Abstract
一种基于牡丹籽的化妆品用油的生产方法,属于化妆品加工技术领域。本发明将牡丹籽通过干燥、粉碎至一定粒度;加入乙醇和乙酸乙酯微波辅助预处理后,以乙醇和乙酸乙酯为夹带剂进行超临界CO2萃取,压力为20~30MPa、温度45~50℃条件下萃取;接着在分离罐中在压力3MPa~6MPa、温度25~30℃下分离。经减压蒸馏回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯后,萃取油通过增溶后加入肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素复合抗氧化剂,得到抗氧化牡丹籽油。本发明提取速度快、提取率高,无溶剂残留,获得的高品质油水分活度低,具有抗氧化及营养细胞功能,保水性能和贮藏性俱佳,可用作于高档化妆品基质原料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品加工技术领域,涉及化妆品用油的生产方法。
背景技术
基本原理:牡丹籽约含油25-30%,牡丹籽油还有丰富的亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、花生烯酸、软脂酸和硬脂酸等,同时,还含有齐墩果酸、常春藤皂苷元、山奈酚、木犀草素、柯伊利素、芹菜素、反式葡根素、反式白藜芦醇、顺式葡根素、豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、和β-胡萝卜苷等多种生物活性成分,用于化妆品能使柔软润滑、营养皮肤细胞的作用。番茄红素能促使细胞的生长和再生,美容袪皱,维持皮肤健康,延缓衰老等功效,可大大改善皮肤过敏症,消除因皮肤过敏而引起的皮肤干燥和瘙痒感,令人感觉轻松愉快。肌肽可清除在氧化应激过程中使细胞膜的脂肪酸过度氧化而形成的活性氧自由基(ROS)以及α-β不饱和醛。可以防止肌肤的衰老及肌肤增白的作用,肌肽可防止游离基产生,修复皮肤损伤,具有营养细胞的功能。
微波处理的原理是利用高频电磁波穿透萃取介质,到达被萃取物料的内部,微波能迅速转化为热能而使细胞内部的温度快速上升。当细胞内部的压力超过细胞的承受能力时,细胞就会破裂,有效成分即从胞内流出,并在较低的温度下溶解于萃取介质。
超临界CO2流体萃取分离的原理是利用超临界流体的溶解能力与其密度的关系,即利用压力和温度对超临界流体溶解能力的影响而进行萃取。在超临界状态下,将超临界流体与待分离的物质接触,使其有选择性地把极性大小、沸点高低和分子量大小不同的成分依次萃取出来。当然,对应各压力范围所得到的萃取物不可能是单一的,但可以控制条件得到最佳比例的混合成分,然后借助减压、升温的方法使超临界流体变成普通气体,被萃取物质则完全或基本析出,从而达到分离提纯的目的,所以超临界CO2流体萃取过程是由萃取和分离过程组合而成的。超临界CO2流体萃取的最大优势是无溶剂残留,天然活性物质得到很好的保留。在本发明中,乙醇和乙酸乙酯在超临界CO2流体萃取过程中起夹带剂的作用,可以提高萃取效率。而不同于一般的有机溶剂,根据GB 2760-96规定乙醇和乙酸乙酯为允许使用的食用香料,用于化妆品更没有毒副作用。萃取之后于45-60℃条件下,高真空进行减压蒸馏可回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯得到产品。在该工艺条件下提取的油脂具有生物活性的同时,其抗氧化活性低,容易氧化变质。肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红具有非常好的抗氧化性能,三者同时存在时还具有协同作用,使抗氧化活性大大提高。但是肌肽和茶多酚均不溶于油脂,番茄红素不溶于水,不能将三者直接加入油脂中,通过研究发现将肌肽和茶多酚溶于水后,加入HLB值5-6的单甘脂和HLB值12-15的非离子型聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯的二元复合乳化剂可以促使番茄红素溶解,再加入油脂中形成油包水的微粒而均匀分散,效果很好,再用超声波震荡混匀得到具有抗氧化活性高生物活性的牡丹籽油,其含有丰富的营养物质,可用作化妆品的基质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于牡丹籽的化妆品用油的生产方法,用于生产化妆品的基质用油。通过微波辅助预处理后超临界CO2流体萃取牡丹籽油,添加肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素提高抗氧化活性,得到功能化的抗氧化生物活性牡丹籽油。
该方法通过将牡丹籽干燥、粉碎至一定粒度后;加入乙醇和乙酸乙酯微波辅助预处理,之后在一定工艺条件下采用超临界CO2流体萃取植物油及有效成分,减压蒸馏回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯后,再采用一定方法添加茶多酚等提高抗氧化活性,得到具有抗氧化活性高生物活性的牡丹籽油。该方法的主要优点是在该工艺条件下超临界CO2流体萃取所得的牡丹籽油,生物活性物质含量高,损失小。加入肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素后具有良好的抗氧化特性,用该方法生产的油脂可做化妆品的基质用油,含有大量生物活性及营养物质。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
本发明所述的一种基于牡丹籽的化妆品用油的生产方法,按如下步骤。
1)将牡丹籽通过干燥、粉碎至一定粒度。
2)乙醇和乙酸乙酯微波辅助预处理。
3)以乙醇和乙酸乙酯为夹带剂超临界CO2流体萃取。
4)减压蒸馏回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯。
5)加入肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素提高抗氧化特性。
所述微波辅助预处理,指用微波提取反应系统在2450MHz处理5-10分钟。
所述超临界CO2流体萃取,指萃取罐中压力为20~30MPa、温度45~50℃条件下萃取;分离罐中压力3MPa~5MPa、温度25~30℃下分离。
所述提高抗氧化性。指将肌肽和茶多酚溶于蒸馏水,加入HLB值5-6的单甘脂和HLB值12-15的非离子型聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯的二元复合乳化剂,加入番茄红素加热30-40℃,使之完全溶解,将上述溶液缓慢滴加入第4)步萃取所得的牡丹籽油中并快速搅拌,分散成均匀的单相油状液体,用超声波震荡混匀;肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素在油脂中总含量(质量比)不低于0.01%,得到功能化的抗氧化生物活性牡丹籽油。
其主要的原理步骤:1.将牡丹籽通过干燥、粉碎至一定粒度;2.乙醇和乙酸乙酯微波辅助预处理;3. 在一定工艺条件以乙醇和乙酸乙酯为夹带剂进行超临界CO2流体萃取。4.减压蒸馏回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯;5.加入肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素提高抗氧化特性。用该方法的主要优点是在该工艺条件下超临界CO2流体萃取所得的牡丹籽油,生物活性物质含量高,损失小,加入肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素后具有高抗氧化特性,提高储藏期,防止变质。该方法生产的油脂可做化妆品的基质用油,含有大量生物活性及营养物质。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种客观的具有抗氧化活性的高生物活性化妆品用油的生产方法。该方法可以客观有效地提取高活性牡丹籽油,相比于溶剂萃取具有无溶剂残留的特性,通过添加复合抗氧化剂具有高抗氧化活性,可以用于化妆品基质用油的生产。
具体实施方式
本发明将通过以下实施例作进一步说明。
实施例1。
1)将牡丹籽通过干燥、粉碎至30目过筛。
2)加入乙醇和乙酸乙酯浸没,用微波提取反应系统(如法国PROLABO公司的SOS-1100系列产品)在2450MHz处理5-10分钟。
3)然后将上述混合物用超临界CO2设备(如广州美晨300L型)萃取3h,萃取条件:萃取罐中压力为25MPa、温度45~50℃条件下萃取;分离罐中压力3MPa、温度25℃下分离。
4)第3)步得到的油脂化合物,在40-50℃抽真空,减压蒸馏回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯。
5)将提高抗氧化性。将肌肽和茶多酚溶于蒸馏水,加入HLB值5-6的单甘脂和HLB值12-15的非离子型聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯的二元复合乳化剂,加入番茄红素加热30-40℃,使之完全溶解,将上述溶液缓慢滴加入第3)步萃取所得的牡丹籽油中并快速搅拌,分散成均匀的单相油状液体,用超声波震荡混匀;肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素在油脂中总含量(质量比)不低于0.01%,得到功能化的抗氧化生物活性牡丹籽油。
实施例2。
1)将牡丹籽通过干燥、粉碎至30目过筛。
2)加入乙醇和乙酸乙酯浸没,用微波提取反应系统(如法国PROLABO公司的SOS-1100系列产品)在2450MHz处理8分钟。
3)然后将上述混合物用超临界CO2设备(如广州美晨300L型)萃取2h,萃取条件:萃取罐中压力为25MPa、温度45℃条件下萃取;分离罐中压力3MPa、温度25℃下分离。
4)第3)步得到的油脂化合物,在50℃抽真空,减压蒸馏回收乙醇和乙酸乙酯。
5)将提高抗氧化性。将肌肽和茶多酚溶于蒸馏水,加入HLB值5-6的单甘脂和HLB值12-15的非离子型聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯的二元复合乳化剂,加入番茄红素加热40℃,使之完全溶解,将上述溶液缓慢滴加入第4)步萃取所得的牡丹籽油中并快速搅拌,分散成均匀的单相油状液体,用超声波震荡混匀;肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素在油脂中总含量(质量比)不低于0.3%,得到功能化的抗氧化生物活性牡丹籽油。
Claims (1)
1.一种基于牡丹籽的化妆品用油的生产方法,其特征是按如下步骤:
1)将牡丹籽通过干燥、粉碎至一定粒度;
2)在粉碎的牡丹籽中加入适量的乙醇和乙酸乙酯,微波预处理3-10分钟,使细胞破壁;
3)将步骤(2)所得的混合物以乙醇和乙酸乙酯为夹带剂,用超临界CO2在萃取罐中以压力20~30MPa、温度45~50℃条件下萃取;接着在分离罐中以压力3MPa~4MPa、温度25~30℃下分离;
4)将步骤(3)得到油脂,在45-60℃,抽高真空进行减压蒸馏回收除去乙醇和乙酸乙酯,得到牡丹籽油;
5)将肌肽和茶多酚溶于蒸馏水,加入HLB值5-6的单甘脂和HLB值12-15的非离子型聚氧乙烯单月桂酸酯的二元复合乳化剂,加入番茄红素加热30-40℃,使之完全溶解,将上述溶液缓慢滴加入步骤(4)萃取所得的牡丹籽油中并快速搅拌,分散成均匀的单相油状液体,用超声波震荡混匀;肌肽、茶多酚和番茄红素在油脂中总含量的质量比不低于0.01%,得到功能化的抗氧化生物活性牡丹籽油。
