Abstract
一种灵芝口服液及其配制方法，本产品选用灵芝、麦冬、天冬、枸杞、黄芪、黄精、丹参、地骨皮、杜仲、北豆根、茯苓，经混合粉碎，加含量为98%的乙醇脂脱，加含量为75%的乙醇杀菌，两次加入H2O经加热浸泡，过滤，往残渣内加含量50%的乙醇浸泡后加热，过滤，将滤液混合加入蜂蜜勾兑调味。本产品工艺及配方科学，是一种集营养与药效为一体的纯天然保健饮料。
Description
本发明涉及一种灵芝口服液及其配制方法，属保健饮料配制加工。
目前，市场上销售的灵芝饮料，主要是为增加营养和口感，内含添加剂，没有明显医疗保健效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种灵芝口服液及其配制方法，该产品配方及工艺科学合理，产品内含聚糖、锗、氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素和矿物质，是一种营养丰富，药效明显，不含添加剂的纯天然饮料。
本发明的目的可通过下列措施来达到：
本发明的配方包括灵芝、麦冬、天冬、枸杞、黄芪、黄精、丹参、地骨皮、杜仲、北豆根、猪苓及含量为95％、75％和50％的乙醇、H2O、蜂蜜，其中，灵芝与其它各中药材的重量比分别为100∶5～12、100∶5～15、100∶5～20、100∶6～12、100∶8～12、100∶3～9、100∶10～20、100∶8～12、100∶15～20、100∶10～30，三种乙醇分别与各中药材的总重量比为3∶1、2∶1、1∶1，两次加入H2O的重量分别与各中药材总重量比为3∶1～5∶1及2∶1～3∶1，蜂蜜适量。
本发明的配制方法包括备料、浸泡过滤、勾兑调味、检验灌装工艺步骤。首先按上述配方及各重量比备料，将各中药材混合粉碎过80目筛，加入含量为95％的乙醇存放30～60分钟后，离水脱脂，再喷洒含量为75％的乙醇闷放15～30分钟，然后加入H2O共同加热至95～100度维持2～4小时后，自然降温至45～65度维持1～2小时，过滤得滤液与残渣，取残渣加入H2O共同加热至95～100度维持1～2小时后，自然降温至40～45度维持1小时，过滤得滤液及残渣，取残渣加入含量为50％的乙醇浸1～2周后，共同加热至95～100度维持1小时，过滤，将所得滤液与上两次滤液混合，加入蜂蜜勾兑调味，最后检验灌装。
本发明原料易得，配方及工艺科学合理，产品营养丰富，药效明显，色泽纯正，口感好，具有抗衰老及抑制杀灭肿瘤细胞的作用，是一种集营养与药效为一体的纯天然保健饮料。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细描述：本实施例的产品配方包括：灵芝、麦冬、天冬、枸杞、黄芪、黄精、丹参、地骨皮、杜仲、北豆根、猪苓及含量为95％、75％和50％的乙醇、H2O、蜂蜜，其中，灵芝与其它各中药材的重量比分别为100∶6、100∶5、100∶15、100∶6、100∶9、100∶3、100∶15、100∶8、100∶16、100∶20，三种乙醇分别与各中药材的总重量比为3∶1、2∶1、1∶1，两次加入H2O的重量分别与各中药材的总重量比为4∶1、2∶1，蜂蜜适量。
本实施例的产品配制方法是按上述配方及各原料重量比备料，将各中药材混合粉碎过80目筛，加入含量为95％的乙醇存放30～60分钟后，离水脱脂，再喷洒含量为75％的乙醇闷放15～30分钟，然后加入H2O共同加热至95～100度维持2～4小时后，自然降温至45～65度维持1～2小时，过滤得滤液与残渣，取残渣加入H2O共同加热至95～100度维持1～2小时后，自然降溫至40～45度维持1小时，过滤得滤液及残渣，取残渣加入含量为50％的乙醇浸1～2周后，共同加热至95～100度维持1小时，过滤，将所滤液与上两次滤液混合，加入蜂蜜勾兑调味，最后检验灌装。
Claims (3)
1、一种灵芝口服液，由中药材、乙醇、水及蜂蜜配制而成，其特征是：
中药材包括灵芝、麦冬、天冬、枸杞、黄芪、黄精、丹参、地骨皮、杜仲、北豆根、猪苓，其中，灵芝与其它各中药材的重量比分别为100∶5～12、100∶5～15、100∶15～20、100∶6～12、100∶8～12、100∶3～9、100∶10～20、100∶8～12、100∶15～20、100∶10～30，乙醇包括含量为95％、75％及50％，三种乙醇分别与各中药材的总重量比为3∶1、2∶1、1∶1，第一次加入H2O及第二次加入H2O的重量分别与各中药材的总重量比为3∶1～5∶1及2∶1～3∶1，蜂蜜适量。
2、根据权利要求1所述的灵芝口服液，其特征是：灵芝与麦冬、天冬、枸杞、黄芪、黄精、丹参、地骨皮、杜仲、北豆根、猪芩的重量比分别为100∶6、100∶5、100∶15、100∶6、100∶9、100∶3、100∶15、100∶8、100∶16、100∶20，两次加H2O的重量分别与各中药材的总重量比为4∶1及2∶1。
3、一种按权利要求1所述的灵芝口服液的配制方法，包括备料、浸泡过滤、勾兑调味、检验灌装，其特征是：按权利要求1及2的配方及重量比备好各原料，将各中药材混合粉碎过80目筛，加入含量为95％的乙醇存放30～60分钟后，离水脱脂，再喷洒含量为75％的乙醇闷放15～30分钟，然后加入H2O共同加热至95～100度维持2～4小时后，自然降温至45～60度维持1～2小时，过滤得滤液与残渣，取残渣加入H2O共同加热至95～100度维持1～2小时后，自然降温至40～45度维持1小时，过滤得滤液及残渣，取残渣加入含量为50％的乙醇浸1～2周后，共同加热至95～100度维持1小时，过滤，将所得滤液与上两次滤液混合，加入蜂蜜勾兑调味，最后检验灌装。
