The buffer plate 30 can make the inclined part 42 of the pressing piece 37 move back and forth in the slotted hole 49 in the process of moving back and forth, so that the grapple of the locking piece 50 rotates around the rotating shaft 35, and further the grabbing and unhooking actions of the goods shelf are realized.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a second embodiment of the traction device is shown, and the traction device is a bar gear traction device, which comprises a transmission gear set 64, the transmission gear set 64 is located at a middle position of one side of a traversing rail 65, a bar gear 67 is arranged on a transfer disc 66, and the transmission gear set 64 is located above the bar gear 67 and is meshed with the bar gear. The transmission gears comprise two driving wheels 60 meshed with the two driving wheels, the driving wheels are connected with a motor 63, and a second driven wheel 62 which is a picking position transmission gear is positioned at the upstream of the two transmission gears; downstream is a first driven wheel 61, which is a waiting gear. When the transfer disc is completely positioned at the picking position and is in butt joint with the track, the transmission gear of the picking position is meshed with the bar gear, and the transmission gear of the waiting position is not contacted with the bar gear; when the transfer disc is completely positioned at the waiting position and is in butt joint with the track, the waiting position transmission gear is meshed with the bar gear, and the picking position transmission gear is not contacted with the bar gear. This design ensures that the transfer trays can be reciprocated in the picking and waiting positions.
The buffer mechanism in this example comprises a buffer plate 68 on which a rubber wheel 69 is provided. The dampening plate is fixed by two support members 70 to a front seat 71 located behind the dampening plate. The front seat 71 is threaded on two axle posts 72, and the axle posts 72 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the front seat. The fixed end of the axle is fixed on a rear seat 73 located behind the front seat, the rear seat 73 is mounted on a side seat 74, and an inductor is arranged beside the rear seat for sensing the position of the front seat. A spring can be arranged on the axle post between the front seat and the rear seat for damping the buffer plate. In other embodiments, a shock absorbing cylinder may be provided between the rear seat and the front seat, the front seat being mounted on the cylinder shaft. In a third embodiment, an arch spring may be disposed between the front seat and the rear seat, two ends of the spring are fixed on the front seat or the rear seat, and the arch top faces the other seat body, and when the buffer plate is pressed by the shelf, the spring deforms, thereby playing a role in shock absorption.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
