本发明公开一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器,由贫液罐与过滤器入口、出口以及连接管线阀门组成、过滤器设置有冲洗水接入管线,冲洗水接入管线通过泵阀结构与冲洗水罐连接并延伸到过滤器内部筛网顶部,过滤器设置有氮气接入管线,氮气接入管线通过泵阀结构与氮气储罐连接,过滤器内部设置筛网,所述筛网底部设置有压力计、过滤器底部导淋管线、导淋管线通过泵阀结构与贫液罐连接,过滤器底部设置有与废水池连接的废水管线及泵阀结构、过滤器内部在筛网顶部的冲洗管线上设置有喷淋孔。

Description

一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器
技术领域:本发明涉及工业脱硫领域,尤其是一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器。
背景技术:
因脱硫系统胺液携带焦粉较多,传统贫液过滤器虽然能过滤其中的焦粉,但因过滤器需频繁拆卸清洗、更换滤布及密封件,不但成本高且在拆卸清洗期间产生的异味及废渣会污染周围环境。因焦化干气及液化气含有大量焦粉,在进入脱硫系统与胺液混合后,其中大量焦粉经胺液洗涤后被胺液携带至再生系统中,极易导致脱硫再生系统堵塞塔盘、损坏机封严重影响装置的长周期运转,且大量焦粉存在胺液中易导致胺液发泡严重影响脱硫效果,需通过频繁加注或者更换新鲜胺液来保持脱硫效果,进一步提高了装置的成本。部分工艺采用安装滤袋式过滤器,从而减少系统中的焦粉等杂质含量,但因胺液内杂质较多,过滤器清洗及滤袋更换过于频繁,不但加大了操作工的工作量,更是对周围环境造成一定程度的污染。
发明内容:本发明目的提供一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器。
本发明是通过以下技术手段来实现的:一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器,由贫液罐与过滤器入口、出口以及连接管线阀门组成、过滤器设置有冲洗水接入管线,冲洗水接入管线通过泵阀结构与冲洗水罐连接并延伸到过滤器内部筛网顶部,过滤器设置有氮气接入管线,氮气接入管线通过泵阀结构与氮气储罐连接,过滤器内部设置筛网,所述筛网底部设置有压力计、过滤器底部导淋管线、导淋管线通过泵阀结构与贫液罐连接,过滤器底部设置有与废水池连接的废水管线及泵阀结构、过滤器内部在筛网顶部的冲洗管线上设置有喷淋孔。本发明有益效果:避免了周围环境污染的同时,更是降低了车间操作工清洗过滤器及更换滤袋的工作量及生产成本

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器,由贫液罐1与过滤器2入口、出口以及连接管线阀门组成、过滤器2设置有冲洗水接入管线,冲洗水接入管线通过泵阀结构与冲洗水罐3连接并延伸到过滤器3内部筛网5顶部,过滤器3设置有氮气接入管线,氮气接入管线通过泵阀结构与氮气储罐4连接,过滤器3内部设置筛网5,所述筛网5前端设置有压力计6、过滤器3底部导淋管线7、导淋管线7通过泵阀结构与贫液罐1连接,过滤器3底部设置有与废水池8连接的废水管线及泵阀结构、过滤器3内部在筛网5顶部的冲洗管线上设置有喷淋孔9,在传统滤袋式过滤器的基础上进一步改进,将滤袋改为特种不锈钢筛网5,当筛网5前压力6达到一定程度后,关闭过滤器3进口阀,利用氮气对过滤器3充压,将过滤器3内部分洁净贫液送至贫液罐1,利用底部导淋管线7进一步回收残存的部分贫液后,打开底部废水管线和反冲洗水管线上的阀门,利用新鲜水的压力进行冲洗和置换,将筛网5过滤下来的焦粉等杂质排至焦化车间的废水池8中。

1.一种反冲洗脱硫贫液过滤器,由贫液罐与过滤器入口、出口以及连接管线阀门组成、其特征是所述过滤器设置有冲洗水接入管线,所述冲洗水接入管线通过泵阀结构与冲洗水罐连接并延伸到过滤器内部筛网顶部,所述过滤器设置有氮气接入管线,氮气接入管线通过泵阀结构与氮气储罐连接,所述过滤器内部设置筛网,所述筛网底部设置有压力计、过滤器底部导淋管线、导淋管线通过泵阀结构与贫液罐连接,过滤器底部设置有与废水池连接的废水管线及泵阀结构、所述过滤器内部在筛网顶部的冲洗管线上设置有喷淋孔。
