The invention relates to the field of air improvement equipment, in particular to fragrance expanding equipment and a fragrance box.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, more and more people participate in activities, however, if the air is not fresh in a plurality of activities such as hotels, people can easily feel tired, dysphoria and other unpleasant moods. In order to create a better environment, people began to add fragrance to the indoor air. At present, two types of equipment for perfuming air are mainly adopted, one type is to atomize essential oil by an air pump and a nozzle and add the essential oil into the air, and the other type is to add natural volatile perfume into the equipment so as to slowly volatilize the perfume into the air. However, for the former, the price of such perfuming devices is always high due to the high cost of the air pump, while for the latter, the perfuming effect can only be achieved by applying the perfume to a small space due to the natural volatilization of the perfume and the slow volatilization speed, thus limiting the application range of such devices.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention aims to provide a low-cost, effective fragrance diffusing device and a fragrance box used by the same.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the invention provides a fragrance expanding device which comprises a shell, a fan and fragrance storage cotton, wherein the fan and the Chu Xiang cotton are contained in the shell, the Chu Xiang cotton is provided with volatile perfume, the shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the fan drives air to enter the shell from the air inlet, passes through the fragrance storage cotton and is discharged from the air outlet.
Preferably, the housing comprises a body and a fragrance box, the body is detachably connected with the fragrance box, the fan is arranged in the body, the Chu Xiang cotton is arranged in the fragrance box, and an air circulation channel is formed between the body and the fragrance box.
Preferably, the air inlet is arranged on the body, and the air outlet is arranged on the fragrance box.
Preferably, the body includes body drain pan and body face-piece, body drain pan and body face-piece cooperate in order to form accommodation space, accomodate the circuit board in the accommodation space with the fan, seted up first vent on the body drain pan, the fragrant smell box includes fragrant smell box drain pan and fragrant smell box face-piece, fragrant smell box drain pan and fragrant smell box face-piece cooperate and hold fragrant cotton of storing therein, the second vent has been seted up on the fragrant smell box drain pan, the body drain pan with fragrant smell box drain pan cooperation is connected, just first vent and second vent are just to the intercommunication.
Preferably, a clamping groove is formed in the body bottom shell, and a buckle is arranged on the fragrance box bottom shell and detachably matched and connected with the clamping groove.
Preferably, the fan is an axial flow fan, an air outlet surface of the fan is opposite to the first ventilation opening, and the air inlet is also arranged on the bottom shell of the body.
Preferably, a positioning column is arranged on the inner surface of the fragrance box surface shell, a positioning hole is formed in the fragrance storage cotton, and the positioning column penetrates through the positioning hole to position the fragrance storage cotton.
Preferably, a plurality of support columns are arranged on the inner surface of the fragrance box surface shell, and the support columns support the Chu Xiang cotton, so that an air circulation channel is formed below the fragrance storage cotton.
Preferably, an air guide opening is further formed on the inner wall of the fragrance box surface shell, the air guide opening is communicated with the second air guide opening, the air outlet is formed on the side wall of the fragrance box surface shell, an air circulation channel surrounding the fragrance storage cotton is formed on the side of the fragrance storage cotton, and the air circulation channels below and on the side of the Chu Xiang cotton are communicated with the air guide opening and the air outlet.

Another aspect of the present invention provides a fragrance box for a fragrance diffusing device according to any one of the foregoing embodiments, where the fragrance box includes a fragrance box bottom case and a fragrance box surface case, the fragrance box bottom case and the fragrance box surface case are matched and hold fragrance storage cotton therein, a second air inlet for air intake is provided on the fragrance box bottom case, an air outlet is provided on the fragrance box surface case, and an air circulation channel is formed around the fragrance storage cotton, and the air circulation channel conducts the air guide inlet and the air outlet.
According to the fragrance expanding equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the volatilization of the perfume is accelerated by blowing through the fan, so that the fragrance expanding equipment has a better fragrance expanding effect and can be applied to a larger space. The fragrance-expanding device is simple in structure, and the cost of the fan is low, so that the overall cost of the fragrance-expanding device is low.

Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be understood more fully, the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to and integrated with the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "mounted," "one end," "the other end," and the like are used herein for illustrative purposes only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fragrance diffusing device, which includes a housing, a fan 14 and a fragrance storage cotton 22, wherein the fan 14 and the fragrance storage cotton 22 are all accommodated in the housing, the fragrance storage cotton 22 is provided with volatile fragrance therein, the housing is provided with an air inlet 164 and an air outlet 212, and the fan 14 drives air to enter the housing from the air inlet 164, passes through the fragrance storage cotton 22 and is discharged from the air outlet 212. That is, air enters the housing from the air inlet 164, is blown toward the fragrance storage cotton 22 by the fan 14, and the fragrance in the fragrance storage cotton 22 volatilizes and enters the air, and is discharged from the air outlet 212 along with the air, so that the air discharged from the fragrance-expanding device has fragrance. Preferably, the aroma-storage cotton 22 is absorbent cotton containing essential oils. Specifically, the essential oil absorbent cotton can be firstly dried and then is arranged in the shell of the fragrance expanding device. Compared with the traditional natural volatilization-based fragrance expanding device, the fragrance expanding device provided by the embodiment of the invention can accelerate the volatilization of the fragrance by blowing the air through the fan, so that the device can be applied to a larger space, and in a preferred embodiment, the volatilization speed of the fragrance can be controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the fan.
In a preferred embodiment, the housing comprises a body 10 and a fragrance box 20, the body 10 being detachably connected to the fragrance box 20, the fan 14 being disposed in the body 10, the fragrance storage cotton 22 being disposed in the fragrance box 20, an air flow passage being formed between the body 10 and the fragrance box 20. The fan 14 in the body 10 blows air into the fragrance box 20 and then discharges the air from the fragrance box 20. Since the body 10 and the fragrance cartridge 20 are detachably connected, the fragrance cartridge 20 can be replaced with a new one when the fragrance in the fragrance storage cotton 22 is volatilized or only a small amount.
In a further preferred embodiment, the air inlet 164 is provided on the body 10 and the air outlet 212 is provided on the fragrance cartridge 20. That is, the fan 14 in the body 10 blows air into the fragrance box 20 and then directly discharges from the air outlet 212 of the fragrance box 20. In other embodiments, the air outlet 212 may also be disposed on the body 10, and the air is discharged from the fragrance box 20, then re-enters the body 10, and then is discharged from the body 10 to the outside of the fragrance diffusing device.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the body 10 includes a body bottom shell 16 and a body surface shell 11, the body bottom shell 16 is substantially in a circular flat plate shape, the body surface shell 11 is substantially in a circular flat bowl shape, and the body bottom shell 16 and the body surface shell 11 cooperate to form a receiving space. Specifically, the body bottom shell 16 is fixedly connected to the opening of the body surface shell 11. The outer part of the body panel 11 may also be connected to a circular panel 12. The housing space houses therein the circuit board 13 and the fan 14, the fan 14 and the circuit board 13 can be fixed to the body case 11, and the fan 14 and the circuit board 13 are electrically connected. The circuit board 13 may further be provided with an LED lamp for displaying the state of the fragrance diffusing device, and light of the LED lamp is LED out through a light guide column 15 connected to the circuit board 13, so that the operating state of the fragrance diffusing device can be observed from the outside of the panel 12. The body bottom case 16 is provided with a first vent 161. The fragrance box 20 comprises a fragrance box bottom shell 23 and a fragrance box surface shell 21, wherein the fragrance box bottom shell 23 is in a round flat plate shape, the fragrance box surface shell 21 is in a round flat bowl shape, and the fragrance box bottom shell 23 and the fragrance box surface shell 21 are matched and accommodate fragrance storage cotton 22 therein. Specifically, the fragrance cartridge bottom shell 23 covers the opening of the fragrance cartridge face shell 21. The fragrance box bottom shell 23 is provided with a second vent 231. The body bottom shell 16 is cooperatively connected with the fragrance box bottom shell 23, and the first ventilation opening 161 and the second ventilation opening 231 are opposite to be communicated. The fan 14 blows air from the first vent 161 into the second vent 231 into the scent cartridge 20.
Further preferably, the body bottom shell 16 is provided with a clamping groove 162, the fragrance box bottom shell 23 is provided with a buckle 232, and the buckle 232 is detachably matched and connected with the clamping groove 162. In use, the fragrance cartridge bottom shell 23 is aligned with the body bottom shell 16, the buckle 232 is inserted into the slot 162, and then the fragrance cartridge bottom shell 23 is rotated to the point that the buckle 232 is blocked by the stop portion in the slot 162, so that the fragrance cartridge bottom shell 23 is connected to the body bottom shell 16.
In a preferred embodiment, the fan 14 is an axial fan, the air outlet surface of the fan 14 faces the first air vent 161, and the air inlet 164 is also disposed on the bottom casing 16. By this arrangement, the fan 14 can blow air directly against the first ventilation opening 161 and the second ventilation opening 231, the air flow speed is faster, and the fragrance spreading effect is better.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in a preferred embodiment, a positioning post 214 is disposed on the inner surface of the fragrance box surface shell 21, and a positioning hole is formed on the fragrance storage cotton 22, and the positioning post 214 passes through the positioning hole to position the fragrance storage cotton 22. This prevents the stored fragrance cotton 22 from moving within the fragrance cartridge 20.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the preferred embodiment, a plurality of support columns 213 are provided on the inner surface of the fragrance box surface case 21, and the plurality of support columns 213 support the fragrance storage cotton 22 such that an air circulation channel is formed under the fragrance storage cotton 22. By arranging the support columns 213, airflow can flow below the fragrance storage cotton 22, the diffusion area of the perfume is increased, and a better fragrance spreading effect is generated.
Referring to fig. 6, in a further preferred embodiment, an air guide opening 211 is further formed on the inner wall of the fragrance box surface shell 21, the air guide opening 211 is communicated with the second air opening 231, the air outlet 212 is disposed on the side wall of the fragrance box surface shell 21, an air circulation channel surrounding the fragrance storage cotton 22 is also formed on the side of the fragrance storage cotton 22, and the air circulation channels below and beside the fragrance storage cotton 22 are communicated with the air guide opening 211 and the air outlet 212. That is, a part of the air blown from the second air vent 231 reaches the air outlet 212 through the air flow channel below the fragrance storage cotton 22, and the other part reaches the air outlet 212 through the air flow channel surrounding the side of the fragrance storage cotton 22, so that the diffusion area of the fragrance is further increased to generate a better fragrance spreading effect.
According to the fragrance expanding equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the volatilization of the perfume is accelerated by blowing through the fan, so that the fragrance expanding equipment has a better fragrance expanding effect and can be applied to a larger space. The fragrance-expanding device is simple in structure, and the cost of the fan is low, so that the overall cost of the fragrance-expanding device is low.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
