本发明属于农药制剂技术领域,特别涉及一种哌虫啶的农药组合物及其制备方法,哌虫啶的农药组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:哌虫啶,3‑6%;稻丰散,5‑15%;瓜尔胶,4‑8%;溶剂,69‑88%;将瓜尔胶与哌虫啶、稻丰散按照一定比例组合,大大提高了组合物的稳定性,同时对提高农药药效有增效作用,对延缓哌虫啶的抗药性起到积极作用;哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述哌虫啶溶解于溶剂中,加热至35‑42℃加入,搅拌条件下,缓慢加入所述瓜尔胶,继续搅拌1‑2小时,加入所述稻丰散,搅拌2‑3小时后,制成所述哌虫啶的农药组合物;本方法工艺简单,条件温和,可降低成本。

技术领域
本发明属于农药制剂技术领域,特别涉及一种哌虫啶的农药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
哌虫啶为新型高效、广谱、低毒烟碱类杀虫剂,主要用于防治同翅目害虫,对稻飞虱有良好的防治效果;哌虫啶结构独特,其是与大多杀虫剂不同的顺式结构,而且与有与现有烟碱类杀虫剂不同,对环境、人、畜、害虫天敌及其它有益生物安全,尤其是改变了烟碱类杀虫剂对蜜蜂高毒的情况;害虫对其无抗性,属于环境友好的杀虫剂。
中国专利201410673375.4公开了一种含有哌虫啶的杀虫组合物,包括有效量的A组分和B组分,A组分是哌虫啶,B成分是稻丰散、溴虫腈中的一种或二种,用于防治水稻、蔬菜和果树的多种害虫;但该组合物不稳定,容易发生分解,不易长期保存。
发明内容
本发明解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种哌虫啶的农药组合物,包括以下质量分数的原料:
哌虫啶,3-6%;
稻丰散,5-15%;
瓜尔胶,4-8%;
溶剂,69-88%。
阳离子瓜尔胶是一种水溶性高分子聚合物,其化学名称为瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵;瓜尔胶一般用作头发及皮肤的调理剂、抗静电剂及增稠剂,适用于洗发香波、护发素或作为造纸助剂,提高纸页留着和滤水的同时能保持或提高纸页匀度;但在农药制剂领域尚未应用;将瓜尔胶与哌虫啶、稻丰散按照上述浓度组合,可大大提高组合物的稳定性,同时对提高农药药效有增效作用。
优选地,所述溶剂为水、乙二醇水溶液、丙二醇水溶液、丙三醇水溶液、聚乙二醇水溶液、异丙醇水溶液、尿素水溶液中任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述乙二醇水溶液、丙二醇水溶液、丙三醇水溶液、聚乙二醇水溶液、异丙醇水溶液、尿素水溶液的质量分数为18-22%。
优选地,所述哌虫啶的农药组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:
哌虫啶,5%;
稻丰散,10%;
瓜尔胶,5%;
质量分数为22%的乙二醇水溶液,80%。
哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述哌虫啶溶解于溶剂中,加热至35-42℃加入,搅拌条件下,缓慢加入所述瓜尔胶,继续搅拌1-2小时,加入所述稻丰散,搅拌2-3小时后,制成所述哌虫啶的农药组合物。
优选地,所述搅拌速度为60-70rpm。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下,
本发明的哌虫啶的农药组合物将瓜尔胶与哌虫啶、稻丰散按照一定比例组合,大大提高了组合物的稳定性,药效时间长;同时对提高农药药效有增效作用,对延缓哌虫啶的抗药性起到积极作用;
本发明的哌虫啶农药组合物的制备方法,工艺简单,条件温和,降低成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种哌虫啶的农药组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:
哌虫啶,3份;
稻丰散,5份;
瓜尔胶,4份;
水,88份。
上述哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述哌虫啶溶解于水中,加热至35-42℃加入,搅拌速度为60-70rpm条件下,缓慢加入所述瓜尔胶,继续搅拌1-2小时,加入所述稻丰散,搅拌2-3小时后,制成所述哌虫啶的农药组合物。
实施例2:
同实施例1,仅将组合物的组成(质量份)修改为:
哌虫啶,6份;
稻丰散,15份;
瓜尔胶,8份;
质量分数为18%的丙三醇水溶液,69份。
实施例3:
同实施例1,仅将组合物的组成(质量份)修改为:
哌虫啶,5份;
稻丰散,10份;
瓜尔胶,5份;
质量分数为22%的乙二醇水溶液,80份。
对比例1:
同实施例3,不加入瓜尔胶,将组合物的组成(质量份)修改为:
哌虫啶,5份;
稻丰散,10份;
质量分数为22份的乙二醇水溶液,85份。
对比例2:
本发明哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备方法中,各组分的加入顺序,影响最终制成的农药组合物的稳定性。
配方同实施例3,将哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备步骤修改为:将所述哌虫啶溶解于水中,加热至35-42℃加入,搅拌条件下,加入所述稻丰散,继续搅拌1-2小时,缓慢加入所述瓜尔胶,搅拌2-3小时后,制成所述哌虫啶的农药组合物。
实施例4:
将实施例3,对比例1-2制备的哌虫啶的农药组合物,用于稳定性检测:将哌虫啶的农药组合物放入密闭容器中,45℃加热21天后,用高效液相色谱检测哌虫啶、稻丰散的浓度,计算分解率:
分解率=[(C哌虫啶+C稻丰散)初始浓度-(C哌虫啶+C稻丰散)21天后]/(C哌虫啶+C稻丰散)初始浓度
实施例3的分解率:1.3%;
对比例1的分解率:41.1%;
对比例2的分解率:34.6%;
实施例5:
对褐飞虱的防治试验
试验于2017年7月在江苏盐城市郊区水稻田进行,试验采用背负式喷雾器进行全田喷雾的方法,选取水稻发育一致,飞虱分布均匀的田块,均匀喷雾并对虫口基数进行计数,于药后1天、7天和15天检查活虫数:

g.ai/ha是每公顷有效成分用量,实施例1-3制得的组合物药后15天仍然具有较高的防效,说明瓜尔胶对组合物的药效具有显著的增效作用。
需要说明的是上述实施例仅仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并没有用来限定本发明的保护范围,在上述基础上做出的等同替换或者替代均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种哌虫啶的农药组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的原料:
哌虫啶,3-6%;
稻丰散,5-15%;
瓜尔胶,4-8%;
溶剂,69-88%。
2.如权利要求1所述的哌虫啶的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水、乙二醇水溶液、丙二醇水溶液、丙三醇水溶液、聚乙二醇水溶液、异丙醇水溶液、尿素水溶液中任意一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的哌虫啶的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述乙二醇水溶液、丙二醇水溶液、丙三醇水溶液、聚乙二醇水溶液、异丙醇水溶液、尿素水溶液的质量分数为18-22%。
4.如权利要求1所述的哌虫啶的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述哌虫啶的农药组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:
哌虫啶,5%;
稻丰散,10%;
瓜尔胶,5%;
质量分数为22%的乙二醇水溶液,80%。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将所述哌虫啶溶解于溶剂中,加热至35-42℃加入,搅拌条件下,缓慢加入所述瓜尔胶,继续搅拌1-2小时,加入所述稻丰散,搅拌2-3小时后,制成所述哌虫啶的农药组合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的哌虫啶的农药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌速度为60-70rpm。
