According to the scheme, after the air conditioning device acquires the color development color detected by the color sensor, the similarity between the color development color acquired currently and the color development color acquired last time is calculated, so that whether harmful gas is contained in the air flowing through the adsorbent is judged, whether the gas adsorbent fails is further judged, whether the gas adsorbent fails is detected autonomously by the air conditioning device, whether the gas adsorbent fails is judged without observing the color of the gas adsorbent by a user, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the hardware architecture, the embodiment of the failure detection method of the gas adsorbent is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of the method for detecting the failure of the gas adsorbent according to the present invention, which includes the steps of:
step S10, acquiring color developing agent color detected by a color sensor;
in the present invention, the air conditioning device is any equipment capable of performing a gas flow inside the device, such as an air cleaner, an air conditioner, and the like.
The gas adsorbent refers to an adsorbent capable of adsorbing harmful gases in the air, and the gas adsorbent can be zeolite, activated carbon, activated silicon or other substances with adsorption functions; the gas adsorbent is generally placed in an air flow path area such as an air inlet area, an evaporator area and the like in the air conditioning device, the gas adsorbent is installed in the air conditioning device in an installation mode, and the package of the gas adsorbent is packaged by non-woven fabrics, so that the adsorbent is waterproof and can adsorb harmful gas in the air through the non-woven fabrics.
In the invention, the color developing agent refers to a reagent which can react with harmful gases in the air in a color mode, and is generally placed at the position of an air outlet and used for detecting whether the air adsorbed by the gas adsorbent contains the harmful gases; in order to facilitate the color sensor to detect the color of the color developing agent, the color developing agent non-woven fabric package can be subjected to partial transparentization or complete transparentization treatment, and if the color developing agent is liquid, the color developing agent is placed in a colorless transparent detachable structure. Generally speaking, the content of harmful gases in the air is low, if the gas adsorbent does not fail, the harmful gases in the air flowing through the gas adsorbent can be absorbed by the adsorbent, so that no harmful gases exist in the air flowing through the air outlet, at the moment, the color developing agent does not change color, otherwise, if the adsorbent fails, the harmful gases in the air flowing through the air outlet contain the color developing agent, and at the moment, the color developing agent reacts with the harmful gases in color. It is believed that the gas sorbent fails when the color developer undergoes a color change.
The color sensor is arranged around the color developing agent and can detect the color of the color developing agent. In order to prevent dust from interfering the detection effect of the color sensor, the air conditioning device can wrap the color sensor to remove dust, so that the detection precision of the color sensor can be ensured, and the long-term use of the color sensor is facilitated. The color sensor may be an RGB color sensor, may be a color patch sensor, and may be any other suitable color sensor. The color sensor is started after the air conditioner adjusting system is started to operate, and can also be started at regular time. In this embodiment, the color sensor may be in an operating state all the time in the air conditioning apparatus, and may of course be turned on at a fixed time to detect the color of the developer; the timing duration may be any suitable value.
Step S20, calculating a first similarity between the color of the currently obtained color developing agent and the color of the color developing agent obtained last time;
in the present embodiment, the color sensor includes a photodiode and a color filter, and when the color sensor detects the color of the adsorbent, the color filter decomposes the measured color into RGB tricolor light (red light, green light, and blue light) and obtains a color value of the RGB tricolor light; then, the intensity of RGB tricolor light is detected through a photodiode, finally, the color value and the intensity value of the RGB tricolor light are converted into signals and transmitted to a controller of an air conditioning device, the controller restores the signals to obtain the color value and the intensity of the RGB tricolor light of the current gas adsorbent color, then the controller calls the failure color of the gas adsorbent to be compared with the current color of the gas adsorbent to calculate the color similarity of the failure color and the current color of the gas adsorbent, and the color similarity calculation method adopted by the controller can also be a color similarity calculation method of an RGB color space or a color similarity calculation method of an HSV color space.
In this embodiment, the color similarity is calculated by detecting the color of the color developing agent at present and the color developing agent detected last time, so as to determine whether the color of the color developing agent changes.
Step S30, when the first similarity is smaller than a first preset threshold, determining that the gas adsorbent is invalid;
when the similarity of the color developing agent color of the current detection calculated by the air conditioning device and the color developing agent color of the last detection is smaller than a first preset threshold value, at the moment, the air conditioning device can judge that the adsorption saturation or adsorption efficiency of the gas adsorbent is reduced, thereby judging that the gas adsorbent is invalid, so as to replace, then outputting warning information to remind a user to replace the gas adsorbent, the warning information can be displayed on a display screen of the air conditioning device, or the warning information can be voice, of course, the air conditioning device can be bound with a terminal of the user, when the gas adsorbent is invalid, the air conditioning device can transmit the warning information to the terminal of the user so as to remind the user to replace the gas adsorbent. The first preset threshold may be any suitable value.
It should be noted that, because the harmful gas components in the air are few, when the color developing agent and a small amount of harmful gas occur, the color of the color developing agent does not change obviously, so whether the color of the color developing agent changes is judged by adopting the color similarity, whether the air contains the harmful gas is judged, and whether the gas adsorbent fails is further judged, and by adopting the calculation method, whether the gas adsorbent fails can be accurately judged by the air conditioning device.
Among the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, after air conditioning equipment acquires the colour development colour that colour sensor detected, calculate the colour development colour that obtains at present and the colour development colour similarity of last time acquireing, thereby judge whether contain harmful gas in the air that colour development reagent detected the adsorbent of flowing through, and then judge whether gaseous adsorbent became invalid, whether the gaseous adsorbent that detects because of air conditioning equipment can be autonomic became invalid, thereby make the user need not observe the colour of gaseous adsorbent and go to interpret whether it became invalid, user's experience has been improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of a gas adsorbent according to the present invention, and based on the above embodiment, after step S10, the method further includes:
step S40, calculating a second similarity of the color developing agent and a preset color;
step S50, when the second similarity is smaller than a second preset threshold, executing the step of calculating the first similarity between the currently obtained color developing agent color and the color developing agent color obtained last time;
the color developing agent inevitably reacts with harmful gas in the air during the use process, and the color developing agent per se has a use time-lapse, so that when the color of the color developing agent does not change, the color developing agent may be disabled, and in order to eliminate the interference, the air conditioning device needs to judge whether the color developing agent is disabled before judging whether the color developing agent changes. In the air conditioning device, the color (preset color) when the color developing agent fails is contained, whether the color developing agent fails can be known only by calculating and comparing the detected color developing agent with the preset color, when the similarity between the detected color developing agent and the preset color is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the color developing agent can be determined to fail, at the moment, the color developing agent needs to be replaced, and then whether the gas adsorbent fails is judged; if the similarity between the color of the detected color developing agent and the preset color is smaller than the preset threshold value, the color developing agent can be determined to be not invalid, and at the moment, the judgment on whether the color developing agent changes in color can be carried out, so that whether the gas adsorbent is invalid or not can be judged. It should be noted that, when the second similarity is greater than or equal to the second preset threshold, it is determined that the color developing agent in the color developing agent is invalid, and the prompt information indicating that the color developing agent is invalid is output, and according to the prompt information, the step of calculating the first similarity between the color developing agent color obtained at present and the color developing agent color obtained last time is executed after the color developing agent is replaced.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, before judging whether the gas adsorbent fails, whether the color developing agent fails is firstly judged, so that the interference of the color developing agent failure on the judgment of the gas adsorbent failure is eliminated, and the accuracy of detecting the gas adsorbent failure by the air conditioning device is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of a gas adsorbent according to the present invention, and based on the second embodiment, before the step S40, the method further includes:
step S60, after the color of the color developing agent is obtained, determining the type of the color developing agent;
step S70, determining a corresponding preset color when the color developing agent fails according to the type of the color developing agent;
there are several types of color-developing agents, each of which is inconsistent in color when it fails. The air conditioning apparatus records colors when different types of color development fail. When the color developing agent is replaced, the air conditioning device prompts a user to input the type of the current color developing agent, when the color of the color developing agent is detected, the type of the color developing agent is searched according to the replacement record, and then the corresponding failure color (preset color) is extracted according to the searched color developing agent type.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, air conditioning equipment passes through the type of developer and confirms the corresponding colour of predetermineeing of developer for air conditioning equipment can be accurate detect the developer and whether lose efficacy, and then increased the reliability that the inefficacy of gaseous adsorbent detected.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of a gas adsorbent according to the present invention, wherein, before step S60, the method further includes:
step S80, after the color of the color developing agent is obtained, the service life of the color developing agent is obtained;
step S90, when the using time of the color developing agent is less than a first preset time, executing the step of determining the type of the color developing agent;
the preset duration of the color developing agent refers to the set available duration of the color developing agent; the use time of the color developing agent means the working time of the color developing agent. In order to facilitate the air conditioning device to acquire the service time of the color developing agent, the air conditioning device can set a program, the program can record the running time of the air conditioning device each time, meanwhile, the user is recorded to the replacement operation of the color developing agent, when the user is recorded to the replacement operation of the color developing agent, the program can clear the running time record of the air conditioning device before the program is emptied, when the air conditioning device runs each time, the program can automatically acquire the total running time of the air conditioning device after the color developing agent is replaced, and the total running time of the air conditioning device is the service time of the color developing agent.
It should be noted that, when the usage time of the developer is longer than or equal to the second preset time, it is determined that the developer in the developer is invalid, and a notice of the developer invalidation is output, and then the developer is replaced according to the notice, and step S60 is executed. That is, when the service life of the color developing agent is longer than or equal to the preset time, the color developing agent is directly replaced, and after the color developing agent is replaced, whether the gas adsorbent is invalid or not is judged.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, air conditioning equipment judges the developer whether to become invalid according to the length of time of use of developer to eliminated the developer and became invalid and judged the gaseous adsorbent failure interference, improved air conditioning equipment and detected the accuracy that gaseous adsorbent became invalid.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a fifth embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of a gas adsorbent according to the present invention, wherein based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments, before step S10, the method further includes:
step S100, acquiring the installation time of the gas adsorbent;
when the air conditioning device is not in operation, the gas adsorbent in the air conditioning device can slowly absorb harmful gas in the air, so that the air conditioning device can take the installation time of the gas adsorbent as one of the bases for judging whether the gas adsorbent fails or not.
The installation time period of the gas adsorbent means an interval time period between the current time point of the gas adsorbent and the time point when the air conditioning apparatus is replaced with the modified gas adsorbent. In order to facilitate recording of the installation time of the gas adsorbent, the air conditioning apparatus sets a program which needs to be started to record the replacement time point of the gas adsorbent at each replacement of the gas adsorbent, which is the current time, for example, 2016, 12, and 11.
Step S110, when the installation time of the gas adsorbent is longer than or equal to a second preset time, starting a color sensor;
the second preset time period refers to an interval time period from a time point at which the gas adsorbent is installed in the air conditioning apparatus to a time point at which the gas adsorbent is saturated by adsorption, and the second preset time period may be any suitable value.
Under the condition that the installation time of the gas adsorbent is short, at the moment, the gas adsorbent is not adsorbed and saturated, so that the air conditioning system does not need to start a color sensor to judge whether the gas adsorbent fails or not by detecting the color of the color developing agent, and does not need to start a program for detecting whether the gas adsorbent fails or not, the energy consumption of the air conditioning device is reduced, and meanwhile, the air conditioning device can detect whether the gas adsorbent fails or not more intelligently.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the air conditioning device determines whether to start the color sensor and the related program for detecting whether the gas adsorbent fails or not by comparing the installation time of the air conditioning device with the preset time through the installation time of the air conditioning device, so that the air conditioning device can judge whether the gas adsorbent fails or not more intelligently, and meanwhile, the energy consumption of the air conditioning device is reduced.
The present invention also provides an air conditioning apparatus including a color sensor, a gas adsorbent, a memory, a developer, a controller, and a failure detection program of the gas adsorbent stored on the memory and operable on the controller, the failure detection program of the gas adsorbent being executed by the controller to implement the steps of the failure detection method of the gas adsorbent according to the above embodiment.
The air conditioning device may be any device capable of gas flow within the device, such as an air purifier, air conditioner, or the like; the gas adsorbent is placed near an air flow path of the air conditioning device, such as an air inlet area and an evaporator area, the gas adsorbent is installed in the air conditioning device in an installation mode, and the package of the gas adsorbent is packaged by non-woven fabrics, so that the adsorbent is waterproof and can adsorb harmful gas in the air through the non-woven fabrics, and in addition, the low wind resistance is carried out on the placement area of the adsorbent. The color developing agent can be placed in an air outlet area or a lower air inlet area of the air conditioning device and is used for detecting harmful gas in the space adsorbed by the gas adsorbent. The color sensor is arranged around the color developing agent and can detect the color of the color developing agent. In order to prevent dust from interfering with the detection effect of the color sensor, the air conditioning device may be wrapped around the color sensor for dust removal, for example, a transparent dust cover is disposed on the color sensor; therefore, the detection precision of the color sensor can be ensured, and the long-term use of the color sensor is facilitated.
