Description

Synthetic refrigerator oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lubricating oil, and particularly relates to synthetic refrigerator oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The refrigerating machine oil is mainly used for lubricating parts needing to be lubricated in a refrigerating machine, and has close relation with the running performance and the service life of a compressor, so that the selection and the application of the refrigerating machine oil are very important. Unlike common lubricating oil, refrigerating machine oil and refrigerant are circulated continuously between the outlet of the compressor in the high temperature region and the evaporator in the low temperature region, and the range of working temperature is wide, so that the refrigerating machine oil is required to have good lubricating, sealing, cooling and corrosion preventing properties, and also required to have good solubility and adaptability with the refrigerant in the range from low temperature to high temperature.
Among hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants, HFC-134a, R407C, and R410A are generally used as refrigerants for automobile air conditioners, refrigerators, and indoor air conditioners. However, these hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants have a high global warming potential although the ozone destruction coefficient is zero, and are subject to increasing restrictions. Therefore, development of a refrigerant that can replace hydrofluorocarbons is urgent.
The difluoromethane refrigerant does not contain chlorine, has the characteristics of low global warming coefficient, high environmental protection and energy efficiency and the like, and gradually becomes a novel refrigerant. At present, refrigerating machine oils widely used in hydrofluorocarbon refrigerants are difficult to be compatible with difluoromethane.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the refrigerating machine oil composition provided by the invention has good oxidation stability, friction resistance and good compatibility with hydrocarbon refrigerants.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A synthetic refrigerator oil comprising a polyol ester and an additive: the additives comprise an antioxidant, an acid trapping agent, a defoaming agent and a copper corrosion inhibitor; wherein the content of the polyol ester is 90-99% of the total mass of the refrigerator oil; the content of the antioxidant is 0.1-2% of the total mass of the refrigerator oil; the content of the acid catching agent is 0.01-1% of the total mass of the refrigerator oil; the content of the defoaming agent is 0.01-1% of the total mass of the refrigerator oil; the content of the copper corrosion inhibitor is 0.1-2% of the total mass of the refrigerator oil.
The polyol ester is one or a combination of at least two of neopentyl glycol ester, pentaerythritol ester and dipentaerythritol ester.
The polyol ester is obtained by esterification reaction of polyol and fatty acid; the polyhydric alcohol is one or a combination of at least two of neopentyl glycol, pentaerythritol and dipentaerythritol, and the fatty acid is a fatty acid with 5-10 carbon atoms.
The antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
The acid trapping agent is tert-butyl phenyl glycidyl ether.
The defoaming agent is polyether modified silicone oil.
The copper corrosion inhibitor is benzotriazole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the refrigerating machine oil composition provided by the invention has good oxidation stability, friction resistance and good compatibility with hydrocarbon refrigerants.
Detailed description of the invention
The following embodiments further illustrate the present invention in detail.
Example one
A synthetic refrigerator oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the additive comprises 0.5 percent of antioxidant, 1 percent of acid catcher, 0.1 percent of defoaming agent, 0.5 percent of copper corrosion inhibitor and the balance of polyol ester. Wherein the polyol ester is obtained by esterification of pentaerythritol, isononanoic acid and n-heptanoic acid. The low-temperature two-layer separation temperature (10 percent of oil content) of the refrigerator oil and the difluoromethane is detected to be-29 ℃ and the pour point is-42 ℃.
Example two
A synthetic refrigerator oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: : the additive comprises 0.8 percent of antioxidant, 0.5 percent of acid catcher, 0.1 percent of defoaming agent, 0.5 percent of copper corrosion inhibitor and the balance of polyol ester. Wherein the polyol ester is obtained by esterification of neopentyl glycol, isooctanoic acid and valeric acid. The low-temperature two-layer separation temperature (10 percent of oil content) of the refrigerator oil and the difluoromethane is detected to be-31 ℃ and the pour point is-48 ℃.
EXAMPLE III
A synthetic refrigerator oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: : the additive comprises 0.5 percent of antioxidant, 0.5 percent of acid catcher, 0.5 percent of defoaming agent, 0.5 percent of copper corrosion inhibitor and the balance of polyol ester. Wherein the polyol ester is obtained by esterification reaction of neopentyl glycol, isononanoic acid and n-heptanoic acid. The low-temperature two-layer separation temperature (10 percent of oil content) of the refrigerator oil and the difluoromethane is detected to be-33 ℃ and the pour point is-45 ℃.
In summary, the refrigerating machine oil provided by the embodiment of the invention has good compatibility with the difluoromethane refrigerant, and the refrigerating machine oil has good lubricating oil and low-temperature fluidity.
