Abstract
本发明提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品及其制备方法,设计纺织品制造技术领域。一种阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中,阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1~2。此阻燃锦纶纺织品的阻燃性能优异,且不易对金属产生腐蚀作用,具有较大的工业生产前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品制造技术领域,且特别涉及一种阻燃锦纶纺织品及其制备方法。
背景技术
锦纶,即聚酰胺(PA),是主链上含有酰胺基团(-NHCO-)的高分子化合物,是重要的工程树脂,居五大通用工程塑料(PA,PC, POM,PBT/PET,PPO)之首,在日常生活和工业领域的应用十分广泛。根据聚酰胺单元链节中含碳原子数目不同可分为PA6,PA11,PAl2,PA46,PA66,PA610,PA612,PAl010等。其中PA6,PA66 应用最广泛,产量最大。锦纶具有很高的力学强度,熔点高,耐磨,耐油和一般有机溶剂,耐热性能优良。由于在分子结构上带有酰胺基,因此具有良好的阻燃性。按照ASTM D635试验,氧指数24-28,属自熄性类型。但作为一种广泛应用的材料,锦纶大多面临比较苛刻的使用环境,如高湿度、高温度、高电压等。因此锦纶的阻燃性能在许多场合成为一个至关重要的因素,特别在电气用途,如接线柱、插座、开关等。
目前提高锦纶阻燃性的途径主要是添加阻燃剂,然而现有技术中,添加阻燃剂后的锦纶阻燃性能仍然较差,且在湿热状态下容易对金属产生腐蚀作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,此阻燃锦纶纺织品的阻燃性能优异,且不易对金属产生腐蚀作用,具有较大的工业生产前景。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,可以在保证制备的阻燃锦纶纺织品自身的阻燃性能的前提下,减少阻燃剂对金属的腐蚀。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提出一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,由锦纶浸泡于含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中制得,阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1~2。
本发明提出一种阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其包括:
将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中,阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1~2。
本发明实施例的一种阻燃锦纶纺织品及其制备方法的有益效果是:
提供的一种阻燃锦纶纺织品主要通过阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法制备得到,此方法将锦纶浸泡于含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中制得。锦纶浸泡于阻燃剂中,使得阻燃剂充分的进入锦纶的分子链中,从而赋予锦纶优异的阻燃性能。并且,此阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成。有机磷阻燃剂品种多、用途广泛,从阻燃效力看,达到同一阻燃指标,含磷阻燃剂比任何其它元素阻燃剂单独使用时所需的含量重量百分数都低;其次有机磷阻燃剂的很多品种还同时具有增塑、热稳定等作用,对提高高分子材料的综合性能有十分重要的作用,有些有机磷系阻燃剂还是膨胀型阻燃剂的主要活性组分。因此采用有机磷阻燃剂能赋予锦纶优异的阻燃性能。氮化合物具有低毒、不腐蚀、对热和紫外线稳定、阻燃效率好且价廉等优势,通过氮化合物的加入不仅能进一步地提高阻燃性能,还能赋予此阻燃锦纶纺织品一定的耐蚀性能。硼化合物是一类由硼和氢两种元素组成的化合物,硼化合物的阻燃剂为无机阻燃剂中的一类,无机阻燃剂具有毒性低、热稳定性好,不产生腐蚀性气体,不析出,发烟量小,有持久的阻燃效果等优点,同时是一类优异的抗氧化剂,具有热稳定,通过与有机磷衍生物以及氮化合物的合理配比能进一步抑制阻燃剂对金属的腐蚀作用。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面对本发明实施例的一种阻燃锦纶纺织品及其制备方法进行具体说明。
一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,由锦纶浸泡于含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中制得,阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为 6:3:1~2。
在本发明的实施例中,有机磷衍生物包括间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、对苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双酚A双二苯基磷酸酯、双酚S双二苯基磷酸酯以及双酚AP双二苯基磷酸酯中的至少一种。有机磷阻燃剂品种多、用途广泛,从阻燃效力看,达到同一阻燃指标,含磷阻燃剂比任何其它元素阻燃剂单独使用时所需的含量重量百分数都低;其次有机磷阻燃剂的很多品种还同时具有增塑、热稳定等作用,对提高高分子材料的综合性能有十分重要的作用,有些有机磷系阻燃剂还是膨胀型阻燃剂的主要活性组分。因此采用有机磷阻燃剂能赋予锦纶优异的阻燃性能。
具体地,间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯是高分子量有机磷阻燃剂,表观为清澈液体,它磷含量高,磷含量为10.8%。其具有适当的分子量,同时兼有蒸汽压低、迁移性小、耐久性好、毒性低、无色、无臭、耐水解的特点,具有高阻燃性、低添加量,对成品物性影响小的优点。它具有阻燃和增塑双重功能,可使阻燃剂完全实现无卤化、改善塑料成型中的流动加工性能和降低烧蚀,改善热老化性能,提高热变形温度,并可抑制燃烧后的残余物。
具体地,对苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯物理指标和化学性质同间苯二酚双二苯磷酸酯,由于对酚价格低,有渐渐取代间苯酚的趋势,但是对苯比间苯更加容易氧化,影响了产品的色度,反应的条件比较苛刻。它的外观为淡黄色透明液体,磷含量高,达到10.8%。阻燃性能好,对材料影响小,具有阻燃和增塑双重的功能。
具体地,双酚A双二苯基磷酸酯为无色或淡黄色液体,磷含量达到8.9%。BDP是一种低聚磷酸酯的高效阻燃剂,常用于工程塑料合金,例如PPO/HIPS与PC/ABS的合金;也可广泛用于PVC、纤维素树脂、合成橡胶、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚苄醚、聚酯纤维,并且也是润滑油脂的阻燃剂、增稠剂、以及耐磨剂。具有优良的热稳定性和较低的挥发性,大大优于磷酸三苯酯和烷基苯基磷酸等传统阻燃剂。
具体地,双酚S双二苯基磷酸酯的分子量较前者相对都大,具有更好的耐挥发性;并且硫是一种很好的阻燃元素,很多主链中含硫的聚合物耐高温,硫元素的存在一步增强聚合物的成炭倾向,提高了阻燃剂的性能。BSDP外观为粘稠状液体,磷含量高达8.7%,具有不易挥发、耐水解、热稳定性好等特点,具有阻燃和增塑双重功能,阻燃效果优于RDP、BDP,可广泛应用于聚碳酸酯、人造纤维和聚烯烃的阻燃。
具体地,双酚AP双二苯基磷酸酯其分子中含有较多的苯环,增强了分子的刚性,提高化合物的耐热性和阻燃性能;同时由于芳香族化合物组成元素中C/H值相对比较大,成炭率一般都比较高,它们通过在材料表面形成相互连结的炭层来发挥阻燃效果。
在本发明的实施例中,氮化合物包括双氰胺、蜜胺以及胍盐中的至少一种。双氰胺、蜜胺以及胍盐受热时发生分解反应,具有吸热、降温和稀释等作用同时,还具有低毒、不腐蚀、对热和紫外线稳定、阻燃效率好且价廉等优势,通过氮化合物的加入不仅能进一步地提高阻燃性能,还能赋予此阻燃锦纶纺织品一定的耐蚀性能。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,氮化合物的种类可以根据需求进行选择,本发明不做限定。
在本发明的实施例中,硼化合物的阻燃剂为无机阻燃剂中的一类,无机阻燃剂具有毒性低、热稳定性好,不产生腐蚀性气体,不析出,发烟量小,有持久的阻燃效果等优点。在本发明的实施例中,硼化合物可以选自硼酸锌、硼酸按、硼酸、硼砂以及偏硼酸钡中的至少一种。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,硼化合物的种类可以根据需求进行选择,本发明不做限定。
在本发明的实施例中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的15~24 份的阻燃剂、0.1~1份的助剂以及水,作为优选的方案,助剂包括重量比为1:1:1~2的抗氧化剂、增塑剂以及渗透剂。由于锦纶添加阻燃剂后,往往会导致其它使用性能下降,因此在添加阻燃剂的同时,添加抗氧化剂、增塑剂以及渗透剂能帮助锦纶恢复其各项性能指标。
具体地,由于阻燃锦纶纺织品在高温特定型条件下被氧化从而导致容易泛黄,因此加入抗氧化剂能有效地抑制阻燃锦纶纺织品变黄现象地发生。其中,抗氧化剂可以选自N,N’-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4- 羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯以及三[2,4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯中的任意一种。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,抗氧化剂的种类可以根据需求进行选择,本发明不做限定。
具体地,由于阻燃锦纶纺织品在浸泡过程中,加工性能会相应地被降低,因此加入增塑剂后能合理地改善阻燃锦纶纺织品的可塑性以及柔软性。同时降低脆性,改善其加工性能。其中,增塑剂可以选自戊二酸二癸酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯以及磷酸三辛酯中的任意一种。在本发明的其他实施例中,增塑剂的种类可以根据需求进行改变,本发明不做限定。
具体地,渗透剂是一类可以使得阻燃剂在锦纶中充分扩散的物质,帮助改善锦纶的阻燃性能。其中,渗透剂可以选自异丙醇、N- 癸基氮酮、N-异辛基吡咯烷酮、磷酸三戊酯、磺基甜菜碱、三乙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇乙醚以及二甲基异辛酰胺中的任意一种。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,渗透剂的种类可以根据需求进行选择,本发明不做限定。
进一步地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,阻燃锦纶纺织品还包括 0.1~0.6份的抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂。抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂是一类可以与金属周围能产生腐蚀性的气体发生反应的一类物质。抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂与腐蚀性气体发生反应后,使得金属不易发生腐蚀,进一步地保证了此阻燃锦纶纺织品不对金属产生腐蚀。
具体地,抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂可以选自氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙以及水滑石中的至少一种。氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙以及水滑石都可以与金属周围的酸性气体发生中和反应,从而保证金属的耐蚀性。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂的种类可以根据需求进行选择,本发明不做限定。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其包括:
将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中30~45min,阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1~2。
具体地,将锦纶浸泡在阻燃剂中,可以帮助阻燃剂充分的浸入锦纶中,从而赋予锦纶优良的阻燃性能。采用此种配比的阻燃剂,不仅能赋予锦纶优异的阻燃性能,还能减小对锦纶周围金属的腐蚀力度。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,将锦纶浸泡在阻燃剂溶液中的方式也可以用其他工艺方法进行替代,例如也可以通过将锦纶浸轧在阻燃剂溶液中,且工艺条件可以在压力为2kg、车速为15m/min的条件下二浸二轧,本发明不做限定。并且,在工艺流程中所具体采用的压力以及车速可以根据具体地需求进行相应地调整。
进一步地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,在浸泡前调节浸泡溶液的 pH至6.5~7.5。保证浸泡溶液的pH处于中性条件,能放置溶液的挥发物对锦纶周围金属的腐蚀作用,进一步地从根源减小腐蚀力度。
进一步地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,将经过浸泡后的锦纶进行脱水处理30~50s。经过脱水处理后的锦纶的含水量较小,从而保证阻燃锦纶纺织品与金属接触时,金属不易产生腐蚀。其中,脱水可以在脱水机中进行,脱水的具体时间可以根据需求进行调整,本发明不做限定。
进一步地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,将经过脱水处理后的锦纶在98~100℃的温度下烘干5~8min。在高温条件下进行烘干,一方面在高温条件下阻燃剂能充分进入锦纶的分子链中,并且不易析出,从而保证了阻燃锦纶纺织品良好的阻燃性能。另一方面,进行烘干能进一步地脱去多于的水分,减小金属发生腐蚀的可能性。烘干在烘燥机中进行的,烘干的时间可以根据不同的需求进行调整,本发明不做限定。
进一步地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,将烘干后的锦纶在 150~170℃的温度下焙烘至少10min。焙烘是指通过干热处理,促使阻燃剂固着的染整加工工艺。焙烘可以在焙烘机中进行,焙烘的温度与时间也可以根据需求进行相应地调整。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,焙烘也可以在布鲁克纳定型机中进行,并且控制其车速在 10m/min左右,本发明不做限定。
进一步地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,将焙烘后的锦纶进行水洗作业,水洗作业的浴比至少为1:20,水洗的时间为3~5min。
具体地,由于之前的烘干以及焙烘都是在高温条件下进行的,高温条件下,阻燃剂进入锦纶分子链中,在水洗过程中不会洗出,因此进行水洗作业能充分的洗掉粘附在锦纶上的多于的阻燃剂,进一步地避免对锦纶周围的金属产生腐蚀作用。
其中,浴比指锦纶与水洗作业的水的用量的比值。通过至少为1: 20的浴比洗涤3~5min,能充分的脱去表面多余的阻燃剂。其中,水洗可以在卷染机中采用4道冷流水冲洗。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,浴比以及洗涤的时间可以根据需求进行调整,本发明不做限定。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,通过以下方法制备而成:
将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中30min,阻燃剂通过间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌复配而成,且间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1。
其中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的的15份的阻燃剂、0.1 份的助剂以及水,助剂包括重量比为1:1:1的N,N’-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺、戊二酸二癸酯以及异丙醇。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例1提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
首先,在浸泡前调节浸泡溶液的pH至6.5。
其次,将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中35min,阻燃剂通过间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌复配而成,且间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1。
其中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的的20份的阻燃剂、0.5 份的助剂、0.1份的氢氧化镁以及水,助剂包括重量比为1:1:1.5的 N,N’-双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺、戊二酸二癸酯以及异丙醇。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例1提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
首先,在浸泡前调节浸泡溶液的pH至7。
其次,将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中40min,阻燃剂通过间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌复配而成,且间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:2。
其中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的的24份的阻燃剂、1份的助剂、0.3份的氢氧化镁以及水,助剂包括重量比为1:1:2的N,N’ -双-(3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基)己二胺、戊二酸二癸酯以及异丙醇。
然后,将经过浸泡后的锦纶进行脱水处理30s。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例1提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
首先,在浸泡前调节浸泡溶液的pH至7.5。
其次,将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中40min,阻燃剂通过间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌复配而成,且间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:2。
其中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的24份的阻燃剂、1份的助剂、0.3份的氢氧化铝以及水,助剂包括重量比为1:1:2的四[β-(3,5- 二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯及N- 异辛基吡咯烷酮。
然后,将经过浸泡后的锦纶进行脱水处理40s。
再然后,将经过脱水处理后的锦纶在98℃的温度下烘干5min。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例1提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
首先,在浸泡前调节浸泡溶液的pH至7。
其次,将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中40min,阻燃剂通过间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌复配而成,且间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:2。
其中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的的24份的阻燃剂、1份的助剂、0.3份的氢氧化铝以及水,助剂包括重量比为1:1:2的四[β- (3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯及 N-异辛基吡咯烷酮。
然后,将经过浸泡后的锦纶进行脱水处理50s。
再然后,将经过脱水处理后的锦纶在99℃的温度下烘干7min。
接着,将烘干后的锦纶在150℃的温度下焙烘10min。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例1提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
首先,在浸泡前调节浸泡溶液的pH至7。
其次,将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中40min,阻燃剂通过间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌复配而成,且间苯二酚双二苯基磷酸酯、双氰胺以及硼酸锌中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:2。
其中,浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的的24份的阻燃剂、1份的助剂、0.3份的氢氧化铝以及水,助剂包括重量比为1:1:2的四[β- (3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯及 N-异辛基吡咯烷酮。
然后,将经过浸泡后的锦纶进行脱水处理50s。
再然后,将经过脱水处理后的锦纶在100℃的温度下烘干8min。
接着,将烘干后的锦纶在160℃的温度下焙烘20min。
再接着,将焙烘后的锦纶进行水洗作业,水洗作业的浴比为1: 20,水洗的时间为3min。
实施例7
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例6提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
将烘干后的锦纶在170℃的温度下焙烘25min。
接着,将焙烘后的锦纶进行水洗作业,水洗作业的浴比为1:30,水洗的时间为4min。
实施例8
本实施例提供了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,与实施例6提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品的区别在于,此阻燃锦纶纺织品通过以下方法制备而成:
将烘干后的锦纶在170℃的温度下焙烘25min。
接着,将焙烘后的锦纶进行水洗作业,水洗作业的浴比为1:40,水洗的时间为5min。
对比例1
市售的锦纶。此锦纶的阻燃剂为磷氮复合型阻燃剂。
实验例1
将对比例1提供的市售的阻燃锦纶纺织品与实施例1至8提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品在相同的湿热条件下紧紧包裹大白扣和白铜拉链,并在40±2℃、湿度96~98%的条件下放置240h(参照GJB 150.9A-2009),观察并记录大白扣以及白铜拉链的腐蚀情况。记录的结果表1所示。

根据表1的结果可知,本发明的实施例提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品相较于对比例1提供的阻燃锦纶纺织品而言有优异的耐蚀性能,作用于金属之后,不容易造成此金属的腐蚀。

Claims (7)
1.一种阻燃锦纶纺织品,其特征在于,所述阻燃锦纶纺织品由锦纶浸泡于含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中制得,所述阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且所述有机磷衍生物、所述氮化合物以及所述硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1~2;
所述氮化合物包括双氰胺以及胍盐中的至少一种;
所述硼化合物为硼酸锌;
所述浸泡溶液包括按照重量份数计的15~24份的所述阻燃剂、0.1~1份的助剂以及水,所述助剂包括重量比为1:1:1~2的抗氧化剂、增塑剂以及渗透剂;
所述浸泡溶液还包括0.1~0.6份的抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂;
所述抗金属腐蚀低气味协效剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钙以及水滑石中的至少一种。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括:
将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中30~45min,所述阻燃剂通过有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成,且所述有机磷衍生物、所述氮化合物以及所述硼化合物中磷、氮、硼的质量比为6:3:1~2。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,在浸泡前调节所述浸泡溶液的pH至6.5~7.5。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,将经过浸泡后的所述锦纶进行脱水处理30~50s。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,将经过脱水处理后的所述锦纶在98~100℃的温度下烘干5~8min。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,将烘干后的所述锦纶在150~170℃的温度下焙烘至少10min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的阻燃锦纶纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于,将焙烘后的所述锦纶进行水洗作业,水洗作业的浴比至少为1:20,水洗的时间为3~5min。
