Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,主要包括如下步骤:步骤一:沉淀,在水池中用水冲洗,静置后,除去泥土等杂质;步骤二:洗涤,用去油溶剂对塑料进行清洗;步骤三:粉碎,将去除油污的塑料进行粉碎处理;步骤四:溶解;步骤五:回收,回收步骤四中的塑料颗粒物。优点:本发明通过多级处理,沉淀能够去除泥土等杂质,通过除油溶剂洗涤,出去油污等有机物,清洗后干燥处理,方便粉碎工作,将塑料粉碎后,能够大大提高其总的表面积,最后通过溶解剂溶解塑料颗粒再分离等操作,得到很细小的能够再次使用的颗粒。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料回收方法。
背景技术
在日常生活以及科研生产中,每天都会产生大量的废弃塑料,由于塑料为高分子材料,不容易降解,直接掩埋,不仅浪费宝贵的徒弟资源,而且对土壤有很大影响,燃烧处理同样会因为生成有害其他污染环境而已经禁止;因此如何环保的处理废弃塑料成为一个非常关键的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种塑料回收方法,能够更加环保的处理废弃塑料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,主要包括如下步骤:
步骤一:沉淀,在水池中用水冲洗,静置后,除去泥土等杂质;
步骤二:洗涤,用去油溶剂对塑料进行清洗,去除油污等有机物,然后用清水冲洗后再干燥处理;
步骤三:粉碎,将去除油污的塑料进行粉碎处理;
步骤四:溶解,将能够溶解塑料的溶解溶剂与粉碎后的塑料充分接触,且在相分离剂存在下,用非溶剂使溶解在该分解溶剂中的塑料沉淀,其中所述相分离剂与分解溶剂相容而与非溶剂不相容,而且当使塑料与溶剂接触式,所述相分离剂也存在,并能改善溶剂对塑料的溶解;
步骤五:回收,回收步骤四中的塑料颗粒物。
进一步的,所述去油溶剂采用丙酮、乙酸乙酯混合物。
进一步的,所述粉碎粒度控制在650-750目。
进一步的,所述步骤四中,在逐渐加入非溶剂的过程中使压力降低到大气压以下。
进一步的,所述塑料是PVC,溶剂是MEK,非溶剂是水,相分离剂是正己烷。
进一步的,根据方法:
1)使PVC与溶剂和相分离剂接触并使其溶解;
2)通过向生产的溶液中注入蒸汽使溶解在溶剂中的PVC沉淀,这使得溶剂和相分离剂通过蒸发除去,从而形成基本由水和PVC固体颗粒组成的剩余混合物;
3)回收该PVC颗粒。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明通过多级处理,沉淀能够去除泥土等杂质,通过除油溶剂洗涤,出去油污等有机物,清洗后干燥处理,方便粉碎工作,将塑料粉碎后,能够大大提高其总的表面积,最后通过溶解剂溶解塑料颗粒再分离等操作,得到很细小的能够再次使用的颗粒。

一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,主要包括如下步骤:

1.一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,主要包括如下步骤:
步骤一:沉淀,在水池中用水冲洗,静置后,除去泥土等杂质;
步骤二:洗涤,用去油溶剂对塑料进行清洗,去除油污等有机物,然后用清水冲洗后再干燥处理;
步骤三:粉碎,将去除油污的塑料进行粉碎处理;
步骤四:溶解,将能够溶解塑料的溶解溶剂与粉碎后的塑料充分接触,且在相分离剂存在下,用非溶剂使溶解在该分解溶剂中的塑料沉淀,其中所述相分离剂与分解溶剂相容而与非溶剂不相容,而且当使塑料与溶剂接触式,所述相分离剂也存在,并能改善溶剂对塑料的溶解;
步骤五:回收,回收步骤四中的塑料颗粒物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,所述去油溶剂采用丙酮、乙酸乙酯混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,所述粉碎粒度控制在650-750目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,所述步骤四中,在逐渐加入非溶剂的过程中使压力降低到大气压以下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,所述塑料是PVC,溶剂是MEK,非溶剂是水,相分离剂是正己烷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种塑料回收方法,其特征是,根据方法:
1)使PVC与溶剂和相分离剂接触并使其溶解;
2)通过向生产的溶液中注入蒸汽使溶解在溶剂中的PVC沉淀,这使得溶剂和相分离剂通过蒸发除去,从而形成基本由水和PVC固体颗粒组成的剩余混合物;
3)回收该PVC颗粒。
