Technical Field

Background
The electronic padlock is convenient and flexible to use and wide in application, and brings great convenience to life of people. The traditional electronic padlock generally comprises a motor, a limiting pin, a lock tongue, a torsion spring and other mechanisms, and the motor is used for driving the limiting pin to move, so that the lock tongue moves under the matching action of other internal elements such as the torsion spring and the like, and the unlocking and locking actions are realized.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides an electronic padlock including a lock body 100, a shackle 200, a driving mechanism 300, and a motor 400.
The lock body 100 is configured to provide an integral structure, and specifically, a housing of the lock body may be made of stainless steel, and an inner portion of the lock body may be made of zinc alloy, so that the lock body is solid and reliable. The shackle 200 is movably disposed on the lock body 100. The electronic padlock provided by the application comprises two states, namely a first state and a second state, wherein the first state is a locking state, and the second state is an unlocking state. In the first state, the shackle 200 is in a locked first position relative to the lock body 100, and in the second state, the shackle 200 is in an unlocked second position relative to the lock body 100. An actuator mechanism 300 is disposed within the lock body 100 for controlling the shackle 200 to transition between the first and second positions. The motor 400 is disposed in the lock body 100, and controls the latch hook 200 to switch between the first position and the second position by driving the transmission mechanism 300.
According to the electronic padlock, the transmission mechanism is arranged in the lock body, and the motor is used for driving the transmission mechanism, so that the transmission mechanism is small in moment, accurate in rotation angle, compact in structure and reliable in lock opening and closing action.
In one embodiment provided herein, the lock body 100 includes a first receiving opening 110 and a second receiving opening 120 for receiving the shackle 200.
In yet another embodiment provided by the present application, shackle 200 includes a shackle body and shackle arm 210. The shackle body includes a first shackle end 220 and a second shackle end 230. The second shackle end 230 is integrally connected to the shackle arm 210. The first shackle end 220 mates with the first receiving opening 110 in the lock body. In the first state, the first latch end 220 is inserted into the first receiving opening 110; in the second state, the first latch end 220 is disengaged from the first receiving opening 110.
In yet another embodiment provided by the present application, the latching hook arm 210 includes a latching hook lever 211, a latching hook sleeve 216, a retaining ring 217, and a reset 215. The reset member 215 is fixed in the latch hook cover 216 and elastically abuts against the latch hook lever 211. The latch rod 211 is mostly nested in the latch pocket 216 with one end exposed. The exposed end is sleeved with a limiting ring 217, and the limiting ring 217 is fixed on the latch rod 211. The latch rod 211 can move up and down in the latch sleeve 216, and the retainer ring 217 is used to limit the movement of the latch rod 211 within a limited range. The latch hook lever 211 is provided with a first groove 213, and the latch hook cover 216 is provided with a second groove 214 at a position corresponding to the latch hook lever 211. The latch bar 211 is fixedly connected to the second latch end 230 by an exposed end. The position of the clamping interface 301 corresponds to the position of the second groove 214, the shape is matched with that of the locking hook rod 211, and the size is matched with that of the first groove 213.
Referring to fig. 4, in yet another embodiment provided herein, a motor includes a motor output shaft 410. The motor output shaft 410 passes through the central hole 302 of the transmission mechanism 300 and is fixedly connected with the transmission mechanism 300, and the motor drives the motor output shaft 410 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission mechanism 300 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment provided by the present application, in the first state, i.e., the locked state, the locking section of the transmission mechanism 300 is snapped into the first recess 213 of the locking hook rod 211, the reset element 215 limits the locking hook 200 to the first position, and the first locking hook end 220 is inserted into the first receiving opening 110. When the lock is unlocked, that is, when the first state is converted into the second state, the motor drives the motor output shaft 410 to rotate, so as to drive the transmission mechanism 300 to rotate, so that the locking section rotates out of the first groove 213. The latch hook rod 211 is received into the card interface, and the piece 215 that resets with latch hook 200 automatic re-setting to the second position, and first latch hook end 220 breaks away from first receiving opening 110, and the electronic padlock converts to the second state, and the electronic padlock is opened.
In alternative embodiments provided herein, the transmission 300 may be an intermittent gear, a sheave, or the like that can accomplish the functions of the transmission 300 described previously.
Preferably, referring to fig. 6 and 7, in one embodiment provided herein, the drive mechanism 300 is an intermittent gear. The intermittent gear includes a driving gear 320 and a driven gear 310 engaged with the driving gear 320, and the driving gear 320 is fixedly connected to the motor through a motor output shaft 410. The driven gear 310 includes a first gear tooth 311, a first locking arc 312, a first snap interface 313 and a driving gear 320 accommodating arc, and the driving gear 320 includes a second gear tooth 321 and a second locking arc 322. The first gear teeth 311 are engaged with the second gear teeth 321, the accommodating arc of the driving wheel 320 includes two portions distributed on two sides of the first gear teeth 311, and the radius of the accommodating arc of the driving wheel 320 is matched with that of the driving gear 320. In a first state, i.e., a locked state, first locking arc 312 on driven gear 310 is engaged in first recess 213 on locking hook lever 211, and reset piece 215 restricts locking hook 200 to a first position, and first locking hook end 220 is inserted into first receiving opening 110. When the lock is unlocked, that is, when the first state is converted into the second state, the motor drives the motor output shaft 410 to rotate, and further drives the driving gear 320 to rotate, the driven gear 310 rotates along with the motor output shaft, and the rotating directions of the driven gear 310 and the driving gear 320 are opposite, so that the first locking arc 312 rotates out of the first groove 213. The shackle rod 211 is received into the first clamping interface 313, the reset piece 215 automatically resets the shackle 200 to the second position, the first shackle end 220 is separated from the first receiving opening 110, the electronic padlock is converted to the second state, and the electronic padlock is opened.
The electronic padlock of the invention adopts the transmission mechanism, such as intermittent gear, grooved pulley, etc., arranged in the lock body, and under the drive of the motor, the transmission mechanism has small moment, more accurate rotation angle, compact structure and more reliable unlocking and locking actions.

a lock body;
the lock hook is movably arranged on the lock body, and in a first state, the lock hook is in a locked first position relative to the lock body, and in a second state, the lock hook is in an unlocked second position relative to the lock body;
the transmission mechanism is arranged in the lock body and controls the lock hook to switch between the first position and the second position;
and the motor is arranged in the lock body and controls the lock hook to switch between the first position and the second position by driving the transmission mechanism.
2. Electronic padlock according to claim 1, characterized in that the shackle is provided with a first recess and a reset element to automatically reset the shackle to the second position in a free state.
3. The electronic padlock of claim 2, wherein the transmission mechanism is movably engaged at one end thereof with the first groove to restrain the reset member, and is connected at the other end thereof with the motor to be engaged with or disengaged from the first groove under the driving of the motor.
4. The electronic padlock of claim 2, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a card interface and a locking section;
in a first state, the locking section is clamped in the first groove, so that the reset piece is separated from a free state, and the lock hook is in a first position;
in a second state, the latch hook is accommodated into the clamping interface, so that the reset piece is in a free state, and the latch hook is automatically reset to the second position.
5. The electronic padlock of claim 1, wherein the lock body has a first receiving opening and a second receiving opening for receiving the shackle.
6. The electronic padlock of claim 2, wherein the shackle comprises:
a latch hook arm;
the lock hook body comprises a first lock hook end and a second lock hook end, and the second lock hook end is integrally connected with the lock hook arm.
7. The electronic padlock of claim 5 or 6, wherein the shackle arm is fixedly connected in the second receiving opening, and the first shackle end mates with the first receiving opening;
in a first state, the first latch end is inserted into the first receiving opening;
in the second state, the first lock hook end is separated from the first accommodating port.
8. The electronic padlock of claim 6, wherein the shackle arm comprises
A latch hook rod;
the hollow lock hook sleeve is sleeved on the lock hook rod;
the reset piece is positioned in the lock hook sleeve and elastically abutted against the lock hook rod;
the lock hook rod is provided with the first groove, and the lock hook sleeve is provided with a second groove corresponding to the shape position of the first groove;
