一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂与制备方法,属于消毒剂的技术领域。本发明目的是针对目前大多数消毒剂不具有长效抑菌功能,气味刺鼻,氧化性强,对皮肤及其他作用表面产生破坏的问题。所述消毒剂是PEI(10%)、PHMB(20%)、青蒿油、植物精油、吐温80、食用酒精和去离子水制成的。本发明方法:将PEI(10%)和PHMB(20%)溶解于去离子水中,并加入青蒿油和植物精油,超声波震动1~5分钟;然后加入吐温80混匀,再加入95%食用酒精,超声波震动。本发明可在不降低杀菌消毒效果的同时减少消毒剂使用次数,减少资源浪费环境污染。本发明安全,无毒,无刺激性,长期使用细菌不产生抗药性并具有长效保护作用。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒剂的技术领域;具体涉及一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂与制备方法。
背景技术
医疗器械,生活和办公日用品等的杀菌消毒极为重要。
尽管目前现有的杀菌消毒产品非常多,然而多数产品采用化学的方法,常伴有有刺激气味,腐蚀性或是有残留等毒副作用,对人体健康造成一定的威胁。以含氯消毒剂为例,含氯消毒剂有廉价、高效等优点,广泛应用于饮用水消毒、环境消毒,医疗卫生消毒等领域,是目前国际上使用得最广泛的一类消毒剂。
然而含氯消毒剂具有以下缺点:次氯酸分子在水中分解释放出气体C12,气体C12不仅污染环境,而且还会引起流泪、咳嗽、刺激皮肤和粘膜,严重者引起中毒、窒息而死亡。当使用浓度较大时,人不宜在场。因此,含氯消毒剂一般不宜应用于室内空气消毒。有较强的刺激性,一般不宜应用于人体皮肤和粘膜消毒。因此一种安全、高效的消毒剂对保护环境,人类身体健康,具有重要的意义,社会效益深远。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对目前大多数消毒剂不具有长效抑菌功能,气味刺鼻,氧化性强,对皮肤及其他作用表面产生破坏的问题;而提供了一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂与制备方法。
本发明中一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂是由下述原料制成的:PEI(10%)(玻纤增强10% PEI 聚醚酰亚胺)、PHMB(20%)(聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐PHMB20%水溶液)、青蒿油、植物精油、吐温80、食用酒精和去离子水。
植物精油为尤加利精油、茶树精油、橘子精油、陈皮精油、玫瑰精油、柠檬草精油、薄荷精油、百里香精油、丁香精油、玉兰花精油、艾草精油、薰衣草精油、柠檬精油或绿茶精油。
以重量份数计,各原料的配比是:3份 ~6.4份 PEI(10%)、1.5份 ~3.6 份 PHMB(20%)、0.099份~0.186份青蒿油、1.21份~2.28份植物精油、0.02 份~0.35份吐温80、0.01份 ~68.5份95%食用酒精和309.17份~990.37份去离子水制成的。
本发明一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂的制备方法是按下步骤进行的:在 30~50℃, 500-700rpm条件下,将PEI(10%)和PHMB(20%)磁力搅拌10-12小时,然后充分溶解于去离子水中,再加入青蒿油和植物精油,超声波震动1~5分钟形成乳白色微胶溶液;然后加入吐温80,利用旋涡搅拌器令溶液混合均匀,再加入95%食用酒精,超声波震动1~3分钟形成稳定半透明溶液;即得到消毒剂。
本发明可在作用表面产生长效抑菌膜,抑菌效果对于不同细菌长达数周至数月不等,实验室条件下,长效抑菌膜形成三个月后对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的抑菌率仍可达到98%以上, 亦可对多重耐药细菌产生杀灭及抑制作用。本发明采用物理杀菌原理,经扫描电子显微镜证实,杀菌成分附着于细菌表面,阻断其新陈代谢导致细菌死亡,不易造成细菌产生耐药性。本配方具有多重灭菌效果,本发明中的杀菌协同剂可以快速杀灭附细菌,液体挥发后产生的抑菌膜具有与长效抑菌作用。本发明含植物精油,天然芳香,不含香精,安全无毒,无明显刺激性气味。根据所添加植物精油的不同,本配方还具有提神醒脑,安神助眠等功效。
本发明利用阳离子表面活性剂的广谱杀菌效果以及降低单体和水的表面张力的特性,将油性纯天然杀菌成分-植物精油溶解于去离子水中。并在在超声波作用下,形成稳定的纳米级微胶溶液,将植物精油包裹在高分子纳米外壳内。酒精可提高液体挥发速度。将消毒液喷涂于作用表面后,可快速杀灭治病细菌并形成抗菌膜,植物精油经由纳米外壳的空洞缓慢释放,产生长效抑菌的作用。酒精可视作用表面的不同添加或去除。
本发明针对家庭,办公场所,手机及其它电子产品等,在不降低杀菌效果的前提下减少消毒剂使用次数,减少资源浪费环境污染。本配方可用于手机平板电脑等电子设备以及生活和办公日用品表面,预防细菌传播,疾病交叉感染。

具体实施方式一:本实施方式一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂是由5.4ml PEI(10%)、2.5ml PHMB(20%)、0.125g青蒿油、2.28g尤加利精油、0.10ml吐温80、68 ml95%食用酒精和800ml去离子水制成的;具体是按下步骤进行的:
在30~50℃, 500-700rpm条件下将PEI(10%)和PHMB(20%)磁力搅拌12小时,然后充分溶解于去离子水中,再加入青蒿油和植物精油,超声波震动1~5分钟形成乳白色微胶溶液;然后加入吐温80,利用旋涡搅拌器令溶液混合均匀,再加入95%食用酒精,超声波震动1~3分钟形成稳定半透明溶液;即得到消毒剂。
本实施方式制备的消毒剂浸泡测试微生物悬浊液5分钟,然后将100μL的浸泡液涂抹于琼脂板上进行培养,测定其对绿脓杆菌(PA,ATCC15442标准菌株)、大肠杆菌(EC,ATCC35401标准菌株)、金黄葡萄球菌(SA,ATCC259231标准菌株)、白色念珠菌(CA,ATCC1023标准菌株)及黑曲霉菌(AN,ATCC16404标准菌株)的杀灭效果,测试细菌浓度为1×107~5×107CFU/mL,设置空白对照组。中和剂为0.3%的软磷脂和3%的吐温80的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)。结果发现,样品组的琼脂上无菌落出现,而对照组琼脂表面铺满微生物,说明受试微生物生长状况良好。结果表明上述抗微生物高分子消毒剂对上述微生物的效果好,浸泡5分钟达到99.99%的杀灭作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种长效抑菌含植物精油消毒剂,其特征在于植物精油为尤加利精油、茶树精油、橘子精油、陈皮精油、玫瑰精油、柠檬草精油、薄荷精油、百里香精油、丁香精油、玉兰花精油、艾草精油、薰衣草精油、柠檬精油或绿茶精油。
