技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
玉米锈病是玉米生产过程中的常见病害,随着玉米推广面积的逐年扩大以及连年种植,玉米锈病在中国玉米主产区已逐渐由次要病害上升为主要病害。该病属于气流传播病害,在中国南北方均可发生,近年来在中国多个玉米产区流行爆发,直接造成品质下降、产量降低,已对玉米生产构成严重的威胁。玉米锈病在全世界的发生为害类型包括有普通锈病、南方锈病、热带锈病及秆锈病等。玉米锈病主要为害玉米叶片和叶鞘,严重时也侵染茎干和苞叶,在植株上布满病斑,阻碍光合作用,造成品质下降,产量减少。
氟噻唑吡乙酮是杜邦公司研发的首个哌啶基噻唑异恶唑啉类杀菌剂,对卵菌纲病原菌具有独特的作用位点,通过对氧化固醇结合蛋白(OSBP)的抑制达到杀菌效果。其对病原菌具有预防、治疗和抑制产孢作用,杀菌剂抗性行动委员会(FRAC)将氟噻唑吡乙酮归类为U15组,是该组中唯一的化合物,因此它与现有杀菌剂无交互抗性。但FRAC同时指出,氟噻唑吡乙酮作用位点单一,具有中高水平抗性风险,需要进行抗性管理。
粉唑醇是一种具有保护和治疗作用的内吸性三唑类杀菌剂,可被根、茎、叶部吸收,并能很快地在植株体内向上传导,防治子囊菌、担子菌和半知菌引起的病害,特别是对小麦全蚀病、白粉病、锈病、根腐病、水稻恶菌病、香蕉叶斑病具有较好的防治效果。
施用化学药剂是防治植物病害的最为有效的手段。但长期连续高剂量地施用单一的化学杀菌剂,容易造成药剂的残留、环境污染以及耐抗药性真菌发展等问题。合理的化学杀菌剂复配或混配具有扩大杀菌谱,提高防治效果、延长施药适期、减少用药量、降低药害、减少残留、延缓真菌耐药性和抗药性的发生与发展等积极特点,杀菌剂复配是解决上述问题的最为有效的方法之一。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有显著增效作用的杀菌组合物,可用于玉米锈病的防治。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种含氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇的杀菌组合物,活性成分包含氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇,并且氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇的重量配比为1:40-40:1。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物中所述氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇的重量配比为1:5-10:1。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物中还包含农业上适宜的辅料。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物中所述氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇的重量百分含量为1-95%。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物中所述氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇的重量百分含量为25-75%。
本发明所述的辅料为润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、防霉剂、溶剂、崩解剂、填料等中的一种或几种。
本发明组合物可制备成乳油、微乳剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物可用于农作物病害的防治。优选可用于锈病的防治。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
该组合物在一定配比范围内表现出显著的增效作用,既提高了防病效果,降低了亩用药量及成本,又扩大了杀菌谱;由于该组合物中各活性成分不存在交互抗性的问题,所以,该组合物的应用可以达到延缓病原物抗药性的发生和发展,有助于延长该药剂的使用效果,降低抗药性产生几率;提高了安全性,混配对环境的影响将更低,更安全。

下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
制剂实施例
实施例1 30%悬浮剂
氟噻唑吡乙酮15%,粉唑醇15%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙7%,三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚3%,环氧化豆油1.5%,甘油1%,余量为水。
实施例2 24%可湿性粉剂
氟噻唑吡乙酮20%,粉唑醇4%,拉开粉8%,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物12%,滑石粉10%,余量为高岭土
实施例3 36%水分散粒剂
氟噻唑吡乙酮12%,粉唑醇24%,十二烷基硫酸钠8%,聚羧酸盐5%,尿素2%,聚乙二醇2.5%,可溶性淀粉3%,余量为高岭土。
生物测定实施例一:氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇复配对玉米锈病的毒力测定
试验材料:玉米锈病菌。
供试药剂:参见表1。
测定方法:采用盆栽法测定。选择两叶期长势一致的盆栽玉米苗供试验使用。取锈病孢子成熟的玉米叶片,加入含有表面活性剂的水中,用毛笔洗下孢子,经双层纱布过滤后,制备成孢子悬浮液,用接种喷雾器在玉米苗上均匀喷洒,将接种后的玉米苗放入人工气候室内培养,3d后采用药剂进行喷雾处理,7d后根据空白对照发病情况进行分级调查。根据各药剂浓度和对应的防效做回归分析,求出EC50值,依孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及共毒系数(CTC)。当CTC<80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC〉120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。毒力测定结果见表1。

表1的结果显示,氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇复配使用在一定配比范围内对玉米锈病具有显著的增效作用;当氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇配比为1:5-10:1时,表现增效作用。氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇在其它配比范围内表现为相加作用,没有出现拮抗作用。
田间药效实施例一:氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇复配对玉米锈病的田间防效
选取玉米锈病常年发病较重的地块。试验药剂及用量见表2,每处理4个小区重复。药前调查玉米锈病病情,于病情初期施药,药后7天调查玉米锈病病情指数并计算防效。
分级标准:1级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;3级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的6-10%;5级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的11-25%;7级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的26-50%;9级,病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。

由表2可知,当氟噻唑吡乙酮和粉唑醇复配使用时,对玉米锈病的防效显著提高,与单剂相比,具有显著的增效作用。田间观察表明对作物安全。

8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的杀菌组合物可用于农作物病害的防治。
9.根据权利要求8所述的杀菌组合物可用于锈病的防治。
