The humidifier and the split air conditioner according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, the terms "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "front," "rear," and the like refer to an orientation or state relationship based on that shown in the drawings, merely for convenience of description and to simplify the description, rather than to indicate or imply that the mechanisms or components referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly stated and limited otherwise, the term "connected" should be interpreted broadly, and for example, it may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The top of the water tank 3 is provided with a first fixed shaft 16 and a second fixed shaft 17, the middle part of the first lever 8 is hinged with the first fixed shaft 16, one end of the first lever 8 is movably connected with the upper end of the first valve rod 6, the other end of the first lever 8 is suspended, the middle part of the second lever 9 is hinged with the second fixed shaft 17, one end of the second lever 9 is movably connected with the upper end of the second valve rod 7, and the other end of the second lever 9 is suspended.
The lower part of the pressing cover 10 is connected to the top of the water tank 3 in a vertically sliding way, and the upper part of the pressing cover 10 is pressed on one end of the first lever 8 which is suspended and one end of the second lever 9 which is suspended.
A locking structure is arranged between the gland 10 and the water tank 3, when the gland 10 slides downwards, the gland 10 can be locked by the locking structure, so that the lower part of the gland 10 cannot slide up and down relative to the water tank 3, and the first valve rod 6 and the second valve rod 7 are kept in an upwards lifted state.

The top cover 2 is provided with a downward convex pressing block 25, the lower end of the pressing block presses the second lever 9, and one suspended end of the second lever 9 is pressed down to the bottom, so that the second valve rod 7 is kept in an upward lifted state, and the second pressing block presses the second lever 9 between the pressing cover 10 and the second fixed shaft 17.
The middle part of first lever 8 is equipped with first shaft hole 26, first shaft hole 26 lower extreme opening, and first fixed axle 16 can enter into in the first shaft hole 26 from the lower extreme opening part in first shaft hole 26, and first lever 8 one end is equipped with first spout 27, and first valve rod 6 upper end is equipped with head rod 28, and head rod 28 slidable is located first spout 27, and the one end opening in first shaft hole 26 is kept away from to first spout 27, and head rod 28 can enter into in the first spout 27 from the one end opening part in first spout 27.
The middle part of second lever 9 is equipped with second shaft hole 29, and second shaft hole 29 lower extreme opening, second fixed axle 17 can follow the lower extreme opening part of second shaft hole 29 and enter into second shaft hole 29 in, and second lever 9 one end is equipped with second spout 30, and second valve rod 7 upper end is equipped with second connecting rod 31, and second connecting rod 31 slidably is located second spout 30, and second spout 30 is kept away from the one end opening of second shaft hole 29, and second connecting rod 31 can follow the one end opening part of second spout 30 and enter into second spout 30.
The lower end of the second connecting rod 31 is provided with an upper plane 32, the lower groove wall of the second chute 30 is provided with a lower plane 33, and the upper plane 32 is attached to the lower plane 33 when the lower end of the second valve rod 7 blocks the water outlet, i.e. when the second valve rod 7 is not lifted up.
A sealing device for sealing the through hole 15 is provided between the second valve stem 7 and the through hole 15.
The sealing device comprises a flexible sealing ring 34, the inner edge part of the flexible sealing ring 34 is in sealing connection with the second valve rod 7, the outer edge part of the flexible sealing ring 34 is in sealing connection with the surface of the water tank 3 at the outer edge of the opening at the upper end of the through hole 15, in the embodiment, an annular groove 35 is circumferentially arranged on the second valve rod 7, the inner edge part of the flexible sealing ring 34 is clamped in the annular groove 35 and is tightly attached to the groove wall of the annular groove 35, the outer edge part of the flexible sealing ring 34 is downwards pressed on the surface of the water tank 3 by a pressing ring 36, the pressing ring 36 is connected to the water tank 3, and the flexible sealing ring 34 is made of rubber or silica gel.
The top of the water tank 3 is provided with a water adding hole 65, a water adding cover 66 is detachably connected to the water adding hole 65, a detachable structure such as threaded connection, rotary buckle connection and the like can be adopted between the water adding cover 66 and the water adding hole 65, and a sealing ring can be arranged between the water adding cover 66 and the water adding hole 65 so as to realize the sealing of the water adding hole 65, so that air cannot enter the inner cavity of the water tank 3 from the water adding hole 65.
The lower end of the second valve rod 7 is provided with a drainage rod 37, the drainage rod 37 is inserted into the water outlet hole 13, and of course, the cross-sectional area of the drainage rod 37 is smaller than that of the water outlet hole 13, and the drainage rod 37 in the embodiment is cylindrical.
The first valve rod 6 is provided with a vertical first guide plate 38, the inner peripheral wall of the through hole 14 is provided with a vertical first guide groove 39, the first guide plate 38 is located in the first guide groove 39 in a vertically sliding manner, in this embodiment, two first guide grooves 39 are symmetrically arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the through hole 14, and two radial ends of the first guide plate 38 are respectively located in the two first guide grooves 39.
The second valve rod 7 is provided with a vertical second guide plate 40, the inner peripheral wall of the through hole 14 is provided with a vertical second guide groove 41, the second guide plate 40 is located in the second guide groove 41 in a vertically sliding manner, in this embodiment, two second guide grooves 41 are symmetrically arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the through hole 15, and two radial ends of the second guide plate 40 are respectively located in the two second guide grooves 41.
A first reset mechanism is arranged between the first valve rod 6 and the water tank 3, and when the first valve rod 6 is lifted upwards under the action of external force, the reset mechanism can reset the first valve rod 6 if the external force is removed.
The first reset mechanism comprises a first spring seat 42 and a first spring 43, a first installation cavity 44 with an opening at the upper end is arranged at the top of the water tank 3, the lower end of the first installation cavity 44 is communicated with the through hole 14, a plurality of first L-shaped buckles 45 are arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the lower part of the first spring seat 42, a plurality of first L-shaped buckling grooves 46 matched with the first L-shaped buckles 45 are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the first installation cavity 44, the lower part of the first spring seat 42 is detachably connected in the first installation cavity 44 through a rotary buckling structure of the first L-shaped buckles 45 and the first L-shaped buckling grooves 46, the upper part of the first spring seat 42 is pressed on the top of the water tank 3 and covers the first installation cavity 44, a first screw hole 47 is arranged at the upper part of the first spring seat 42, a first screw hole 48 is arranged at the position corresponding to the top of the water tank 3, the upper part of the first spring seat 42 and the top of the water tank 3 are fixed through first screws (not shown in the figure) so as to prevent the first spring seat 42 from rotating accidentally to be led out of the first installation cavity 44, a first support plate 6 is arranged on the first support plate 6, a first support plate 49 is pressed against the first support plate 42 and the first support plate 43 is in the first support plate 43, the first support plate 49 is pressed against the first support plate 43, the first support plate 43 is arranged on the upper end of the first support plate 43, and the first support plate 43 is pressed against the first support plate 43, and the first support plate 43 is outside on the first support plate 43 is pressed against the upper end of the first support plate 43, and is pressed against the first support plate on the upper end of the first support plate 4.
The first fixed shaft 16 in this embodiment is provided on the first spring seat 42, which can make the structure of the water tank 3 simpler and facilitate the design and manufacture of the water tank 3.
The lower extreme of first valve rod 6 is connected with first sealing member 50, and first sealing member 50 lower extreme compresses tightly on the working water tank 4 to seal the upper end opening of water drain hole 12, first sealing member 50 is made by rubber or silica gel, and first sealing member 50 is annular, and the middle part of first sealing member 50 tightly overlaps in first valve rod 6 lower extreme department, and forms sealedly with the periphery wall of first valve rod 6, and preferably, the periphery wall lower extreme of first valve rod 6 can be equipped with annular seal groove, and the inner edge portion card of first sealing member 50 is in annular seal groove department, and hugs closely with annular seal groove's cell wall, and the outside of first sealing member 50 is decurrent gradually downwards, so can make first sealing member 50 have better sealed effect.
The lower end of the first support plate 49 is pressed against the water tank 3 at the outer edge of the opening at the upper end of the through hole 14, and in this embodiment, the first support plate 49 is located in the first installation cavity 44, and the lower end of the first support plate 49 is pressed against the bottom surface of the first installation cavity 44 at the outer edge of the opening at the upper end of the through hole 14.
A second reset mechanism is arranged between the second valve rod 7 and the water tank 3, and when the second valve rod 7 is lifted upwards under the action of external force, the reset mechanism can reset the second valve rod 7 if the external force is removed.
The second reset mechanism comprises a second spring seat 51 and a second spring 52, a second installation cavity 53 with an opening at the upper end is arranged at the top of the water tank 3, the lower end of the second installation cavity 53 is communicated with the through hole 15, a plurality of second L-shaped buckles 54 are arranged on the peripheral wall of the lower part of the second spring seat 51, a plurality of second L-shaped buckling grooves 55 matched with the second L-shaped buckles 54 are arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the second installation cavity 53, the lower part of the second spring seat 51 is detachably connected in the second installation cavity 53 through a rotary buckling structure of the second L-shaped buckles 54 and the second L-shaped buckling grooves 55, the upper part of the second spring seat 51 is pressed at the top of the water tank 3 and covers the second installation cavity 53, a second screw hole 56 is arranged at the upper part of the second spring seat 51, the top of the water tank 3 is provided with a second threaded hole 57 corresponding to the second screw hole 56, the upper part of the second spring seat 51 is fixed with the top of the water tank 3 through a second screw (not shown in the figure) so as to prevent the second spring seat 51 from accidentally rotating to cause the second spring seat 51 to fall out of the second installation cavity 53, the second valve rod 7 is provided with a second supporting plate 58, the second spring seat 51 is annular, the second spring seat 51 and the second spring 52 are sleeved on the second valve rod 7, the upper end of the second valve rod 7 is exposed out of the second spring seat 51, the second spring 52 is tightly pressed between the second spring seat 51 and the second supporting plate 58, the upper end of the second spring 52 is propped against the second spring seat 51, and the lower end of the second spring 52 is propped against the second supporting plate 58.
The pressing ring 36 in this embodiment is disposed on the second spring seat 51 and is integrally formed with the second spring seat 51, the flexible sealing ring 34 and the pressing ring 36 are both disposed in the second mounting cavity 53, the annular groove 35 is disposed on the second supporting plate 58, and the lower end of the pressing ring 36 is pressed against the upper end of the outer edge portion of the flexible sealing ring 34, so that the lower end of the outer edge portion of the flexible sealing ring 34 is pressed against the bottom surface of the second mounting cavity 53.
The second fixing shaft 17 in the present embodiment is provided on the second spring seat 51, which enables the structure of the water tank 3 to be simpler, facilitating the design and manufacture of the water tank 3.
The lower extreme of second valve rod 7 is connected with second sealing member 59, second sealing member 59 lower extreme compresses tightly on the inner chamber bottom surface of water tank 3 to seal apopore 13 upper end opening, second sealing member 59 is made by rubber or silica gel, second sealing member 59 is annular, the middle part of second sealing member 59 tightly overlaps in second valve rod 7 lower extreme department, and forms sealedly with the periphery wall of second valve rod 7, preferably, the periphery wall lower extreme of second valve rod 7 can be equipped with annular seal groove, the inner edge card of second sealing member 59 is in annular seal groove department, and hug closely with annular seal groove's cell wall, the outside of second sealing member 59 gradually slopes downwards from inside to outside, so can make second sealing member 59 have better sealed effect.
The lower end of the second support plate 58 is pressed against the water tank 3 at the opening outer edge of the upper end of the through-hole 15, and in this embodiment, the second support plate 58 is located in the second installation cavity 53, and the lower end of the second support plate 58 is pressed against the bottom surface of the second installation cavity 53 at the opening outer edge of the upper end of the through-hole 15.
