背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视容颜外观的美丽,而皮肤问题也一直是最为关注的。市售的乳化产品(如乳液/膏霜)都含有乳化剂,乳化剂大多肤感粘腻,给使用者带来不良的肤感体验;而且乳化剂都是表面活性剂,都有一定的刺激性,长期使用添加乳化剂的驻留产品容易造成皮肤问题;市售的乳液和膏霜大都不具有提亮的效果,且市售的乳化产品在生产时大都需要加热,能耗较高。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,包含以下重量份的成分:去离子水70~80份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.5~0.7份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2~0.4份、着色剂2~4份、保湿剂3~5份,其中,所述着色剂为合成氟金云母和二氧化钛的混合物。
本发明化妆品,利用经过山嵛基疏水改性的丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(Aristoflex HMB),配合聚丙烯酸钠(COVACRYL MV60)形成的慕丝质感,两种增稠剂的科学搭配,不用乳化剂也能制造均匀稳定的乳化产品,避免乳化剂带来粘腻肤感的同时也有效降低了产品的刺激性;该体系可以乳化稳定高达40%的不同油份,带来清爽、水润、丝绒般的肤感和高贵的慕丝质感,还能稳定色粉、云母粉和固体颗粒;同时添加含有丝光的合成云母颗粒的着色剂,闪亮的慕丝质感,外观靓丽、肤感清润。
优选地,所述丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物与聚丙烯酸钠的重量比为:丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物:聚丙烯酸钠=2:1。上述重量比的Aristoflex HMB和COVACRYL MV60复配,具有更好的慕丝质感。
优选地,所述化妆品还包含以下重量份的润肤剂:异壬酸异壬酯9~11份、碳酸二乙基己酯4~6份、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷1~3份。

实施例2
本发明所述具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品的一种实施例,本实施例所述化妆品包含以下重量份的成分:
去离子水70份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(Aristoflex HMB)0.5份、聚丙烯酸钠(COVACRYL MV60)0.2份、着色剂(ChioneTMHD DigitalPink S430V)2份、保湿剂(1,3-丙二醇)3份、异壬酸异壬酯9份、碳酸二乙基己酯4份、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷1份、防腐剂(euxyl K350)0.5份、赋香剂0.1份。
实施例3
本发明所述具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品的一种实施例,本实施例所述化妆品包含以下重量份的成分:
去离子水80份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(Aristoflex HMB)0.7份、聚丙烯酸钠(COVACRYL MV60)0.4份、着色剂(ChioneTMHD DigitalPink S430V)4份、保湿剂(1,3-丙二醇)5份、异壬酸异壬酯11份、碳酸二乙基己酯6份、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷3份、防腐剂(euxyl K350)0.7份、赋香剂0.1份。
实施例4
慕丝质感效果验证
本实施例设置实验组1~3和对照组1~2,实验组1~3为本发明实施例1~3中制备得到的化妆品,对照组1中除不含Aristoflex HMB外,其余均与实施例1相同,对照组2除不含COVACRYL MV60外,其余均与实施例1相同。
慕丝质感效果验证方法:
1)受试物:实验组1~3和对照组1~2化妆品终产品。
2)受试者:共100人,男36人,女64人,年龄21~49岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准,随机分成5组,每组20人。
3)评估方法:将0.5g样品涂于黑色光滑卡片上,铺展在划定形状的区域内,目视法观察样品质地,然后以打分的方式对产品的慕斯质地进行评价(0~9分,分数越高,代表该产品的慕斯质地越明显),具体测试评分结果如表1所示:

从表1可以看出,对照组1和对照组2中只含有Aristoflex HMB、COVACRYL MV60中的一种,不具有较好的慕斯质地,实施例1~3中含有两种成分,具有较好的慕斯质地,其中实施例1中的慕斯质地最明显。
实施例5
产品稳定性测试方法:
1)受试物:化妆品终产品。
2)测试条件:常温/(48±1)℃/(-18±2)℃/太阳光
3)测试方法:将20g样品装入30mlPET瓶中,放置于测试条件环境中1周/2周/4周/8周,观察产品的状态,对其进行评价,评价标准如表2,测试结果如表3所示:

从表3可以看出,本发明化妆品具有较好的稳定性。
实施例6
提亮肤色效果验证
1)受试物:化妆品终产品。
2)受试者:共90人,男21人,女69人,年龄21~38岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准,随机分成3组,每组30人。
3)评估方法:取适量样品均匀涂抹于左脸上,与未涂抹样品的右脸对比,观察左脸是否具有明显提亮效果,计算有效提亮的比率(以提亮率表示):

从表4中可以看出,本发明化妆品具有较好的提亮肤色的效果,其中实施例1中的效果最好。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的成分:去离子水70~80份、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物Aristoflex HMB 0.5~0.7份、聚丙烯酸钠COVACRYL MV60 0.2~0.4份、着色剂2~4份、保湿剂3~5份,其中,所述着色剂为合成氟金云母和二氧化钛的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,所述丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物Aristoflex HMB与聚丙烯酸钠COVACRYL MV60的重量比为:丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物Aristoflex HMB:聚丙烯酸钠COVACRYL MV60=2:1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,所述化妆品还包含以下重量份的润肤剂:异壬酸异壬酯9~11份、碳酸二乙基己酯4~6份、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷1~3份。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,所述化妆品还包含以下重量份的润肤剂:异壬酸异壬酯10份、碳酸二乙基己酯5份、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷2份。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,所述着色剂为ChioneTMHD Digital Pink S430V。
6.如权利要求1、2或5所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,所述着色剂的重量份为3份。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为1,3-丙二醇。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有提亮效果、慕丝质感的化妆品,其特征在于,还包含0.5~0.7重量份的防腐剂,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯、乙基己基甘油、丙二醇的混合物。
9.一种如权利要求1~8任一项所述化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物AristoflexHMB、保湿剂、防腐剂和水混合均匀,得到的混合物作为A相;
(2)将聚丙烯酸钠COVACRYL MV60、着色剂、润肤剂和香精混合均匀,得到的混合物作为B相;
(3)将混合均匀的B相加入混合均匀的A相中,高速搅拌5min至完全均匀即可。
