本发明属于发制品加工用助剂领域,特别涉及一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用。
背景技术:
假发产品在前期处理工艺中必须经过酸洗、氧漂、染发、定型、烘干等步骤,因此对头发表层的损伤比较严重,为了修复受损发质,提高假发产品的手感,常采用不同功效的后处理助剂对发制品进行浸渍处理,通过浸泡助剂作用使得头发表面形成一层助剂膜来赋予产品各种优良的性能,进而提高假发产品的质量档次和附加值。
目前,市售的假发后处理助剂品目繁多,功能各异,如专利CN 102268815A假发柔顺剂及其制备工艺以及对发制品进行整理的方法所提及的假发柔顺剂、专利CN103590256A人发纤维有机硅乳液硬挺剂所提及的硬挺剂、专利CN 103938441A人发假发滑爽剂及制备工艺以及对假发整理的方法中提及的人发假发滑爽剂、专利CN 101676472A离体人发环保增重生产工艺涉及的增重剂等,但各种助剂对假发性能的改善具有一定的局限性,甚至同一个助剂对不同的发质改善结果区别很大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低廉,使用过程简单,对人发化纤发制成的假发均具有良好效果的滑爽剂,它能够有效的修复假发制品在前期处理工艺中造成的损伤,赋予假发滑爽、柔顺、硬挺、抗静电的特点。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的:一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液,氨基硅油乳液,季铵盐,单硬脂酸甘油酯,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:季铵盐:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=6-18%:1-8%:2-14%:0.5-5%:0.5-5%:65-85%;所述二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为45-55%;所述氨基硅油乳液的固含量为50-60%;所述季铵盐为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵或十八烷基三甲基溴化铵;其应用方法是将待处理的人发或化纤发纤维浸泡在含滑爽剂的水中,其中,滑爽剂的用量为纤维质量的2-5%,浴比为1:8-15,浸泡温度为30-40℃,浸泡时间为15-25分钟;浸泡完后离心脱水,烘干。
由于采用了以上技术,本发明较好的实现其发明目的,本发明所提供的人发及化纤发加工用滑爽剂成本低,使用过程简单,能赋予假发滑爽、柔顺、硬挺、抗静电的特点。

由发明内容可知,一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液,氨基硅油乳液,季铵盐,单硬脂酸甘油酯,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=14.3%:3.2%:7.1%:0.5%:0.5%:74.4%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
一种利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发的整理方法,其应用方法为:将待处理的人发或化纤发纤维浸泡在含滑爽剂的水中,其中,滑爽剂的用量为纤维质量的2%,浴比为1:8,浸泡温度为40℃,浸泡时间为25分钟;浸泡完后离心脱水,烘干,所述假发材质为化纤发。

该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例1相同,所用假发材质与实施例1相同。
实施例4:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十八烷基三甲基溴化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=16.9%:1.6%:7.5%:1.3%:0.5%:72.2%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。各组分质量百分比如下:
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例1相同,所用假发材质与实施例1相同。
实施例5:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=15.4%:3.3%:1%:3.2%:0.5%:0.5%:76.1%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例1相同,所用假发材质与实施例1相同。
实施例6:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=16.2%:1.5%:12.8%:0.8%:1.2%:67.5%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例1相同,所用假发材质与实施例1相同。
实施例7:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=7.8%:8%:10.2%:1%:0.5%:72.5%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例1相同,所用假发材质为化纤曲发。
实施例8:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十八烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=11.3%:5.7%:5.8%:2%:1%:74.2%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的过程为:将待处理的人发或化纤发纤维浸泡在含滑爽剂的水中,其中,滑爽剂的用量为纤维质量的4%,浴比为1:12,浸泡温度为35℃,浸泡时间为20分钟;浸泡完后离心脱水,烘干,所用假发材质为中国发(真人发制成的假发)。
实施例9:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=13.3%:4.5%:5.8%:1.8%:3.2%:71.4%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例8相同,所用假发材质与实施例8相同。
实施例10:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十八烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=9.8%:6.9%:7.2%:5%:2.5%:68.6%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的过程为:将待处理的人发或化纤发纤维浸泡在含滑爽剂的水中,其中,滑爽剂的用量为纤维质量的5%,浴比为1:15,浸泡温度为30℃,浸泡时间为15分钟;浸泡完后离心脱水,烘干,所用假发材质为印度发(真人发制成的假发)。
实施例11:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十八烷基三甲基溴化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=16.8%:2.2%:3.4%:3.6%:5%:69%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例10相同,所用假发材质与实施例10相同。
实施例12:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十六烷基三甲基氯化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=10.5%:4.5%:8%:3.8%:5%:68.2%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例10相同,所用假发材质为缅甸发(真人发制成的假发)。
实施例13:
一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,它由二甲基硅油乳液、氨基硅油乳液、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、单硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:十八烷基三甲基溴化铵:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=11%:7.5%:4.6%:4.8%:3.6%:68.5%;其中,二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为53%,氨基硅油乳液的固含量为58%。
该实施例中,利用上述人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用对假发进行整理的方法和实施例10相同,所用假发材质与实施例12相同。
本发明中实施例1-13中所述组分含量比例如表一所示:

1.一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,其特征在于,它由二甲基硅油乳液,氨基硅油乳液,季铵盐,单硬脂酸甘油酯,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和去离子水组分组成,其配比为二甲基硅油乳液:氨基硅油乳液:季铵盐:单硬脂酸甘油酯:聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮:去离子水=6-18%:1-8%:2-14%:0.5-5%:0.5-5%:65-85%;所述二甲基硅油乳液的固含量为45-55%;所述氨基硅油乳液的固含量为50-60%;所述季铵盐为十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵或十八烷基三甲基溴化铵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人发化纤发加工用滑爽剂及其应用,其特征是其应用方法为:将待处理的人发或化纤发纤维浸泡在含滑爽剂的水中,其中,滑爽剂的用量为纤维质量的2-5%,浴比为1:8-15,浸泡温度为30-40℃,浸泡时间为15-25分钟;浸泡完后离心脱水,烘干。
