选择长势、管理条件一致、地块大而整齐的小麦田作为试验田。便于监测引诱效果,将实施例1中制备好的诱芯置于盒型诱捕器上,放置盒型诱捕器中部与作物顶端平齐,为保证释放效果,每1mL的橡胶诱芯中置入100~1500μg食蚜蝇诱集组合物,诱捕器之间的平均间距在10m以上。每个处理设置3个重复,随机排列,以正己烷的橡胶载体为对照。设置后每两天调查诱集到的食蚜蝇数量,持续调查30天。试验结果如表1所示。A wheat field with consistent growth, consistent management conditions, and large and neat plots was selected as the experimental field.
