Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical endoscopic surgery auxiliary instruments, and particularly relates to a laparoscopic object taking bag, aiming at a resected tissue taking instrument used in a laparoscopic surgery process.
Background
Compared with the traditional operation, the laparoscopic surgery is popular with patients because the postoperative scar is small and meets the aesthetic requirement. Currently, most common surgical procedures, laparoscopic procedures, are accomplished. Such as appendectomy, gastric, duodenal ulcer perforation repair, hernia repair, colectomy, splenectomy, adrenalectomy, ovarian cyst removal, ectopic pregnancy, hysterectomy, hysteromyoma removal, etc., which can be employed in almost all surgical procedures with the increasing sophistication of laparoscopic techniques and the increasing level of laparoscopic surgeon procedures.
At present, large tissues cut off under a laparoscope, such as hysterectomy, hysteromyoma excision and excision of other neoplastic tissues, are usually taken out after being cut up or smashed, the time required for the cutting up process of the large tissues is long, a doctor needs to operate for many times to finish the cutting up process of the large tissues, liquid leakage is easy to generate in the operation process, the large tissues are not easy to clear, and the missing tissues and cells can cause metastasis and diffusion of tumor tissues in the in-vivo cutting up or smashing process of inaccurate malignant tumor tissues before operation, so that larger diseases are caused. There is therefore a need for an effective solution to the above-mentioned technical problems.
The invention relates to a laparoscopic fetching bag, which aims at solving the problem that the prior art does not have an instrument for effectively and reasonably cutting and fetching massive tissues during laparoscopic surgery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a laparoscopic fetching bag, which aims to solve the technical problems that a large piece of tissue cannot be effectively cut during laparoscopic surgery, the time consumption is long when the cut tissue is taken out and the like in the prior art.
A laparoscopic object taking bag comprises a bag body, wherein 2-4 bag openings are formed in the bag body, and the laparoscopic object taking bag is characterized in that two bag openings are formed in a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the bag body, elastic strapping rings are arranged beside the two bag openings formed in the straight line, and cutting knives for cutting up tissues are arranged on the inner wall of the bag body or in the bag body. When the surgical tissue cutting device is used, the bag body is sent to an operation position through the conveying device, the elastic strapping ring at the opening of the tissue taking bag is opened, the tissue taking bag is unfolded, the tissue to be cut is sleeved into the tissue taking bag after being cut, the strapping ring is then tied, and the tissue to be taken out is repeatedly loosened and tensioned by the inner cutting knife through the opening at the two sides.

Further, the cutting knife is an arc knife, 4-8 arc knives are arranged, the upper end of each arc knife is arranged around an annular structure, and the lower end of each arc knife is freely arranged. Further, the bag body is made of transparent and tough materials. The arrangement can effectively protect the bag body, reduce damage in the use process, and the transparent arrangement can facilitate the observation of the condition inside the object taking bag from the outside.
Further, the elastic strapping ring is arranged in the placement roll at the edge of the object taking bag, and the placement roll is provided with a notch. The notch is convenient to pull and bind the elastic binding ring.
Furthermore, an endoscope bag opening can be arranged at the upper part of the object taking bag, and the endoscope bag opening is smaller than two bag openings arranged on the same straight line.
The device has reasonable structure, can effectively and reasonably cut or chop larger tissue to be excised in the object taking bag in the body to achieve the effect of taking out the tissue in the lumen through the object taking bag, and can effectively prevent the omission of tissue fluid or fine tissue after the cutting or chopping work is completed in the object taking bag, thereby achieving the aim of preventing the risk of malignant tumor tissue diffusion caused by inaccurate pathological observation of the tissue.

Example 1A laparoscopic access bag
A laparoscopic object taking bag comprises a bag body 1, wherein two bag openings are formed in the bag body 1 and are arranged on a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the bag body 1, elastic strapping rings 12 are arranged beside the two bag openings arranged on the straight line, and a cutter 2 for cutting tissues is arranged on the inner wall of the bag body 1 or in the bag body 1. The inner wall of the bag body 1 is provided with a cutter placing structure 22, and the cutter 2 is arranged in the placing structure. This kind of setting can guarantee to put into alone cutting knife 2 after bag body 1 is put into, prevents effectively that cutting knife 2 from constituting the damage to bag body 1. The cutter placing structure 22 is longitudinally arranged along the object taking bag, the cutter placing structure 22 is a structure comprising a cutter opening 221, and the cutter 2 penetrates into the cutter placing structure 22 through the cutter opening 221. The longitudinally arranged structure can effectively ensure the cutting of larger tissues. The rear end of the cutter 2 is slightly enlarged, and the front end is in a blade 21 structure.
