公开的技术可不含填料。
本文所述的TPU组合物还可包含其他添加剂,其可称为稳定剂。稳定剂可包括抗氧化剂如酚类,亚磷酸酯,硫酯和胺,光稳定剂如受阻胺光稳定剂和苯并噻唑UV吸收剂,以及其它加工稳定剂及其组合。在一个实施方案中,优选的稳定剂是BASF的Irganox 1010和Chemtura的Naugard445。稳定剂的用量为TPU组合物的约0.1重量%至约5重量%,在另一个实施方案中为约0.1重量%至约3重量%,在另一个实施方案中为约0.5重量%至约1.5重量%。
更进一步的任选添加剂可用于本文所述的TPU组合物中。添加剂包括着色剂,抗氧化剂(包括酚类,亚磷酸酯,硫酯和/或胺),稳定剂,润滑剂,抑制剂,水解稳定剂,光稳定剂,受阻胺光稳定剂,苯并三唑UV吸收剂,热稳定剂,防止变色的稳定剂,染料,颜料,增强剂及其组合。
上述所有添加剂可以以这些物质的常规有效量使用。非阻燃剂添加剂的用量可以为TPU组合物总重量的约0至约30重量%,在一个实施方案中为约0.1至约25重量%,在另一个实施方案中为约0.1至约20重量%。
这些另外的添加剂可以掺入到用于制备TPU树脂的组分或反应混合物中,或者在制备TPU树脂之后。在另一种方法中,所有材料可以与TPU树脂混合然后熔化,或者它们可以直接掺入TPU树脂的熔体中。
上述TPU材料可通过包括以下步骤的方法制备:(I)使以下组分反应:a)上述芳族二异氰酸酯组分;b)上述多元醇组分;c)上述扩链剂组分,其中反应可在催化剂存在下进行,得到热塑性聚氨酯组合物。

系统和方法
在所述技术中有用的固体自由形式制造系统和使用它们的方法不受过度限制。应注意,所描述的技术提供某些热塑性聚氨酯,其比现有材料和其它热塑性聚氨酯更适合于医疗装置和组件的固体自由形式制造。应注意,由于其设备配置,加工参数等,一些固体自由形式制造系统(包括一些熔融沉积成型系统)可能更适合于加工某些材料,包括热塑性聚氨酯。然而,所描述的技术并未集中于固体自由形式制造系统的细节,包括一些熔融沉积成型系统,相反,所描述的技术集中于提供某些热塑性聚氨酯,其更适合于医疗装置和组件的固体自由形式制造。
可用于本发明的挤出型增材制造系统和方法包括通过将建筑材料加热至半液态并且根据计算机控制的路径挤出它来逐层构建部件的系统和方法。作为线或树脂提供的材料可以作为来自分配器的半连续流和/或材料丝分配,或者它可以替代地作为单独的液滴分配。FDM通常使用两种材料来完成构建。成型材料用于构成成品。支撑材料也可用作成型材料的支架。建筑材料,例如TPU,从系统材料储存器输送到其打印头,打印头通常在二维平面中移动,在底座沿第三轴移动到新的水平和/或平面之前沉积材料以完成每一层和开始下一层。一旦系统完成构建,用户可以移除支撑材料或甚至将其溶解,留下准备使用的部件。在一些实施方案中,增材制造系统和方法将包括载体材料,其包括不同于本文公开的本发明TPU的TPU。在一些实施方案中,该系统和方法不含载体材料。
用于本发明SLS的粉末或颗粒类型的增材制造系统和方法涉及使用高功率激光例如二氧化碳激光器将材料的小颗粒例如TPU熔合成具有所需三维形状的块。通过选择性熔合层来生产是一种制造制品的方法,该方法包括以粉末形式沉积材料层,选择性地熔化层的一部分或区域,沉积新的粉末层和再次熔化所述层的一部分,并以此方式继续直到获得所需物体。例如通过使用吸收剂,抑制剂,掩模或通过聚焦能量的输入(例如,激光或电磁束)获得待熔化层的部分的选择性。优选通过添加层进行烧结,特别是通过使用激光烧结进行快速原型制作。快速原型制作是一种使用的方法,通过使用激光烧结叠加的粉末层,从待制造的物品的三维图像不用工具且无需加工而获得复杂形状的部件。关于通过激光烧结进行快速原型制作的一般信息提供于美国专利No.6,136,948和申请WO96/06881和US20040138363。
用于实施这些方法的机器可以包括在生产活塞上的构造室,在左侧和右侧由两个供给粉末的活塞包围,激光器和用于散布粉末的装置,例如辊子。腔室通常保持恒定温度以避免变形。
通过层添加的其他生产方法(例如WO 01/38061和EP1015214中描述的那些)也是合适的。这两种方法使用红外加热来熔化粉末。在第一种方法的情况下通过使用抑制剂获得熔融部分的选择性,而在第二种方法的情况下通过使用掩模获得。在申请DE10311438中描述了另一种方法。在该方法中,用于熔化聚合物的能量由微波发生器提供,并且通过使用感受器获得选择性。
所公开的技术还提供所述热塑性聚氨酯在所述系统和方法中的用途,以及由其制备的医疗装置和组件。
医疗装置,组件和应用
本文所述的方法可利用本文所述的热塑性聚氨酯来制备各种医疗装置和组件。
与所有增材制造一样,这种技术在制造物品作为快速原型制造和新产品开发的一部分,作为制造定制和/或仅一次性组件的一部分,或者大规模大量生产制品无法保证和/或不实际的类似应用方面具有特殊价值。
可以从本发明的组合物增材制造的有用的口腔护理装置和组件包括牙科矫正器,固定器,正畸装置等。可由本发明的组合物增材制造的有用的医疗装置和组件包括夹板,外部支撑支架,矫形装置等。
除非另有说明,否则所述的每种化学组分的量不包括任何溶剂或稀释油,其可以通常存在于商业材料中,即基于活性化学品。然而,除非另有说明,否则本文提及的每种化学品或组合物应解释为商业级材料,其可含有异构体,副产物,衍生物和通常理解为以商业等级存在于其中的其它此类物质。
已知上述一些材料可在最终配方中相互作用,使得最终配方的组分可与最初添加的组分不同。例如,金属离子(例如,阻燃剂)可以迁移到其他分子的其他酸性或阴离子位点。由此形成的产物,包括在其预期用途中使用本文所述技术的组合物时形成的产物,可能不易于描述。然而,所有这些修改和反应产物都包括在本文所述技术的范围内;本文描述的技术包括通过混合上述组分制备的组合物。

材料制备几种热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)并评价它们在口腔护理装置的直接固体自由形式制造中的适用性。本发明的TPU-A是含有聚醚多元醇的TPU,其中扩链剂与多元醇的摩尔比为约31.3。本发明的TPU-B是含有环氧乙烷封端的环氧丙烷多元醇的TPU,其中扩链剂与多元醇的摩尔比为约178。本发明的TPU-C是含有聚酯多元醇的TPU,其中扩链剂与多元醇的摩尔比为约29.7。本发明的TPU-D是不含多元醇的TPU,因此具有无限摩尔比的多元醇与扩链剂。
测试每种TPU材料以确定其在选择自由形式制造方法中的适用性。使用单螺杆挤出机将每种TPU材料从树脂挤出成约1.8mm直径的棒。使用熔融沉积成型方法在运行MakerBot Desktop软件版本3.7的MakerBot 2X桌面3D打印机上打印拉伸条,其中包含以下测试参数:
挤出温度 200℃-230℃
构建平台温度 40℃-150℃
打印速度 30mm/s-120mm/s
该测试的结果总结于下表1中。

实施例2
根据ASTM D412,评价本发明TPU组合物D的3D打印样品在“x”,“y”和“z”轴(根据ASTM 52921确定)的拉伸强度和伸长率,与标准注塑的相同组成的TPU材料相比。结果如下表2所示:

从表2中可以看出,当使用xz轴方向打印时,本发明的3D打印TPU材料的极限拉伸强度与注塑材料的极限拉伸强度相当。
分子量分布可以在配备有Waters Model 515泵,Waters Model 717自动进样器和保持在40℃的Waters Model 2414折射率检测器的Waters凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)上测量。GPC条件可以是40℃的温度,一组Phenogel Guard+2x混合D(5u),300×7.5mm,用250ppm丁基化羟基甲苯稳定的四氢呋喃(THF)流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,注射体积50μl,样品浓度~0.12%,使用Waters Empower Pro Software进行数据采集。通常将少量(通常约0.05克聚合物)溶解在20毫升稳定的HPLC级THF中,通过0.45微米的聚四氟乙烯一次性过滤器(Whatman)过滤,并注入GPC中。可使用Polymer Laboratories的聚苯乙烯标样建立分子量校准曲线。

Claims (20)
1.一种口腔护理装置或组件,其包含:
增材制造的热塑性聚氨酯组合物,其衍生自(a)包括芳族二异氰酸酯的多异氰酸酯组分;(b)扩链剂组分;和任选地,(c)多元醇组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述扩链剂组分包括1,6-己二醇(HDO),1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述芳族二异氰酸酯包括MDI。
4.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述增材制造包括熔融沉积成型或选择性激光烧结。
5.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述热塑性聚氨酯是生物相容的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,还包含多元醇组分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中扩链剂与多元醇组分的摩尔比大于25.0。
8.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述多元醇组分的数均分子量为至少650。
9.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述多元醇组分包括聚醚多元醇,所述聚醚多元醇包括PTMEG,环氧乙烷封端的环氧丙烷或其组合中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述多元醇组分包括聚酯多元醇,所述聚酯多元醇包括聚己内酯。
11.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述扩链剂组分为所述组合物总重量的25重量%至35重量%。
12.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述多异氰酸酯组分还包括TDI,IPDI,LDI,BDI,PDI,CHDI,TODI,NDI,HXDI或其任何组合。
13.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中扩链剂组分包括HDO/CHDM,多元醇组分包括聚(四亚甲基醚二醇)。
14.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述热塑性聚氨酯还包含一种或多种着色剂,抗氧化剂(包括酚类,亚磷酸酯,硫酯和/或胺),辐射遮蔽剂,稳定剂,润滑剂,抑制剂,水解稳定剂,光稳定剂,受阻胺光稳定剂,苯并三唑UV吸收剂,热稳定剂,防止变色的稳定剂,染料,颜料,增强剂或其任何组合。
15.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述口腔护理装置或组件包括牙齿矫正器,牙齿保持器或正畸装置中的一种或多种。
16.根据权利要求15所述的口腔护理装置或组件,其中所述口腔护理装置或组件针对患者个性化。
17.一种直接制造三维口腔护理装置或组件的方法,其包括步骤:(I)操作用于固体自由形式制造物体的系统;
其中所述系统包括固体自由形式制造装置,其操作由建筑材料形成三维或护理或医疗装置或组件,所述建筑材料包含衍生自(a)包括芳族二异氰酸酯的多异氰酸酯组分,(b)扩链剂组分,和(c)任选的多元醇组分的热塑性聚氨酯。
18.一种直接形成的口腔护理装置或组件,其包含:
选择性沉积的热塑性聚氨酯组合物,其衍生自(a)芳族二异氰酸酯组分,(b)扩链剂组分,和(c)任选的聚醚或聚酯多元醇组分。
19.一种医疗装置或组件,其包含:
增材制造的热塑性聚氨酯组合物,其衍生自(a)包括芳族二异氰酸酯的多异氰酸酯组分;(b)扩链剂组分;和任选地,(c)多元醇组分。
20.根据权利要求19所述的医疗装置或组件,其中所述医疗装置或组件包括夹板,外部支撑支架或整形外科装置中的一种或多种。
