Abstract
本发明提供一种选择驻留小区的方法和装置,所述方法包括:终端设备根据配置信息对许可频段和免许可频段进行测量,所述配置信息包括信道信号质量测量信息和/或信道干扰水平测量信息,其中,所述信道质量测量信息包括参考信号接收功率RSRP参数和/或参考信号接收质量RSRQ参数,所述信道干扰水平测量信息包括接收信号强度指示RSSI参数;所述终端设备根据对所述许可频段和所述免许可频段进行测量的测量结果,确定驻留小区。由此,终端设备可以驻留在许可频段小区或免许可频段小区中,并能在许可频段与免许可频段之间获得最佳的接入性能。
